Hey there, it's your RDE(Resident Death Eater) with a new fun game for us all to play!
(I've seen different variations of the You know you on other sites about other topics)

The rules are you have to put something related to Harry Potter/and or the HE in this game. You come up with stuff like you tell everyone basically about how to spot HP obsessed people and how you can tell when someone has been too obsessed haha.

It's called 'You Know You Are Obsessed With HP When... (YKYAOWHP)-

Some examples--

YKYAOWHP when you wake up in the middle of the night rubbing your forehead thinking it is burning

YKYAOWHP when you shout 'Expecto patronum' at you own shadow

YKYAOWHP when you hear popping and think it's someone apparating.

YKYAOWHP when you call 'Gandalf' Dumbledore while watching Lord of the Rings

YKYAOWHP(HE) when you see purple Hippos in your dreams

YKYAOWHP(HE) when you first jump online and go straight to the HE site (I do this haha)

YKYAOWHE when you completely flip out at your friend for making you miss the entirety of the HE chat quiz for listening to her practice flute.

YKYOWHPW, on Halloween, you point a pencil at a guy in a long black cloak and shout "EXPECTO PATRONUM!"

YKYOWHPW you and your friends go door to door handing out flyers to raise awarness for 'Harry Potter Day' : September 1st, 2017, at Kings Cross.

...When you heard about that bridge that collapsed you automatically thought of the Brockdale Bridge and decided Voldemort did it

you know you are obsessed with harry potter when your friend mentions something about burma, and you say, "ooh, someone from HP is from therre!!" then you think about it and figure it out.

When you think a Baton is really a Wand in hiding.

When you read my avatar and almost start crying.

When you see your Principal at school as Dumbledore.

When you walk out of a particularly difficult class and say, "Another class like that and I might pull a Weasley."

When you hear anyone's name with a similarity to any character in the book and you have to poke another HP fan and discuss whether they look like the character.

When you think that you're worst enemy is a death eater.

When you still have 4 untouched packets of stickers they handed out at the 5th book release.

When you're certain that your teacher (In my case, one aptly named 'Killer Cow') is Voldemort.

You honestly know more about Harry Potter than your countries history.

(You can say that again, I can't even remember when the french revolution was!)

When you decorate your room in your house colours

YKYAOWHE when you turn your computer on to post in one of the challenges e.g. 'How many books can you read in 6 months'

when your mum has to wrench the last HP book out of your hands to get you to socialise with your family.

When the "Everything can be connected to Harry Potter" game is easy as pie because you do it all the time in rl.

haha.

YKYAOWHP when everything someone says can be linked to HP to you. and you and your bud look at each other and say something like, "haha, like from harry potter..."

YKYAOWHE when you sign up for ever event that happens even though you have mountains of homework to complete.

When you look at a Tee Pee and think of a Wizard hat.

When you're dad is constantly blocking this site from you cause you go on it to much.

When you see yellow, green, red, and blue together (which is often) and you think (or sometimes shout) "Hey, they represent the Hogwarts house colors!"

Ever notice food dye?...

When you've tried to memorize pages in the HP books...

When you have memorized various poems or song from the books. (I have the first Sorting Hat song down the best)

...when you cry your eyes out for the 100th time when Ron and Hermione meet for the first time on the train because you know they end up together!

...when you have every line in the movie's memorized and can mimic their accents perfectly :D

YKYAOWHE when you know pretty much everyone on the site.

YKYAOWHPHP when you know everyone's name and house on the site from memory

when you first meet people the first think you say is:''You look like [insert name hear] from harry potter.

...when people can ask you what happened on a certain page in the HP books and you can summarize it correctly

YKYAOWHPHE when...

You pick up a non-Harry Potter book and gasp when you realize what it is.

When you have read all the HP books at least 10 times for each one

When you look at Muggle things and say " I wish I had a wand".

When you watch movies with Harry Potter actors and they are the only things you notice (totally happened with Sweeny Todd).

YKYOWHP when... you attempt to make the sugary foods of the books. (i.e. pumpkin pasties...)

YKYOWHP when... you shout "Lumos" right before you flick the lights on.
