| This is not the first time I have been sent transcripts of the chat room that contains problems, but I am going to say this only once more. If I hear of any more problems within the main chat window which is affecting others to the degree of upset, then I will not hesitate to close the chat room and open it for moderators only, something which I really do not want to do! This is NOT about one particular person/people, though I have a responsibility to look after all my members and I take this job seriously, perhaps more seriously than many other admin on other sites as I have got to know a lot of you well. It has got to the point where I am becoming offended!
To everyone who wishes to use the HE chat room:
Please keep personal upsets out of the chat room. If you need to talk, my ear is always open and I will never get offended or upset if you pm me with problems. My concern is for everyone and I am always willing to help.
No arguments whatsoever to occur in the chat room, and this also applys to taking personal arguments into such threads as the bad news thread.
Also, Moderators have a certain degree of responsibility, and must be respected, though moderators must also keep to the rules of the chat room.
This is not to spoil anyones fun, as if you know me - I am all about having fun, though it is to keep a friendly and safe environment in the HE site.
