HEMM: Draco Malfoy

Ginny, once again, found herself interrogating someone with TARA. She nodded to her fellow Hufflepuff and turned to Draco.

"What's it to us, is a teacher has been murdered and-you-are one of the suspects. Where you are is now our business. Now, where were you and who were you with?"

"Really? I'm just going to assume you went to bed alone. What time did you go to bed?" Ginny asked, sarcasm creeping into her tone as well.

::Jen stopped outside the hall and put on some lipgloss as she smooth her hair down before she entered the room with Draco Malfoy. Hearing Herb's last question, she bit her cheek to stop from smiling at the thought of Goyle and Draco in the same bed napping together.::

"Of course, if you say you were sleeping then obviously Goyle was lying right?" She said smoothly as she sat down next to Ginny. "He isn't always the brightest student when it comes to excuses. Nowhere near as brillant as you are. Why do you suppose he would lie like that?"

::Jen smiled reassuringly at Draco.::

"I knew from the moment Goyle spoke he was a liar. Can you tell me anything else he had lied about in the past? And anyone who's anyone knows that Potter and you aren't friends. So tell me, have you seen or heard anything about the trio that might make us suspect it was one of them?"

Jess stood outside the classroom and fixed her hair. She spit out her gum and threw it in a trash bin then took a quick look in the mirror again before walking into the classroom Draco was in. She gave him a sly wink and pushed Jenn out of the way. She sat down in Jenn's chair and crossed her legs putting one elbow on the crossed leg and leaning on the palm of her hand.

"Hey Draco," Jess smiled, "Daddy wont tell me anything Ive asked and asked and he says he dosnt know who killed her, but I know thats a load of crud.. you wouldnt by any chance know who killed trelwany.. I mean I was just wondering" *smiles at him and winks*

(you know this is going off the fact that its Jessica Riddle so her father would be Voldemort..)

"well they must have thought it out" Jess sighed, "Im totaly slumped... Anything else you know that I could know?" *smiles*

~Fated strides up, with a normal cocky strut and smirk on his face. He looks to his friend and fellow Slytherin Draco. Making sure no one else is around Fated says "Greetings Draco, sorry to bother you, mate. Guess you know about that old bat Trelawny eh? Well it doesn't break my heart that she's gone. Anyway, I was curious to know if possibly you saw Weasel or Potter around acting suspicious earlier or..." He steps closer stiffling a chuckle, making sure that only Draco can hear. "Or...did one of your tricks go wrong and end up killing the old bat?" he asked once again trying to stifle a chuckle.

Etta glided up to Draco, looking at him kindly she jumped on his knee and sat tehre, her note book in her hand as she flipped through pages.

"Draco, your father sends his love, as does your mother, you know, i was talking to her today, she was concerned about you, like most mothers would be if they had heard their child had been present when a murder had happened, although i do know that you man enough to look after yourself, but anyway, quick question for you, are you free friday night?" Etta asked sweetly before jumping off his lap under the stare of the other dectives, she cleared her throat and became arrogant.

"Only joking! Now, tell me, what were you doing when the murder took place? I dont believe you were sleeping, nor do i believe that Goyle was with you. during your fight with Harry, did you happen to break his glasses?Whereabouts was this fight?"

Snape walked in again, his eyes focused upon Draco

"So you were alone and inside? I have reason to believe that you were outside that night, and not alone. Do you want to try telling the truth now Malfoy?

*GLARES AT ETTA*
"NO HES NOT FREE FRIDAY NIGHT! He asked Hermione Granger out and she said yes, and there going on a double date with me and Fated" *goes over and hugs Fated* "So Um anyways Draco.. Now that Ive rid you of that horrid pest Etta who by the way *whispers* did the same thing to Harry Potter *goes back to normal voice* What were you up too yesterday night?" *smiles and goes back to huggeling Jesse Fated!*

*Glaring at Jess*

"You have no idea if he is going out with Hermione, for all WE Know is Hermione was with one, but at that time, Draco was out getting the devil snare, which by the way is the murder weapon and if you wish i will happily demonstrate hopw she was killed, if you would play the victim, moving on, It appears, Draco, that Crabbe is singing like a Fairy, so you best be honest and tell us what you did with the Devils Snare from the edge of the Forest which we know you picked.

Etta smirked.

"So you were outside the school grounds, hmm," Etta thought for a moment. "Draco what colour were the hippos you were out flying with? What were their names?"

"What was that torn note by the side of your bed, there is no use lying, we have already seen it. Would you perhaps like to show us it."

"Hmm...interesting wording there. She's be third in line get hugged by the Snare? Does that perhaps mean you have some? Plotting to use it? Have already used it?" Ginny asked rapidly.

"There is no need to lie Draco, your little friend has already indicted that you inteneded to use devils Sanre on Harry, were you just after some afterschool fun or did you want to kill him so badly you killed Trewlaney by accident??"
