PREFECTS ANNOUNCED MAY 2006 - JULY 2006

To be considered for a prefect position, you need to be an active member of the site, abide by rules, be helpful etc etc

Prefects will be re-voted for by the professors every 2 months.

Prefects are not moderators of the board though do help the staff with problems of other members, and there are discussions of a special forum being opened soon for prefects only.

This month, there were a few candidates for the prefect position, though we can only have two per house. After 2 months, thee positions will once again be re-voted for.

First of all, I'd like to thank everyone for this distinctive honor. I truly am very appreciative to recieve the status of Prefect(even if it is for only 2 months) It means a lot to me. Though I am very surprised that I was even nominated and was really blown away when I saw that I was made one :shock: I must have really proven myself I guess~chuckles nervously and straightens his tie~

Anyway, as Prefect I shall continue to follow the rules, help people out, do hw, duels, Quidditch, RP,write motivating threads and speeches for my fellow Slytherins, continue my activities, not Crucio anyone(much) stay active, be resourceful, nice, considerate of all others and their houses, not abuse my privilges, continue to advertise about how great Hogwarts Experience is, write stories and share them with those who wish to read them, continue my graphics and art, continue making videos, keep entering all challenges, assist the Professors and Mods, help enforce the rules when needed in a calm, mature non-threatening way, continue coming up with new ideas, respect all people here whether they are mods or not and not let this new status go to my head..(too much.)

Anyway, I'm not going to make this into a speech, but I do want to just say thank you for giving me such an honor and I will conduct myself properly while continuing to be the same, old, fun-loving Jesse, that you've all got to know.
I'd also like to thank my friends who have stood by me, and to let them know that though I may have more responsibilites, I will most certainly not forget them. They can all still come to me with their problems when they need someone to talk to and when they just need an ear to listen.Anybody can talk to me cuz I'll listen. And if someone wants something to remain confidential then it shall be done so.
I really do like this site a lot. A big thanks to Elfie for creating it and giving us a fun place to go. I am proud to be a member here cuz it's such a fun place.
Okay well before this turns into a speech, I just wanna say another quick thank you to everyone. I will wear my Prefect Badge with pride~bows and smiles proudly~
