[QUIDDITCH]: Slytherin – Game 3

The third game of the season! Summer is here and it's a sorching day!
 
The crowd begins to fill the stands as 14 enchanted dummies specially ordered by the HeadMaster take place in the air, 7 on each side of the field. You can see that each dummy supports a letter in their chest. ‘P’ for “Professional Level”, ‘S’ for “Student Level” and ‘A’ for “Amateur Level”.
 
For this game, skills were randomly sorted and the dummies for Chasers support “Ps”, Beaters support “As”, Keepers support “As” and Seekers support “Ss”.

Who will show up to take the place of the dummies? Who can guess the outcome?

-          Remember to always add your position in the beginning of the post.

-          Once you enter the field and announce your position the corresponding dummy will disappear. You DO NOT take the skill level of the dummy. Skill levels have been assigned to the dummies so you know how hard is to beat the opposing dummy or how helpful the dummy on you side will be. Your skills are your own and will be shown by your posts.

-          You can only make 1 post per day up to a maximum of 30 in total and a minimum of 4 posts in total.

You’ll be judged on the following aspects:

Number of posts – 30 pts*

Creativity – 50 pts

Skill shown/Manoeuvres – 50 pts

Knowledge of the game – 50 pts

Cooperation with the dummies/Facing the opposing dummies – 50 pts

Team work (only valid if other members show up to play with you) – 10 pts+

Spelling/Grammar – 10 pts

*If you make 30 posts but there are mostly one paragraphs you will not get the full marks

+If you want to increase the chances of your House winning, call others to play and benefit from these points

Total possible: 250 pts

The House score will be the average score of every member.

Your House Points for the game will be your score points multiplied by 10 for a possible 2500 HP per game.

The game will end on the 19^th of February or if someone catches the Snitch earlier than that.

Raistlin dragged himself across the Pitch, thoroughly regretting his  decision to play Quidditch this year. To top his bad mood, the day was hot as hell, and he simply didn't do hot. Just no. Days should all be cloudy, windy and with the occasional shower.

"Slytherin better win..." he grumbled, while trying to decide which position to play this time. He was pretty sure he knew which position he wouldn't be playing. Chaser. Last game had been enough for a while.

Sweat was building up on the back of his neck while he stood there in the middle of the field. Finally he opted for what he thought would be the least troublesome position.

"Seeker!"

He was disappointed when not even being in the air did anything to cool him down. The air was just too hot. Hell, hell hell!

Raistlin rose above the other players to better observe. Chasers were Professionals but Keepers and Beaters were only Amateurs. It was going to be a bloodbath of goals. Nothing he could do about it now. Maybe if he got the snitch fast enough he could put a quick end to it.

Scanning the field, he tried to catch a glimpse that would betray the elusive snitch. His focus was short lived when a loud sound announced that a goal had been scored. He didn't need to look at the scoreboard to guess who had scored. Three quarters of the spectators where cheering. Clearly it had not been Slytherin scoring.

Groaning, Raistlin made a lap around the Quidditch Pitch but with no luck. Not that he was putting too much of  an effort. The heat was just too unconformable. Great a grip Raistlin, he said to himself before taking a deep breath and dashing forward.

The sun was scorching his neck while he zoomed around the field. The air hitting his face made it feel like his face was being cooked. As he had predicted, the field was a bloodbath of goals. Still, the teams were tied.

It had been just a glimpse near one of the opposing team's Dummy Chaser, but it had been enough for Raistlin to blast in its direction. The elusive snitch had made a dive and was now going towards the ground, just a few more inches.

BAM!

A searing pain cracked his skull, followed by a hollow clunk sound. Through the tears in his eyes he could see the Quaffle on the floor. One of the Dummies had dropped it on top of him.

"You little piece of wooden mess!" he yelled while grabbing his head. The snitch had disappeared again though, so now he was not only being scorched alive but also had a huge headache.
