Ginny stood in front of Colin, her quill was behind her ear. Smiling at him, so that he would feel more at ease, she asked.

"So, Colin, was Professor Trelawney one of your teachers? Or did you just know her from around?" Ginny took the quill out from behind her ear, and then added. "Oh, and, I need to know where you were and who you were with after dinner until the body was found."

"Professor Trelwney has never taught me, though she teaches Harry and I have spoken to her a few times."

(Colin smiled)

"I was, um,well I was wandering around for a few hours though I am not sure what time it was"

"What do you talk about?" she thought about his last two responses. "Did you see anyone while you were walking around? Where were you and what were you doing? And, sorry, last one, did you head to "around" directly after dinner?"

"I see you have a camera." She said kindly. "I can't take pictures at all. Can you tell me what type of pictures have you taken of people recently?"

(Colin frowned thoughtfully)

“Well, mostly she always said Harry was going to die…I suppose she was warning me…do you know how close me and Harry are?”

(Colin fiddled around in his pocket and pulled out some wrinkled and torn photo’s)

“I saw a few people, though I wish I had seen Harry…the photos came out really bad though, it is hard to tell who is in the pictures, but if you look carefully, you can see them…”

(Colin smiled)

“All I did was take photos with my new camera around the school and outside”

(He showed Herby his camera. It was in perfect condition)

Etta bounced into the room and straight up to Colin, she stared at him for two minutes, looked at his pictures and then back at him.

"Tell me Colin, where exactly were you when Professer Trewlaney was murdered? Were you, perhaps, outside the school at that time? I can see that from you pictures you have been outside, so please, be honest, were you near the entance when Professer Trewlaney was killed?" Etta asked, her note book in her hand, her eyes on Colins face.

Ginny looked carefully at the pictures. Her eyes landed on the last one.

"Is that Snape and Trelawney?" Ginny whispered to herself, straining her eyes to look closer. "Colin, why were your shoes covered with soil? Where you outside at all?"

“I did go outside, yes, earlier in the evening”

"When you were outside did you see Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle?" Etta asked looking at the pictures closely, from over Ginny's shoulder.

Tell me, how is it you were able to take the ones outside with such bright backlighting? becuz unless you had a lit wand or the moon was bright, these pictures look to have been taken days ago.I am curious to know how it is that you were able to take such a lightened picture of Goyle so late at night.I believe that it is him in the picture, isn't it?" ~Fated studies the photos~then he shifts his gaze to Colin.

“I think so…though it was dark and I don’t know them that well…also I don’t know what happened with the pictures; they all seemed to come out wrong with weird colours”
