The Forest

Clafin woke up in a cold sweat. She'd had the dream again. She couldn't close her eyes without seeing their faces in front of her anymore. She knew she wouldn't be able to go back to sleep, so she pulled back the curtains on her bed and sat up. She walked to her dresser and opened the bottom drawer. She'd loaded it with complete outfits for her late night walks. She seemed to be having more and more of them all the time. She pulled on a pair of black skinny jeans and a hooded sweatshirt she'd gotten for her birthday. She walked back to her bed and pulled her chucks from underneath to put them on. She rushed out of the dorm down to the common room. Nobody would be awake at this hour. They leave that for the crazies. she thought to herself. She headed down the grand staircase to the castle doors. Once she was outside she pulled the hood on to block the rain from her face. In the distance an owl hooted. Clafin began singing a poem she'd heard when she was a child. She started walking, she didnt know where to. She just had to walk. Before she knew it, she found herself in the depths of the forest.

"Thomas who are you talking to?"Bliss whispered quietly. She strained her eyes to see
someone but couildnt see a thing. Bliss desided it was a good idea just to keep her mouth shut.
Gosh i cant turn around without something happening She thought slightly annoyed
with all of this adventure. She sighed and then crossed her arms. She waited for a
response or anything that would give her a clue to what was going on around here.

THomas slowly looked over his shoulder. "Just stay back there." he began to growl, before he realized how harsh he sounded. "Sorry about that.." he added on with a smile. He walked forward to where he had seen the pair of red glowing eyes before. After searching the area in a few short moments, he returned to Bliss and Clafin. "Sorry guys. I thought I saw or heard something..." he said, sounding slightly dazed. He pushed through the, and wlaked to the lakes edge, sat down and put his icy fingers into the water. He looked into the reflection and saw that Clafin had moved to where she was standing behind him. Thomas stodd and turned. "Well, what shall we do now?" he asked trying to sound more freindly then he had been.

Bliss followed after him. After fighting through weeds and bushes. There he sat with his fingers in the icy cold water. This probably didn’t bother him however considering his skin was always icy cold.
"Well what should we do now?" Thomas asked both of them.
"I think we should go to the castle... I have a feeling that what you saw wasn’t the dark playing tricks on you." she told him confidently.
"Just a suggestion" Bliss added on at last moment.

Thomas looked back and forth between the two girls that stood motionless before him. He heard more rustling of leaves and twigs behind him in the distance. He didn't want the girls more shaken up then they already seemed, so he decided to ignore it for the time being. "Yeah, I suppose that your right. It was probably just a squirrell or something like that." he said quietly as he let his crooked grin appear on his face. He took a quick glance over his shoulder into the small bushes just feet before the Forbidden Forest that seemed to be calling him on the darkest hour of his being. "Shall we?" he offered as he waved his hand motioning towards the castle.

"Of course." Bliss stated unable to control her smile.
I love that smile of his no bad bliss you can’t like anything about him he is just way not right he scared you remember how rude he was and yet he did make my heart beat faster no. She may not admit it but she likes Thomas you can’t like him stop being such a flirt, but he was so nice when whatever it was coming closer in the middle of the forest he came to your rescue but no you can’t nope. Bliss though fighting her emotions for him.
"What house are you in again?" she asked trying to avoid an awkward silence. Her nose twitched she smelled something but decided if she brought it up it would only lead to more werewolf talk which she would give anything to avoid.

Thomas had never been so thankful for the long eerie silence that surrounded the treo as they walked towards the castle. He had been listening to everything going on, focusing all his senses on the dark forest that loomed in the background. There was rustling of bushes from something about the size of a mountain lion. His thirst lingered, burning the back of his throat. As Bliss started talking, he decided to just let it go. Thomas slowly nodded his head towards Clafin. "We are both in Gryffindor." he said in an almost monotone voice. "How about yourself?" he continued as he smiled as warmly as possible at Bliss.

Bliss giggled at Thomas's attempt at a warm smile. Something was eritateing him and she knew it. She wanted to ask about it ask what was up figure him out but she restrained herself and decided that persuing that would be a bad idea.
"Oh Hufflepuff the worst color combo in the castle." She said grinning back at him. Her nose twitched again and thats when she realized the Bell of all people was following them.
Bell get out or i swear you are going to wake up with out a head tomorrow She thought towards her.
"So.. whats your story?" she asked even though she knew he would perfer the silence for who knows what reason.

Thomas scratched his head to buy him a bit of time. He glanced nervously at both Bliss and Clafin. "Well, I erm... I dont really know where to start." he said truthfully. He thought for a moment before he continued to talk. "What exactly...what exactly do you want to know?" he asked unsure if he should. "I mean, there really isnt that much. I'm 17, a vampire, Finny here is my best friend, and uhhh. I really dont know?" he played with his hair. It was nearly impossible for him to lose his cool, but for some reason Bliss was making him extremely nervous. Maybe it was because he wasnt used to people asking about him, or maybe it was just her presence. He wasn't sure, but it had him unraveling.

Bliss giggled at his nervousness.
"Well it doesn’t have to be anything important just your story how you got here any twist of events something big in your life." she stated trying to explained more of what she meant.
"Ok for example my stories would be... I grew up in Manhattan. The rest of my family has contributed to society somehow. I don’t plan on doing this instead I would rather live in the country and ride horses, real horses not dazzled up ponies. I am the only witch or wizard in my hole family tree and I’m pretty sure that if I keep coming into the woods every other night I am going to be killed because I’m clearly not smart enough to stay out and and not brave enough to survive thus why I’m in hufflepuff. Pretty simple doesn’t have to be to in-depth” She finished biting her lip waiting for his response.
"I sounded really shallow there huh well that was just an example don’t hold any of that to me." Bliss covered her face with her hand for a second then wiped her eyes and waited.

Thomas looked at her Bliss in awe as she began to reveal her ambitions, dreams...hopes. "Oh, no. You don't sound the least bit shallow. Change in a family is good. I mean look at me. I'm a Weasley with brown hair." he said through a small chuckle. He rubbed his nose with the back of his hand as he thought about what to say. "Well, I was raised in the countryside of England at the Burrow. I spent most of my time at the Potter's cottage with Finny but I was always a few years older. Um got bitten changed into a vampire." he said slowly. "I want to be an Auror." he continued, shrugging his shoulders.

Bliss giggled about his brown haired Weasley comment she was glad that he didn’t think she was shallow like most everyone did.
"Sorry a little rusty on wizard terms what exactly does an aurora do because it sounds like the pretty colors you see at the poles." she said not quite sure how else to ask what on earth are you talking about.
"Why would you want to be whatever an aurora is it seems that’s what everyone wants to do once they get out of here but I have a feeling that some of the people aren’t going to make it as one. Oh woops sorry." she stated thinking that she accidentally stepped on his foot in her ramble. He probably didn’t even notice, he has rock hard skin it kind of even hurt my foot and now you said something and he will be like um I didn’t feel anything and you will look like a complete idiot She thought but kept a calm look on her face.

Bliss got slightly annoyed with bell by her statement.
What do you mean what am I doing with? What are you still doing around? I told you to scat. Bell get out of here now I am not even joking you need to leave. Bliss looked over at Thomas not sure if how she looked had shifted from her thoughts so she added on a quick smile to remain her semi sweet disposition.
It never crossed my mind that I cant like him because he is a vampire. Is it dangerous to be with him? What about in a week? A day? A year? If I play by what Bell thinks will I ever get to see him? What does she think what could possibly happen if I were to stay here with him? What could happen if I were to not listen to her? Bliss pondered all these things.

You can’t see anything you’re the blindest person I know sticking to what you know and not giving anything else a chance you never let any other knowledge in. The whole time I have known you, you have told me that vampires are bad that there evil that they want to kill us anyway so let’s beat them to the punch but they’re not. There people to some are bad yes but most are good people like the rest of us he is a good person and although I still believe he is good and you don’t I will walk away so you don’t have to change I may leave his side but I am not going to yours Bliss thought crying and cringing on the inside.
"I'm sorry Thomas but I ...must leave I am sorry." She said turning around her back faced to him. Her voice was shaky but she didn’t think that he would here this.

Thomas smiled slightly and explained what an Auror did. He explained he wanted to become one so that the bad wizards in the world would be put to justice. He was confused for a moment as he heard Bliss reply, before he realized she was thinking. He listened to her conversation with whom ever had been in the forest. "You know, you don't have to listen to her." he said as she announced a hurried departure. "I don't bite." he promised quickly. He smiled once more before turning to look at her, hoping she wouldn't be confused or violated. Clafin was thouroughly disoriented, so she ran ahead into the castle to leave the two alone.

Bliss covered her head.
"Are you reading my mind?" she asked quietly as if this would make it so he wasn’t listening.
"Have you been listening the whole time?" she asked realizing all of the things she thought were private in her mind.
"You don’t know it’s just that... You promise you don’t bite?" she asked realizing that Bell would never attempt to separate them. The worst that could actually happen is that her and Bell get in a fight big deal that happens all the time.
"Okay let’s keep going." she said glancing a smile at him.
"So what other mind things can you do or only reading minds?" Bliss asked wondering if there was another power things he could use on her.

Thomas sighed as he thought of the first few years he'd become vampire. "Well, I'm not really sure if that's all I can do or not. I don't exactly go off 'practicing' being a monster." he said glumly as he looked to the ground. He shrugged his shoulders and let the silence remind him of his past. He wished nothing more than for Bliss to speak, breaking the deafening thoughts inside his mind. He stopped walking for a moment, lifting his eyes to see his sorroundings. Even through the darkness he could see the now far behind lake rippling in the moonlight. He turned his attention to Bliss once more, with almost pleading eyes.

"Oh well I wouldn’t say you’re a monster your just a little different like everyone else at this place that why we are all here anyway isn’t it? Were all different and when your among different people you fit in. I could be a Hogwarts sales lady." Bliss ended trying to make it into a joke but the whole thing was sincere.
"So this Burrow what’s it like?" she asked trying to picture his country side home. She had only seen ones in magazines and people had their home styled to look like a cottage but she never knew what a house like that would actually look like. Plus she wanted to change the subject noticing his sudden change in emotion to a somewhat depressed feeling.

Thomas smiled at Bliss' attempt to lighten the mood. "The thing is I'm already different. So with this thing.." he said as he pointed to his fangs. "Only makes me more of a freak, spycho, loser. Whatever they call me these days." he said quietly. He chuckled more to himself then to Bliss. "Yeah, you made me want to come here all over again." he joked. As she continued talking he had to look at her in confusion. "You've never seen the Weasley Burrow in magazines? It seems like there are reporters and photographers there all the time for someone in the wizarding world to have not heard of it." he said slowly making sure he chose the right words. He looked up towards the dark clouds in the sky and bit into his lip.

"Ah see that would be the thing my family doesn’t exactly know about the whole wizard thing they think it’s a private school and so the only time I ever get to know any wizardly things is when I am here and unfortunately I don’t really like get to read the daily prophet or anything much mainly to busy trying to keep up with everyone’s story some people have outrageously insane lives." she explained.
"You are not a freak or a loser or a psycho and I think your fangs are cute. They make you look sharp." Bliss reassured him.
"Ok so if there are always reporters around the burrow then why aren’t they surrounding the potters cottage?" she asked confused why they wouldn’t surround the house of harry potter if they surrounded the burrow.

Thomas shook his head slightly as she mentioned the Potter's cottage. "Oh, don't get me wrong. They definitely get a lot of publicity over there. Actually Finny moved back into her place just down the road a year or so after the umm accident, because she couldn't handle it. It's hard for me to find ways into my own home sometimes, seeing as how my parents don't want everyone to find out about the whole blood eating killer problem." he said only half jokingly. He turned his head to the side as he heard a tree crack in the distance. "She can join us if it would make her feel more at ease. Tearing down trees isn't a good way to let frustrations out." he offered in a low whisper.

"Ya if she thinks it’s safe enough." Bliss rolled her eyes they were in the middle of the forest at night not like it’s very safe in the first place.
"If you don’t mind me asking what accident you don’t have to tell me if you would rather not talk about it that ok I’m just curious." she said knowing that when you are asking questions about someone’s life or at least the bad things in it you have to be gentle smooth and be able to accept the facts that they might not want to tell you exactly what happened or at all. Bliss looked up at him waiting for a response.
"Did Clafin just get annoyed with us and leave?" she asked looking around to find that the girl she had met left somewhere during her conversation.

Thomas shook his head slightly. "No, she could probably just tell where the conversation was going to go. She's tried forever to block some stuff from her memories." he saaid as he looked down to his feet. "Anyway, the accident isn't what you think it would be. That's just what we call it. Lets see..." he said. He thought for a moment on how to word what was in his mind. "Finny's parent were in this group that helped a lot of people. Someone out there didn't like it and finished her parents off. First they tried after Finny to get at her parents, she and I tried to fight them off. Which is how this how this happened..." he paused pointing to his fangs once more. "After that we must've gotten knocked out or something, because I remember waking up back at the burrow about a week later. Her parents were gone and there was no sign of the bodies." he finished, shrugging his shoulders. His face was now darkened with pain. He bit his lip and looked towards Bliss.

Out of response she went and gave him a hug.
"Oh my gosh I am so sorry that I can’t imagine how that must have felt." She said trying to comfort him she was able to tell that he was saddened by just speaking about it by the look on his face.
"So does that mean that Finny no longer has any more parents?" she asked really sadder for her then him.
"Wow I can’t even begin what my life would be like without my parents is she ok are you ok?" she asked concerned for them both. Bliss felt bad but she didn’t know what to say what to do it has gone it’s already been done. But he said that they never found the body that means they could still be alive.

Thomas cringed at the warmth of Bliss' skin as she hugged him. His teeth started chattering from the temperature difference. He was thankful for both the thought behind the hug and when she finally released him from her firey grasp. "Well, Clafin thinks they are still out there somewhere." he said as his teeth ceased chattering. "Its been years. I figure that if they were alive, they would at least try to make contact with their only daugther." he shrugged his shoulders and sighed. "She went on a trip this last summer to try to find them. She didn't tell anyone where she went and we all thought she was dead...That the Death-Eaters got to her as well." he said in a voice so slow and careful that it seemed like he was mourning. "I'm fine. If you ask her, she'll smile and say that everything is great, but that doesn't stop the tears falling to the floor from time to time." he said through a small smile.

'Oh that’s so sad." Bliss stated straightly.
"Why were your teeth chattering it’s not like its cold at all out and even if it was it’s not like you would notice your already cold enough at it is." she stated a little fuzzy on the fact of why his teeth were chattering. She waited for a response or at least something to keep the conversation going because she was running out of ideas. They were getting closer to the castle now and she soon expected the gates to close. Not only that but by the time she did get inside it would be just enough time to go up to her room change into something that would make it seem like she was sleeping instead of walking through the forest and running for her life. After that she would have to somehow manage to stay awake the whole day throughout class and not trip and or fall because of her drowsiness. Guess she didn’t really think this entire thing out very well.

Thomas gritted his teeth together to stop them from chattering. "S-S-Sorry. Temperature differences do that sometimes." he said meakly. He waited a minute or two until his teeth stopped their involuntary movements. He shook his hair out of his face as he felt the wind smooth over his face. He could tell that she didn't really know what to say, and it was beginning to cause an awkward silence. "If you don't mind me asking, why exactly were you out in the middle of the woods partially alone? Won't it wear you down tomorrow?" he asked curiously. He'd never been tired since his transformation. So he didnt understand why people that weren't like him didn't sleep more often. He stopped walking for a moment and picked up a small stone on the ground before him. He tossed it up in the air and caught it a few times before chucking it towards the castle.

"Oh that" Bliss stated figuring this question was coming sooner or later.
"Well for starters I couldn’t sleep. I keep hearing this really high pitched sound when I try to sleep. When I get up it doesn’t go away and then once I leave school grounds it goes away but now I only have to go to the forest for it to stop. I am not crazy though it is probably some sort of trick or something but I am not smart enough to figure it out. Oh well if it goes away then I will just not sleep as much." She explained watching him throw the rock
"What about you why the forest I mean I know you don’t sleep but why would you come to the forest most just stay in their rooms and read or something like that" Bliss asked curious why he would chose to come out here.

Thomas smiled slightly. "Is that a werewolf thing or...?" he asked, clearly intruiged. He couldn't remember if she had told him what she truly was or not, so he decided to just dive head first. He paused, picking up a different rock. Tossing it the air and catching it a few times before continuing. "I've read hundreds of books. I just..." he paused. Shrugging his shouders as he though of words to say. "I feel a bit less like a monster when I'm surrounded by such beautiful things. The stars twinkling at each other as though they haven't seen each other in years. The moon watching over all that happens, longing to be something greater. The leaves gently floating down to the ground, leaving the only home they've known..." he said as he pointed to each thing he was speaking of. "Nature" he finished in a whisper.

"Well it’s more poetic then my excuse. I don’t know if it is a "werewolf" thing." Bliss said with air quotes around werewolf.
"And I figured it out I am not a werewolf I am wolf American, or just I am a witch that just happened to turn into a weird wolf like creature from time to time. You being it?" she asked figuring that as much as she told herself it was normal to turn into a wolf thing that she wasn’t a werewolf that it’s just a cold the less likely those things seemed to be true.
"I wish they had a cure for it." she stated under her breath hoping that he didn’t hear it because everyone always went on a rant about how you are is not a disease that if they came up with something to "fix" it that she shouldn’t take it anyway because you don’t need a cure for who you are. That was just the problem she was not meant to be a werewolf she knew it she always knew that this wasn’t how it was originally planned but somehow it did. She always believed that she wasn’t a snarling beast that, that’s not who she was, but now she just couldn’t tell any more.

*First off, I'd like to apologize for not replying sooner. I honestly was convinced that I had posted already, but I'm just dumb. Ha*

Thomas shook his head and laughed softly. "I'm not buying any of that story." he chuckled. He grinned and looked down at his feet once more. He could tell that she was ashamed of being what she was, but he didn't understand why. "If you don't mind me asking..." he paused as he thought of how to say what was going through his mind. "Why would you need a way to fix what you are? I mean, it's not as though you are designed to go around killing people like I am. You kill the soul-less monsters who do. In a way, you are kind of the good guys." he slowly raised his head, to look at her. He hoped she understood what he had said. "Does that even make sense?" he asked lightly.

"Only if you’re the bad guy." she stated answering his last question and then thought about what he was asking about.
"I don’t exactly know why I guess I never really thought I was the werewolf type that this path was forced onto me and I didn’t get a choice then there is always the fact that maybe I didn’t want to be the good guy. I guess I always wanted to rebel against something and something that is hurting me seems to be the perfect to rebel against. And I doubt your soul-less everything and everyone has a soul and has a heart whether its beating or not it still works just the same." She said trying to explained why she wished not to be a werewolf but she was never able to pin the exact reason why so she came up with one of the many solutions for this that she had came up with over the years.

Thomas looked towards the ground as they continued to trudge towards the castle. "Just because you didn't choose to be what you are, you think that it is wrong?" he asked curiously. He was trying to understand her but she kept giving vague answers. "I do not quite understand. Its not as though you had a choice in being what you are. I had to make a choice in either letting my best friend die or becoming what I am. I still feel like I made the right choice, but I hate what I have done to myself at the same time. What I have become is not a good thing Bliss. I am made to kill people. You on the other hand are what you are in order to protect those people from others like me." he said, trying to explain what was in his mind. He tensed his face, so that his nose crinkled slightly between his brows, as he looked up at her. "Does that make snese?" He asked in a whisper.

"Yes I guess so" she said not getting why he thought of himself of a monster but under stood that he did.
"If you think about it like the English revolution it wasn’t the fact that they had to pay money it was the fact they didn’t get a choice in weather they got to pay or not I guess that’s why it’s just that I didn’t have a choice in becoming a science fiction horror movie character." she explained try to get closer to the reason and stop being so vague.
"What about you the way I see it you are what you act like thus if you don’t act savage and like a monster that doesn’t make you one." she said encouraging him but she could tell it was not going to be that simple.
"God doesnt put you in situations unless there is a reason I just wish we were both in better ones." She finished clomping in the mud.

Thomas chuckled softly. "If I don't act savage, then shall I starve myself until I'm dea-" he cut himself off as he realized that dead is exactly what he is. "That is to say, until I no longer exist? Until, some unfortunate soul happens to wander past me until I can no longer remain civilized and proper? What I am all by itself is monsterous and savage. I'm doing my best to remain the exact way I was before, but how can I do that when I am going out in the woods every other week hunting down and killing every creature in sight? Its not like they have the chance to escape..." he finished speaking and remained silent for a moment. He looked up to the castle to find that they were just yards away from the towering doors. "What you said, about the revoltuion does make sense though. Just not for me..." he added on slowly. "If God put us in these situations, then why did He create something that goes against his own word? Thou shall not kill comes to mind." He kept his eyes fixed on the castle, not wanting to make eye contact.

"Because it's like one of those things without darkness there is no life and without good there is no bad it’s like that if there is no death neither is there life." She tried to explain in the simplest way possible.
"Look I know that no matter what I say or how many pieces of the bible I quote it won’t change your mind about yourself that’s not my job that’s yours I just think you should know I don’t think of you as a monster in the least bit well I did when I first saw you but not now." she reassured him. Bliss could see the castle getting closer and she hardly wanted to leave she didn’t know what it was but she liked talking to him she felt like she didn’t have to pretend or act like how she always did it was a lot less work being around him.

Thomas smiled warmly, but kept his eyes locked onto the castle doors. "Yeah, that is true. I don't know. I guess being a vampire can down your self-confidence." he said with a small laugh, only half joking. "Well, you must be tired. I take it you haven't gotten a lot of sleep because of the ringing?" he asked curiously. He couldn't even remember the last time he was truly tired. It was long before he had even been changed. He smiled to himself at the old memories replaying in his head. Minutes had past before he realized they were now steps away from the door. He walked forward and held the door open for Bliss in a graceful movement. "After you." he said lightly, finally pulling his attention back to her. He smiled, but remained silent. The silence was not due to not knowing what to say, more that he was lost in the happy memories of his childhood.

"Thank you" she stated polightly she had taken edicate classes and all that and yet none of the guyes in those ever held the door for her she guessed they just never put what they learned into practice in real life.
"So do you like never sleep?" she asked wondering how he could live like that.
"What do you do all the time then?" she asked assuming the answer. She looked up into his golden eyes how old could he be she knew that vampires didnt age but he didnt look a day over his teens it was inpecable. She waited for his answer as she steped into the doors of the castle and almost emediatly a sharp pain aproached her ears.

"Your welcome." Thomas replied quickly. He shook his head lightly, making his curly brown hair shake a bit as she asked her question. "I haven't slept in years." He said slowly. "I don't really know what I do." He continued. "I mostly just wander around the castle aimlessly. Sometimes I write in a journal, but that got boring kind of." he said. He thought for a moment about what exactly he did do instead of sleeping. "Most of the time though, I just lay in bed and think. I'm not sure if that is a good or bad thing though. Sometimes the mind can venture into dark corners that you wish had remained unlit." he shrugged his shoulders gently upon finishing. "Oh, I'm only 16. I look a lot older though. It was almost my birthday when...If this hadn't happened..." he pointed to his gleaming teeth before continuing. "I would be 19." He added on, sounding a bit dissapointed.

Bliss hit her forhead.
"I got to stop thinking around you." she said blushing alittle bit realizing he had red her thoughts.
"so if you never age are you just going to go to hogwarts forever or are you going to pretend to age or what?" Bliss asked getting alittle more curiouse and hoping she didnt affend him while she was asking questions. She looked around she truely didnt want to go back to all this she would rather live in the woods but she figured that was the werewolf in her. It was getting worse she wasnt able to sepperate the intensions of the wild beast in her and her own. It was getting to confusing but right now in this verry moment she didnt seem to care much.

Thomas shrugged his shoulders. "When it first happened, I took a year off of school. Might as well finish what I started. Plus, Hogwarts is not as bad as most of the kids here think it is." he paused, biting his lower lip as he thought of what to say. "I mean, if you think about it what is bad about school? You get to learn stuff that you will use for the rest of your life, or the rest of your exsistence in my case." he added jokingly, before continuing further. "You meet people, who remain in your life. You find who you truly are. This is one of the safest places in the entire wizarding world." he shrugged again. "So if you really take a moment to think about it, Hogwarts is an amazing place." he finally finished. He continued walking for a few moments, before realizing that Bliss was several feet behind him turned around. "Are you alright?" he asked slowly.

"Huh oh ya I’m fine." She replied hollowly.
"I was just thinking about stuff you wouldn’t get it." Bliss added on. She walked slowly forward taking a deep breath with every step.
"Unfortunately for me Hogwarts seems more like a prison then a safe haven. It’s just your forced to stay in your forced to learn this stuff that some won’t need your forced to fight for your life every time some crazed lunatic wants to be crazy. Sometimes I wonder why I keep trying hard if there is nothing in the future but that why do I keep walking it makes me curious what would happen if I just stopped. Unfortunately I’m not brave enough to try." She said speaking randomly not even know why she was telling him this.
"Oh sorry didn’t mean to emotionally spill all that onto you." Bliss apologized nicely the continued to walk on his side.

Thomas let his brow crinkle slightly as he though. "A prison you say? Have you ever been to Azkaban? This place is a lot better than there." he said before biting his lower lip gently. "Trust me on that one." he said with a solemn tone in his voice, making it even deeper than normal. He let his face drop to a blank expression. He remained quiet for a few moments before continuing. "I think your plenty brave enough. I mean, you did just befriend a vampire within the last half hour. Not many can say that." he said through a perfect grin. "In fact, not many people can say anything after crossing paths with one of my kind." he added on jokingly. His brow crinkled once more as he asked Bliss a question, "If you don't mind me asking, why do you think there will be nothing in your future?"

"Well I have been to Azkaban and it is pretty bad but at least there you’re not pressured to do anything but escape and rejoin your faithful following of the dark lord or whatever it is you got in there for" Bliss said explaining her opinion but knew has opinion would not be counteracted by this one thing.
"I don’t mind you asking it's just I have a feeling I just sometimes know things and I know that I have no future. Plus going off of how my life is now it’s just that there is nothing I am good at not one thing and so I am going to be like Paris Hilton being rich and famous for being rich and famous it’s just nothing that seems like living for in my opinion." She explained trying to get him to see her view.
"And just saying my interaction with a vampire has honestly not been that bad I guess it just depends witch one you pick however I think most of the people I know would agree more with you." She finished with a reassuring smile.
"One more question why would you know what Azkaban was like?" She asked just remembering that one statement he said earlier, "Trust me on that one."
