Number Twelve Grimmauld Place; The Orders Hideout

Alice apperated onto the doorstep of Grimmauld Place, and paused for a second, leaning against the door. Apperating always made her feel a little woozy, but it was a fair enough trade for the speed and efficiency of it. Alice tapped her wand against the door, and entered the Hideout for the Order as the door swung open. She walked quietly through the darken halways, turning on a few lights as she went. Alice was supprised to fine the whole place empty.

Emmalynn gladly stepped away from the injured boy, slightly frazzled and very tired. She ran over to Elladora and embraced her almost-sister. She gave a huge sigh of relief.

"Thank goodness you both are alright, Ella!" she said. "We didn't realize until very recently that you could be hurt... We were a bit... preoccupied," she explained, frowning deeply. "Have you seen how old, or should I say young, the new Death Eaters are?! Elliazar and I had three on our tails and one of them could only have been fourteen, at best!"

**Seriously? It's five lines on my computer...**

"Yeah," Elladora said. "I know exactly how young they are. Me and Everett may have... er... accidently on purpose snuck into a Death Eater meeting, and may have almost got caught attempting to Stun most of them at the time. It's not as easy as it sounds either, two wands against seventeen puts you at a huge disadvantage, but they're not as smart as Voldemort. No Secret-Keeper."

Everett finished up with Lorcan and took him to the fire place to send him back home. A few minutes later, he returned.

"Secret-Keepers are how the Order keeps things like our safe-houses concealed. Only the Secret-Keeper can tell you about them." Elladora told Jona.

"So are you ever going to mention anything important?" Everett asked Elladora.

"Rumors they spread to scare dim-witted wizards are not of our concern," Elladora said. "We just need a basic plan of attack... Or to stay on the defense, which is how Dumbledore liked it, but I don't prefer that."

Elladora turned to Francene. "We recieved word from the Burrow first, actually."

Emmalynn was still hanging slightly on her friend. She was too absorbed in her fast-paced thoughts to realize it. Elliazar recovered sooner.

"The young ones trailing us were all boys. Two were dark haired and about five foot eleven or so, and the other was a redhead about five feet tall... maybe," he said to Jona before turning to Elladora. "Dora, reel in that temper and think logically."

Emmalynn recovered and backed him up. "He's right. We need to plan out what we can do, regroup our members, and get more information on these... delinquents," she said, refusing to call those... children Death Eaters.

Emmalynn listened as Elladora spoke to her. An offensive attack had, really, a fifty fifty chance of success or failure, and Emmalynn really wanted to crush this rebellion before it got out of hand. But Elladora had a good point when she said that none of the powerful senior Death Eaters from the last war were following this... Sarah.

"I see your point, and I agree, but we still need time to regroup and," she gestured around at the partially demolished building, "rebuild. Not to mention that they most likely are not idiots if they managed to launch a full-scale attack here."

"I agree. We must build up our own forces and find their main hideout before we attack," Elliazar said with a grim look on his face.

"I am Johny Lestrange, I have been in the order sense I was old enough to join, my sister is Bella Black, Dughter of Sirius Black." He said this coolly and like I said before, fighting them would be a waste becouse the people you saw where hogwarts students that had the Imperiuse curse placed upon them." Johny knew this person didn't like him, but he was used to it. Francene stood up and said, "I agree with Johny, their older then me and i would have placed a fidilius charm on the building had it been my true Meeting place." She pulled out an Edible dark mark, they had recently became more popular then ever, they tasted great to. "I think we should gather our information before attacking preamptedly." then Johny started talking agian "Plus most of the children that are actual death eaders ar the children of the most powerful ones that Voldamort have, and some of them related to Order members" he said the last part choking on his words a bit.

"I can assure you no one in the Order needs magical items to protect them," Elladora said. "And I'm taking no one for granted. Left arms. Or curses will be thrown. Unless you'd prefer to shake my hand, but I don't think anyone wants that."

Elladora turned to Elliazar. "Can you get a message out? We need a meeting. Now. Contact Harry and he can get the message to those that need it. We're planning an attack on this 'Sarah'. I hate to sound totalitarian, but we need to eliminate the rebellion before they do something incredibly stupid that would get us exposed to Muggles."

Elladora sighed. Control. 'It is tiring, but necessary. Next, planning. And then...' she thought through everything they needed to accomplish.

Emmalynn paid close attention to the conversations going on around her and sent a small nod of approval at Elladora for her quick fix. She turned toward Johnny and Francene.

"Johnny, I highly doubt we will need any magical items, besides our wands, to fight this battle..." she said. "In fact, I would barely consider this a huge threat."

"She's right," Elliazar intoned. "As long as we use our heads, there is no competion. As Elladora said, we aren't fighting them to destroy them, we wish to save the young from a lifetime of hate and corruption," he said. Emmalynn nodded.

"Besides, I'm the offspring of Death Eaters and my parents have nothing to do with my power or magic," she added, tired of hearing 'legacy' crap about Death Eater families (If they could be called that).

Elladora snorted. "If you had your parents' power... Ugh! Horrible!" Elladora burst out laughing in spite of herself. Elladora went to rummage through some shelves to find food. She quickly flicked her wand and started up a stew.

Elladora re-situated herself and sat down at the table. "So what do we know about this 'Sarah'?" Elladora asked. "I haven't heard much except that she created a little group of wanna-be Death Eater composed mostly of young children who really haven't much skill."

((I'm out. It's my bedtime. ))

Elliazar spoke to Elladora while Emmalynn tried to stop her continuous laughter.

"Well, from what I've picked up, she's a vampire, she goes by the surname of 'Riddle', though I can't say I set much store in that. She seems to have the same superiority complex as Voldemort, but, as of yet, I don't believe she has taken a similar name as he did," he explained, barely taking a breath through his entire speech. Emmalynn stopped laughing and stared at him.

"Where'd you 'pick up' all that?" she asked, then answered her own question, "Oh, you listened." Elliazar nodded and Emmalynn turned back to the table at large. "So I hope we are all in agreement that we regroup our forces and launch an attack?" she asked. "They really shouldn't be that hard to find, after all, they are just children, half of them not even out of Hogwarts yet..."

Alice walked back into Grimmauld place, which had become supprisingly populated in her absence. She could pick out most faces she knew, they old crowd like Emmalyn and Elladora who had been members for ages, there was Ally and Jona, but there were also a couple of people she hadnt met.

''Hey'', She said to the room at large, ''Whats been happening, what did I miss?'' SHe asked. Alice sat down next to Emmalyn, and smiled at her and Ellizar. SHe leaned in and said softly, ''And who are these new kids? Has someone checked to make sure they arent Death Eaters?''

They didnt look too threatening, especially because any one of Emmalyn, Elladora, Elliazar or herself could probably take them on with their wand hand tied behind their backs, but it was better to make sure they werent exposed.

"I am Francene Weasly and I have been with the Order sense I was born, my father Let me join. He lets me do anything I want"Francene said Happily, but also mad that this girl had thought she could be a death eater, as pretty as she was.

"And I am Johny Lestrange"he knew that the girl would be suspecius of him so he continued before she could Object to his being there "I guess you could say I am Almost the snape of this group, Branded with the Death Eaters mark, many of the Order Distrust me, and I'm an Exellent Potion maker." He always liked snape, mostly becouse people would treat him the same as snape.

Johny lifted his left sleeve to reveal the evil mark, he then stated. "I have glimpsed my sisters left arm and her snake is the color Violet, meaning that they hasve changed the mark to make sure they don't get mistaken for Voldamorts Henchmen"

"Hey, Alice," Elladora greeted as Everett finally put his wand down. "Basically, after the attack those of us who were in good enough condition made it back to Grimmauld Place. Several, as you can see, are not here, but all of our safe-houses have reported back and everyone is accounted for." Elladora quickly went back over to the stove to check on the stew she was making.

Everett took over talking. "We're planning an attack on these delinquents. Their leader, proclaimed 'Sarah Riddle', would have to be muggle-born, or a theif of the surname. Her followers are mostly young children, around fifteen, so we figure a full-scale attack would have a one hundred percent chance of deminishing the rebellion while it is still at its roots."

"And that's where we stand," Elladora said. "We need a few skilled Aurors, and some bodies that can Stun to ensure our success. And we need to attack as soon as possible so their ignorance doesn't show magic to Muggles and the Ministry doesn't have to use all the Obliviators on this. Now, excuse me a moment."

Elladora went out of the room and followed Emmalynn. "Maly!" she called, catching up with her, before adding in whispers, "I don't trust this kid any more than you do, and I know you know Snape better than anyone, but we must have our wits about us if we stop these people before they get too crazy. If all else fails, a little Veritaserum sometime soon, or we Stun him right before the attack, and don't risk a traitor."

Emmalynn took five deep breaths and counted to twenty before she opened her eyes and looked at Elladora.

"Yeah, yeah, I know, but you know how I get when Sev's mentioned..." she said, sighing. She took much pride in calling herself a Snape especially after everything it took for her to rightfully be one. "I just don't get this guy... or this situation... Gah!" she exclaimed. She started to pace in the narrow hallway. Elliazar shook his head in disapproval, but made no move to stop her.

"I mean, all this was supposed to stop, right? After everything that happened, we were finally supposed to get a break, a reprieve, at least ten years of bloody peace!" she ranted. Her exhaustion was finally starting to effect her mood. "But no, now some wannabe blood supremacy freak is trying to take the place of Voldemort and is killing more innocents in the process."

"You might not trust me, but you must trust in the ways of a great man, Albus Dumboldore, who never underestemated the young. We must be ready for unimaginable and unspeakable magic, even if it seems unlikly to happen. Harry Potter was ony a child when he defeated Voldamart the first time, becouse Voldemart underestemated Harry, and his mothers love." Johny knew these people didn't trust him, but he didn't care he was trying to get them to understand him, so that their lifes wouldn't be taken so early in life.

Francene wasn't listening, she had left the house and aperated to a sucluded spot, somewhare she loved to sit. "Hello Francene, I couldn't help noticing your Aperation so I tagged along"Bella had said. "This is a massage from Bella Lestrange, the daughter of mistress Bellatrix Lestrange, to the Order of the Pheonix. We ask only one thing, that you do not go snooping your little Puppy Noses in places that Puppies do not belong" then she disaparated. Francene quickly returned to Grimmwald place sure no one had Aperated with her, and glad she hadn't been a secret keeper or she would have just invited Bella into their base without even realizing it. she hated how Bella always used Puppies as her metaphors; As if the Ordr was as weak as a new born pup.

Emmalynn nodded stubbornly at Johny. "I won't trust you until I see that you won't change sides once your sister comes into the picture," Emmalynn said, her temper cooling. She had resigned herself to eating her stew and planning a nice shower followed by a long nap when Francene rushed in and relayed her news.

Emmalynn's temper flared again when she heard Bella's message. Who did that girl think she was, threatening the Order of the Pheonix with the other impudent little brats.

"Do they really think that they, those immature and inexperienced little snots, are stronger than us?!" she exclaimed, angry, shocked,and insulted.

"Oh, my gosh!" Elladora said. She had been quietly eating her soup, and merely observing, but this was enough. "I'm sick and tired of all this drama!! It's completely unnecessary, and it's not going to help get anything done. Point blank: If you're a member of the Order, you're fighting these delinqents. If you plan on betraying the Order, I will personally kill you."

Everett put down his spoon, adding lazily, "And if there's any more doubt that anyone holds--" he reached into his pocket and pulled out a fairly large bottle of Veritaserum, "--then we'll settle this now. You drink willingly, or you lose your memory."

Everett placed the bottle of clear liquid down on the table, allowing anyone who wanted to question someone else take it. Elladora pulled out a piece of parchment and a quill and wrote, 'Just a few drops will do.' She placed the parchment at the base of the bottle.

"Any takers?" Elladora asked.

Alice waited moments as everyone waited for someone else to be the first one to take the liquids and question a member. Alice wanted to take it and put it in the cabinet with the rest of the bottles but something in her that wanted to question everyone someone to die down the suspense.
"Thank you Elladora and sorry didn’t catch your name but honestly we are in a time of war were not on our own time any more were all in this together whether or not we trust each other we’re just going to have to after this is over we can fret over who is lying who is not right now it’s not of the most importance." Alice said swooping the vile and parchment off the table and throwing it in with their obsessive amount of premade potions. After this one question crossed her mind.

Why would he have that with him? but she decided not because it would counteract with what she had just said moments ago.

Emmalynn looked confusedly at Elladora. She seemed to have had a bit of a mood swing... But when Everett put the Veritaserum on the table, she had a nagging feeling that something was off.

Alice's speech caught the attention of Elliazar.

"Um... Alice, right?" he said slowly. "I'm afriad what you said has confused me. You said we were in a war, which is true, but wouldn't that make finding out who is lying to us of even greater importance? I mean, if someone in this room is an agent of the Death Eaters, that would make the truth serum completely reasonable..." he said, surveying the bottle. "I, for one, would oblige to take some, for I have nothing to hide."

Just then, Emmalynn realized what was wrong. She jumped up and patted down all of her pockets, getting more shocked with every empty one. When at last she had checked all of her pockets, she turned on Everett.

"Was that my vial of Veritaserum?!" she asked. If it was, she couldn't believe she been pick-pocketed, but if it wasn't, she was missing a very dangerous potion.

Everett watched as Alice put the bottle of Veritaserum in the cabinet with many other potions. Elladora chuckled, as she expected no one to be man-enough to outright accuse someone in Grimmauld Place of being a Death Eater. She looked over at Jona from whom she was getting an uncomfortable vibe, but she shook it off as Elliazar commented on Alice's speech.

Everett nodded his head in agreement with Elliazar. Emmalynn had then jumped up and Everett began slowly turning away from her.

"Was that my vial of Veritaserum?!" she asked.

"There's a more than likely possibility that it could have once belonged to you," Everett said slowly.

Elladora began laughing.

Elliazar joined Elladora in her laughter as Emmalynn stood fuming and glaring at Everett. He walked around the table and leaned down to address Ella.

"Should we stop the impending explosion or film it?" he asked, chuckling. Pick-pocketing anything from Emmalynn wasn't smart, but a potion? That was just suicidal!

Emmalynn, on the other side of the table was still speechless, but her shock was wearing off...

"EVERETT!!!" she bellowed. "You must have a death wish, mister, because I know no sane person who knows me would ever steal a potion from me unless they wanted to die a slow and painful death, you little pick-pocket!" She reached across the table to grab him, but her arms weren't long enough.

Elladora calmed down from her laughter and looked at Elliazar. "We should film it." She ran out of the room, grabbed a camera, and took a quick snapshot. "That's going to be excellent..." she said, smiling.

Everett smiled a bit at Emmalynn's anger. "But it certainly did lighten the mood did it not? You know I'm just playing with you, Lynn. And it's a great opportunity for you to understand that you need to sharpen your senses. Frankly, I think we've all become a bit light on the defenses so we could all do a little training. Right?" Everett grinned at the people around him, hoping someone would side with him.

Elladora shook her head the slightest bit. "You're done for."

Everett sighed and leaned forward a bit to be within reach of Emmalynn.

Alice put her hand on Jonas shoulder.
Are you ok you seem rather distracted and distant franquly. I cant read minds what are you contemplanting? Alice asked her through her mind trying to bloke everyone else out of there conversation. She watched Jonas eyes following there stair. they were blank and expressionless wich was diffrent then ussual.
Jona you are allowed to leave if this situation is to wierd or something and dont be affraid to say something eather She encouraged her trying to get atleast a peep out of her.

Suddenly the air got very cold and dense she broke eye contact with Jona and looked around breaking the conversation and releasing her hold on her thoughts so now any mind reader in the room could easily know every dark secret of hers. She looked to find Emmalyn stone still frozen in place.
"What happened?" Alice asked trying not to seem urgent or curious or desperate just normal of course this is nearly impossible so it probably came out an award sounding emotion.

Elladora looked curiously at Emmalynn, then turned to face Everett. "Did you do something?" she asked him.

Everett shook his head, but still didn't face Emmalynn. "I didn't do anything." He stood up and went to the cupboard, grabbing the bottle of Veritaserum and handing it back to Emmalynn. "I'm going to make sure nothing's happening outside."

Elladora nodded. She sank down to sit on the floor, leaned against the wall and closed her eyes.

In the entryway, Everett grabbed his traveling cloak, placed a Disillusion Charm on himself and stepped outside.

When Emmalynn didn't move to take the potion back, he grabbed it and put it in his robes. He faced Emmalynn, who made no reaction at all, and put his hands on both sides of her face.

"Emmalynn," he started, his tone serious, "If there was an emergency, you'd have told us, right?" he asked. He was sure that she would not keep quiet if there was any danger and that this was all just because of Everett, but he'd never seen her so... eerily calm and frozen before.

Emmalynn, on the other hand, was swearing up a storm inside her mind because Everett had left. She was beyond annoyed that he'd gone before she'd had the opportunity to exact her revenge. But she wasn't that easily deterred. Oh no, he'd still face her wrath.

Elladora looked at Emmalynn, and reached out to grabher hand. "Emmalynn," she said, using a soothing voice in attempt to annoy her. "How goest thou? Wouldst thou speak of such an danger, need there be?"

Outside, Everett looked around. He knew Emmalynn was plotting something against him, and he had just come outside to soothe the worried looks from Alice. He sighed, sensing nothing important outside and step back in to face Emmalynn imminent fury.

Back in the kitchen, Elladora had apparent changed her talk to that of Shakespeare. "Syaoran! How art thou? Is't a danger lurking about?"

Emmalyn please speak if you know of some danger tell us all if you wish to be alone wish it if something is wrong just say it. it does everyone no good by keeping silent and sure are making a ruckus out of nothing and it sure won’t help yourself unless you say at least something please it would make this situation allot less stressful if you would. If thou hath knowledge thou won’t be left till thou has tellith thy something whether or not is true. Alice thought to her hearing Elladora talk in old English she figured she would give it a shot even though she was a little rusty on it.
"Has this ever happened before?" Alice asked calmer trying not to aggravate anyone with her tone.

Emmalynn knew the second that Alice was trying to enter her mind to send a thought to her. She lowered her shields a fraction to hear it, but still high enough to keep everything in and everything else out. She felf a bit guilty for making Alice worry, but before she could decide whether or not to stop, Syaoran re-entered the kitchen.

Everything is fine Alice, just watch and enjoy the show... she sent to her friend. Without any outward sign, Emmalynn cast a silent and wandless Disillusionment charm upon herself and promptly disappeared from sight. Silently, she walked to the sink. After silencing the area, she got a large glass of water and poured a small vial of fire red liquid into it. It swirled ominously before dissolving clear. Once behing her target, she readied the glass above his head. The potion would turn him red and soak him thouroughly, if it worked, which it would. Leaning close, she whispered, "You don't steal from me, Syaoran honey." And she dumped the glass over his head.

Alice laughed slightly as the red liquid soaked him.
Smooth move she thought entertained. She was sure that several people were going to be very upset about this not only the one who was the star of the prank but everyone who was so concerned for her was now going to be angry that they got all worried for nothing. She bit her lip waiting for the response of everyone around her. She laughed watching the potion take its toll on him.
I guess he won’t steal from her ever again she thought rolling her eyes upward. This certainly lightened the tense mood of the room at least for her.
"coments?" she asked trying to end the silence.

Everett just stood, slightly shocked. Elladora was nearly in hysterics. She tried to slow her breathing down enough to talk. She was still gasping for air and she managed to get out between strangled breaths. "I'll bet anyone (gasp) a dozen galleons (gasp) that he's just mad (gasp) you called him Syaoran!"

Everett shot Elladora a dirty look, the red making him look very angry. "I'm going to go shower," he said through gritted teeth.

After he left the room, Elladora said, "I guess there wasn't any danger." She then grinned around the room. "And Emmalynn, was there really a need to turn him red? It doesn't match his eyes." Elladora teased.
