Pre-Dance Information!

Before the audience arrives into the spectacular auditorium, they see a sign highlightning the Slytherin's group dance. It shows the costumes (courtesy of Fated), and the music videos on which their group dance is to be based.

EDIT: Our stage video wouldn't work so Here is just our stage and my special lighting effects from the video-I had to take the music out as it was very choppy on the file and I couldn't straighten it out. So at least the stage part and effects of it work, sorry if it is a little fuzzy. But this is our stage that we are doing our dancing on.

The steam rises upon the dance stage as a door at the back of the auditorium opens to the start of the music.

Snape is stood there in his costume, his head down towards the floor before it begins to rise slowly. He steps forwards in time to the music as Fated and charmed triangle behind him.

Suddenly the music ups its pace as the drums kick in. Snape dances forwards as Fated, Charmed moonlight, emelia and jessina backflip towards the stage....

After backflipping towards the edge of the stage, Emelia's feet plant on the floor right before the audience. Emelia, Jessenia,and Moonlight are all standing at the front of the stage, fists raised high.

Severus is behind, on his raised podium., with Fated and Charmed stationed firmly at his left and right.

Dancing all in precise, hard core choreography, Emelia, Jessenia and Moonlight move within the silky grey steam emitting from the wings of the stage. This lighting is creating a silhouette effect for these three dancers.

As the chorus is belted from the speakers, Emelia, Jessenia and Moonlight are drawn up to their team mates - the amazing beam of light attracting the now centre focus for Severus, Fated, and Charmed....

Severus, Fated and Charmed are lifted up towards the heavens in a V formation as the podium they were on rises with Severus leading the way, looking like the almighty god he is. The music is blaring and an image of a green snake has been projected at the back wall.

From their positions on the podium Jessenia, Emelia and Moonlight leap back to the ground as green sparks are emitted from snake totems on the sides of the podium. Everyone is dancing, moves being carried out with impeccible timing and an accuracy that is envied by all watching. Severus, Fated and Charmed come down from their positions up high and all are now in a line at the front of the stage. The order, from left to right being Moonlight, Charmed, Emelia, Jessenia, Severus, Fated.

All of a sudden, Charmed, Jessenia and Fated disappear. Smoke is now taking residence in the positions they were just in. There is a burst of silver and green sparks, and Charmed, Jessenia and Fated come flying out from the mouth of the snake image being projected. They are somersaulting forwards and land just as Moonlight, Emelia and Severus jump into the air, flipping, twisting and turning. Their acrobatics, so very precise. They land and all dancers move into a semi circle formation and Severus...

Hooks and thin lines lift each of the dancers into the air still in their formation. Steam and bright green and blackened lights emit into the audience as heavy chains dangle from the ceiling. The dancers use the chains and do a rock based sycronised air dance before being lowered over the audience.

Charmed snape and Fated reach down and lift up a member of Gryffindor and pull them into the air, as Jessenia and Emelia and moonlight mimic them with a Ravenclaw. They continue their sycronised dance in the air before gently lowering their fellow students down.

There is a blast of steam and the slytherin dancers vanish from view. The audience can clearly be seen looking for them. As the steam lifts, you hear a bang and the dancers are all in a line on the stage awaiting their indervidual dances within the soundtrack of poison...

Snape took centre stage first, the music beating through his veins as he played air guitar until the music once again took beat.

He backflipped onto the shoulders of the other slytherin dancers as the candles around him lit up, before jumping into the air and magically suspending himself in a matrix stle dance before landing on his outstretched arms on the floor, flipping charmed over his body as they dueted a fast paced dance with their feet, mixing a greek stly spectacularly in with the music of poison

Emelia then took up the centre stage, body outstretched and ready for action. She performed a grand jete across the stage, the crowd in awe at her graceful releve landing.

As the music became faster, she pirouetted three times in a row, finishing in a hip-hop like lunge,facing the wings. Swiftly turning back to the centre, she kicked her right leg high in the air in time with the heavy drum beat. Lowering her hands, she went into a powerful hand stand - walking on her hands as she lowered herself back onto the stage - the adrenalin pumping through her body...

Taking the centre stage focus, Jessenia took a wide hip-hop like stance. She jumped down into a crouch only to quickly jump back up again and to everyones amazement she peformed the very complex triple somersault flip in tuck position.

She then ran across the stage and then did an outwards fan kick, dropping to the ground and pulsated. Standing back up she jump-crossed her feet, hitch kicked and went into a backbend. The audience was stunned. Emelia then came forwards and flipped over her.

Jessenia stood up and the entire Slytherin group aligned themselves perfectly together on the stage. It was an inspiring sight...

~Fated then steps forward twirling once then lifting his hands he waves them in a mysteriously fashion causing awe to whisper through the crowd. And then with an explosion of fireworks he leaps into the air doing a double back flip and firmly landing on his feet, going into a sudden spin and quickly back bending and doing a handstand.
Keeping his body in perfect formation, Fated is like a statue as Snape, Emelia and Jessenia dance in a circle around him before splitting off and Emelia and Jessenia float up into the air in slow motion, while Snape mimicks Fated's perfectly poised posture.

~The smoke glinting of a green radience starts to slowly circle around the group, creeping around their bodies causing them to become still and almost frozen like. Then in a magnificient dance of its own, the green smoke whisps fade away and suddenly there's a loud boom of an explosion. Jessenia and Emelia are the first to move and touch the floor with their feet going into a roaring series of two steps forward let back twirling and allowing their hands to flow freely with the music.
At the same time Fated and Snape push up off their hands from the hand stand and land on their feet as another loud explosion of fireworks sounds in the background. Fated steps to the left 4 times then turns and back and repeats as Snape awes the audience with his impressive moves~

Snape backflips slowly to the back of the stage whilst Fated and Jessenia hurry down the aisle, a tunnel of dancers made by the others. As the lights dimmed, snape amazed himself by running and double turn back flipping on the floor before front spiral flipping onto fated and Jessenia before they threw him into the air where he performed a series of spectacular twists and turns in time to the music before landing silently upon the floor

~And as Snape landed on the floor, Fated jumped up on Snape's shoulders awing the crowd with his spectacular handstand complete with a perfectly done splits in the air, showing off his flexibility.
And then to awe the crowd more, Fated slowly allows one of his hands to let go, and he is now doing an impressive one handed-handstand on Snape's shoulder. And then letting his other hand return to it's former place, Fated pushes off Snape's shoulders and flips up in the air and comes down with a graceful stance of both grace and awe. He does a couple of twists and turns as the next person is ready to take the spotlight~

Snape picks Jessenia up and 'juggles' her in the air before flipping her over his head and under his arms and into the green spotlight

The crowd hadn't blinked once - they were too afraid that they might miss some of the spectacular acrobatics and choreography from the amazing Slytherin group. Now they were all standing together, their bodies all moving slower and slower as the music was becoming softer.

Led by Fated and Snape - Emelia, Jessenia, Charmed and Moonlight all slowly creeped into a new position within the emerald green shadows. As the last incredible note was hit from the speakers, the word POISON became a thunderous echo throughout the entire auditorium.

As the final distant echo had finished ringing through the audience's heads, they thought it was over. But the lights began to flicker, and the crowd became captivated once again.

"Welcome To My Nightmare" had begun...

Charmed ripped of her outer layer of clothes as the music began and the cheers roared, reveilling a vampire costume which was lines emerald green.

She pioetted upon the stage as the lights flickered and steam rose. Fated and Snape lifted her into the air as the others circled her. They fliped her in the air as she starfished in the air before hurtling back into the armof the two males who lifted her gently into the middle of the circle. The slytherins came in and shadowed where charmed had gone. Suddenly, there was a burst of green light and snape, fated, jessina, emelia and moonlight twirled backwards, their feet moving in time with the beat to reveal that charmed had vanished.

As the next bit of 'welcome to my nightmare' came through the speakers, a bright green light appeared in the beams of the ceiling and reveilled charmed sitting there. she grabbed hold of the rope of the rafters and swung down and landed in triangle formation with the rest of her group...

~With everyone in the triangle formation, Fated seized the moment as as an explosive of green and silver pyrotecnics went off; all of the members of the slytherin group were tossed up into the air. Moonlight,Jessenia,Charmed, and Emelia did several spectacular twirls as Snape and Fated performed syncronized front flips.
Then as the four girls descended from being in the air, Emelia and Moonlight landed in frozen stoned poses. Charmed fell into Fated's arms and Jessenia landed in Snape's the same way- in frozen stances for a brief moment before the entire group was on their feet and dancing the following choreographed number.
Step two left, right back turn left then walk backwards 3 steps, turn right spin three times one way then the other way. Step forward right foot back left foot, turn turn stop and Freeze!~~

~The smoke began rolling in as the lights flickered and gave way to the descending darkness of the dance.~

All of a suden the music was turned up full blast, and all the Slytherin dancers bobbed down to the ground. They did some floor work, finished with a push up and raised themselves back into standing position.

The formation then changed into a V with the point of the V towards the back of the stage. Each dancer quickly turned to the left and hopped down into a half lunge, standing back up again only to do a back break turn then performing 4 kick-ball changes, alternating between left foot and right. They each then did a Parder Ball re` one after the other.

Severus then stepped forward, jumped into a wide stance, lifting his head towards the sky and threw his arms up to the roof. green and silver sparks came bursting out of the totems on the stage as green flames lit up along the front of the stage only to die down again. Charmed came dancing forward, performing each move with accuracy. Charmed was then lifted into the air by Severus, as Fated lifted Moonlight, Severus and Fated positioning themselves next to each other. Jessenia and Emelia stood behind them, out of site. Jessenia then picked emelia up and threw her into the air. She flipped over Charmed and moonlight and landed on the floor with grace infront of Severus and Fated. Moonlight and Charmed backflipped off the ones holding them up and Jessenia and Emelia stepped forward.

A semi-circle was formed around them. They began to dance, mimicking each others moves but in opposite. Emelia and Jessenia ended their dance, legs wide apart, bodies facing each other, arms folded across their chests and their faces, set in stone, pointed towards the audience. Severus, Fated, Charmed and Moonlight all had their arms crossed too.

The Drums began getting louder and Severus, Charmed, Fated, Moonlight, Jessenia and Emelia all flipped in sync. Jessenia, Moonlight and Charmed landing and then moving down into the splits. Fated, Severus and Emelia moved back to the podium as Jessenia, Charmed and Moonlight brought their back legs around, backwards sommersaulted and stood up...

~Returning to a standing position, Fated and Jessenia clasped hands and did a minor dance number similar to the tango as Snape and Charmed mimcked Fated and Jessenia.
Then Fated twirled Jessenia around and sent her twirling towards Snape as Snape did the same twirling Charmed towards Fated-
After switching off partners Snape and Jessenia went into a quickened version of the waltz.
Fated clasped hands with Charmed and they fell into a similar waltzy dance number, though also quicker paced.
Moonlight and Emelia were on opposite sides of the stage performing elegantly choreographed ballet type dance moves, embraced in the glory of the lime colored spotlight that now descended up the stage.
And then all six of the slytherins slowed down and came together in perfect sync as the music carried them through their routine.~

As the bass guitar got stronger, everyone's movements became heavier and deeper. Making it seem like the beats were pushing them down, Fated and Snape gradually descended to the floor. Now crawling to the edge of the stage, the huge fans suddenly blew them further and further back.

The "wind" now getting stronger, it allowed Moonlight, Emelia, Charmed and Jessenia's hair to billow behind them freely - the shimmer in the lights fitting perfectly with the dark background. Then Moonlight and Jessenia leaped over the two male Slytherins still on the floor.

As the girls leaped over them, Fated and Snape moved up from the floor to make it seem like they had pulled them up without even touching them. Coming out from each of the wings, Charmed and Emelia ran and did a double tuck flip with a perfect dismount.

The lights now shining brightly on all the six talented dancers, the growing crowd watched them as they all lifted their arms gracefully. As they did this, their feet were lifted from the ground and they were now suspended in mid air. As the spotlight shone on each of them, they froze on different levels. Their eyes locked on the audience, the group now moved as one - the lighting, music, and special effects working perfectly with their bodies....

A mexican wave happened, only with each dancer being lifted to the highest point and back down to their previous position in mid air.

They all turned to the left and took a robot like position and began doing the robot, faces turned towards the audience. They stopped after 16 counts and Emelia, Jessenia and Moonlight floated down a bit, they were now positioned below Ftaed, Severus and Charmed.

Emelia, Jessenia and Moonlight turned upside down and began mimmicking the moves of the other Slytherin's. It looked as if Fated, Severus and Charmed were dancing on a mirror, their reflections copying their moves.

Emelia, Jessenia and Moonlight turned back upright and all the Slytherin's descended. Landing with grace on the stage, they began some contemporary choreography.

Positioned in a line, the order from left to right being Moonlight, Emelia, Severus, Fated, Jessenia and Charmed, The two males backflipped in slow motion, as the rest of the dancers performed barrel turns, turning to the left. Severus and Fated then joined in.

All of the dancers perormed arabesque's, then stood back up only to go into a smooth, slow, backwards walk over. Going into the splits, legs in a straddle position, they lowered their torsoes to the floor of the stage, stomach's touching the ground. Placing their hands firmly on the stage infront of them, they brought their legs up and over and bent their arms. The lengths of their fore arms now on the ground of the stage. Moving into tiger stands, the dancers then brought their feet together and lifted their bodies up, moving into hand stands.

Going into forward rolls, they all sprang up back into a standing position....

And then the six of them fell into step with each other as the lights around then flickered quickly and then as the six dancers were moving in sync with each other, from the opposite sides of the stage came two large but well trained cobra snakes, slithering in time to the beat and taking their spots on either side of the dancers. Fated stepped to the right then back then to the left and turned slowly allowing the snake to slither between his legs and the other dancers followed the same pattern. From the other side Jessenia and Emelia were greeted by the same actions of that snake.
As all of the dancers let the two cobras slither to the front, they fell into a snake like dance behind the reptiles.
Snape stepped forward and picked up one of the snakes.
Fated stepped forward and picked up the other.
The snakes were well trained and had no problem letting either of the guys handle them as they went into a more mysterious dance number.
The four girls suddenly froze in the background each in intimidating poses as Snape and Fated danced around holding the snakes.
And then slowing their movements even more, they each took a side and Snape handed the snake he'd been holding to Emelia. Then he froze into place as she took the spotlight.
At that same instance, Fated passed off the snake in his hands to Jessenia and also froze in place, allowing her to step forward and join Emelia in a similar mysterious dance with the reptiles.~

Jessenia and Emelia then completed their dance with the snakes. The audience was mystified.

All of a sudden, they threw the snakes into the crowd, and just as they were about to land, they disappeared.

Each Slytherin dancer then jumped into a wide stance and hitch kicked, only to land and peform a back bridge gone into a walk over. All of this was done in perfect sync and in a diagonal line, it looked spectaluar.

Standing back up, they each did a four step turn to the right. Going into a jazz split, they each spun around on their behinds in a 360 turn and body rolled back up into standing position....

~Returning to a standing position, the six Slytherins, continued to fall into step with each other, performing a few twists and spins and they all began to dance in a circle again, as green transparent flames shot out of the floor sending them into a frenzy of more spectacular dance steps.
Three steps forward.Turn left. Slide. back. Turn left spin left. Turn right and spin right. step forward and back.(Repeated slowly 4 times)

They performed in perfect sync, each one contributing to the group showing off their own talent and style~
