December 2011: So, I don't know whether or not this actually counts... but I haven't had a ton of time to do my routine because of work. At work I usually spend about 8 hours running around all day (literally) and lifting heavy boxes? If that doesn't count, then here is this:
ALSO!!! I have 8 pounds to go on my ideal weight. I've already lost a pant size December 3rd: Three hours at cheer open gym.
December 5th, 6th, 7th, 9th , 11th: Half hour run through elevated track.
December 14th and 15th: Ran 5 miles through elevated track.
(Just a little side note: I went through some pretty challenging issues in January and February as far as health went. Basically I started purging and then working myself way too hard. It got to the point where I had to talk to doctors and everything. So I'm just not going to put anything in for those months, seeing as I wasn't getting myself healthy.)
