New To Hogwarts.

Bella sat under the shade of one of the larger trees in the hogwarts grounds, her back resting againts the trunk. She had a transfiguration book lying open on her lap, but schoolwork failed to hold her attention, and Bella was daydreaming mindlessly, stareing out into the school grounds. She didnt like it here, at hogwarts. It was to cold, and the castle was ugly and un-inviting. It just didnt feel like home the way Beauxbatons had. Bella thought again of how much she missed it, how much she wished she hadnt been expelled, and how much she disliked this new school and being 'the new girl' all over again. It seemed everyone already had their clicks by the time they were in fourth year like Bella was, and nobody really wanted to make room for one more. Bella twirled her blonde hair around her finger mindlessly.

Looks at Bellatrix.

"Silencio!"

This would shut the little girl up.

"Now stay that way you little piece of trash.

Bella smiled at Max. ''Thanks for coming to my rescuse babe'', She smiled at him. Bella struggled with the math, and after a second she said to jonny, ''So you my age, but in second year right?'' Bella pouted slightly. It was good he was still her age, because she just didnt date people younger than her, but it did suck he was only a second year.

Bella smiled encouraging at Clafin, and judging by the look on her face, Bellatrix wasnt her faverouite person.

Bella smiled at Max. ''Haha thanks hun'', She said and gave him a swift peck on the cheek, glad that Bella trix wold be quiet now

Smiled at Bella. Hugging her.

"Your welcome. And i know, she is so annoying."

Looks to johnny.

"How can such a cuttie like him have a annoying sister like that.

Bella laughed at Max. ''I agree. Guess he got all the good genes and she got all the leftover ones?'' She said with a smile, flicking her blonde hair again.

"meanwhile she is the one tricking people into liking her with her cuteness" johny said

Bella was confused. ''Wait who is doing that?'' She asked.

Laughs and smiles. "Yea he did. And she got the old Bellatrix crap."

"So Johnny, how are you

"I'm fine but next time let me handle my sister, I know it was just a silencing spell but I don't appreciate people using magic on her, I made a promise to someone important in my life that I'd watch her."johny said

Bella rolled her eyes. It was probably a good thing he hadnt come down earlier when she was throwing punches. Then again, maybe he would've sided her her against his sister. ''Well sweetie someone had to shut her up, and you didnt look like you would do much. But next time we'll leave it to you'', Bella smiled, hoping very much their wouldnt be a next time as she was going to do her best to avoid this Bellatrix so she didnt end up accidentally killing the girl.

Sighs and nods. It seem today my fun was being crushed.

"Ok.

"bella go to the common room"johny said she pointed her wand at her mind and transferred her thoughts to johny "but brother this little girl hit me"she said crying "she says you hit her"johny said to isabella

Bella laughed at Maxes expression. ''Dont worry babe we can go have our own fun later tonight'', she said with a wink.

Looks at Bellatrix, wishing he could just make her poof from this spot. Then looks over to Bella.

"This is boring. We need to make this fun.

Bella winked at him again. ''Save it for tonight babe'', she laughed, only half joking.

She smiled though and said, ''Well what do you have in mind that we could do then?''

bella started dancing in a circle and sent her thoughts to her brothers mind "your not protecting me very good i was hit in the face, sirius wouldn't be happy"bella thought "fine"said johny then he dispelled the spell keeping bella from talking "yeah"she said then hugged johny then she looked at isabella and said "you are a hop-knocker"then skipped away with a huge smile of victory on her face.

Growls at that little brat and hit her with another silencing charm.

Bellatrix started dancing like someone with a mental disability again, and bella rolled her eyes. Jonny obviously felt sorry for her as he took the spell of her. She skipped over to bella and called her something she didnt even know what it meant. Bella shrugged, it didnt sound that insulting and she had been called far worse. Plus she didnt particularly care what this annoying little brat thought. Grinning wickedly, Bella pointed her wand at Bellatrix, and sent a trip jinx at her, hoping it would hit. She smiled at Jonny. ''I know i know, but she asked for it'', Bella smiled at him.

johny pointed his wand at max "I told you not to use magic on my sister, if you don't give her the illusion that she won she will keep coming back."said johny and sure enough bella came walking back and used levicorpus (the only spell she knows how to use without speaking) on max.

"Protego!"

Glaring at the little brat.

"I dont think so.

Bella walked up to Bellatrix and slapped her hard across the face.

''Leave us alone! Cant you tell no one likes you?'' She told her, angry now.

"bella back to the common rooms now"said johny but bella had other ideas she focused hard and pointed her wand at her mouth and despelled the quiting spell "yes I got it"she said then she pointed her wand at the boy and said "IMPERIO

Gets hit with the curse, and growls at the little girl.

"Let me go now!"

"dance puppet"bella said laughing making max dance towards the lake where the giant squid was feeding "hahaha fish bait"

Moves unwillingly toward the black lake. He looks back at Bella.

"Help Me!

bella walks towards max and says "aww thats so cute crying for help"

''Let him go you stupid little girl!'' Bella screamed at her. She slapped her again, harder this time. The force of it stung Bella's hand a bit, so she knew Bellatrix would really feel it. ''Do something!'' She told Jonny.

Glares at the little girl but keeps quite for the sake of not wanting to be enemies with Johnny.

bella said "fine, ill release my control over him but first crucio"she said laughing. johny looked at his sister, he couldn't attack her because of his unbreakable vow but he didn't like the way she was acting he didn't know what to do.

Bella gave up on hoping Jonny would do something, and launched herself at Bellatrix, trying to tackleher to the ground. She was standing close so there was almost no possibility she would miss. Bella hoped to knock her wand out of her hand in the collision, or at least break her concentration so Max could escape.

Falls to the ground withering, looking up at the cute John, a tearing running down his face that he wouldn't help. So much for straight men Max thought.

bella looked over and saw the girl luanging at her so she steped back and lost control over her cruciatus curse "fine I'll leave but thats a warning, next time it will be a more parmanent curse"she said with an evil smirk, then it turned into an inocent, pretty little girl smile and she skiped away happily.

johny was still stareing at the spot his sister had been standing.

Gasp and lays still on the ground, body all jagged. He looks over at Bella and smiles softly, glade the little witch is gone.

Bella glared at her.

''You are a stupid little foul bitc-'' She sapt at her, cutting of her sentance so she could go see if Max was okay. ''Max?'' She asked him quietly. ''Max its okay we'll get her. She can be sent to azkaban for life for doing that''.

bella shot an avadakadavra right next to where max was lying as an extra warning and just to mess with his head"she skipped to the womping willow and hit the knot in the tree so she could take the secret tunnel.

"Yes Bella, i'm fine."

Stays on the ground, not fit to get up. Yelps at the killing curse.

johny finally snaps back and follows his sister into the womping willow

''Dont worry about her she's a stupid little...'' Bella trailed off. She wasnt worth getting upset over. She knew that soon the minisrty aurors would swoop down and arrest Bellatrix.

Watched Johnny as he left.

"Straight guys are worthless to worry about."

Looks up at bella and smiles.

"I know.

''I know! Like gee I actually thought he was cute!'' Bella shook her head knowing that it was jonny who was missing out. If he had played his cards right... Well, it was too late for that now.

bella walked into the shrieking shack and waited for her brother to come. suddenly there mother apeared and took them on sidealong apperation to voldamorts newist hideout

Laughed at Bella.

"Its ok hun, we will find guys worth worrying about.

'''Hey!'' Bella said, playfully swatting him on the shoulder. ''Dont laugh at me!'' Bella failed to keep a straight face.

Groans.

"Bella, i still dont feel good from the curse."

Raises his wand.

"Accio Firebolt.! Bella, catch my broom for me."

''Oh!''Bella said, ''Sorry hun!''

Bella tried to catch the fire bolt, but she dropped it. Picking it up from the ground she handed it to max.

Clafin got up confused. She must've passed out as an after effect of the unforgivable curse. She looked up to see that the Lestranges had left and only Bella, Max and herself were left. "Uh, what happened?" clafin groaned.

a fire suddenly grew next to clafin and johny walked out of it "my sister got a little mad."johny said

Clafin looked up in shock as Johny appeared next to her. She twitched slightly from surprise. "Well theres one I havent heard before." she said sarcastically.

Bella screamed in shock as a fire sprung up and Jonny walked out.

''Gee!'', Bella said clutching her heart, ''Could you manage to make a less dramatic entrance?''She asked him. Bella turned back to Clafin and said, ''Yeah that pretty much sums it up. His sister'' she sneered the word '' got all high and mighty, and had a major phycotic breakdown or something. she should be locked up''.

"max should not have provoked her, she warned you about her ability in the dark arts"said johny

Along with her mother Clafin thought to herself. That good for nothing...she killed him. she continued in her head as a tear crept down her cheek. Clafin quickly wiped it away, hoping nobody had noticed. "Well, she is short tempered."
