The Office is practically my favorite show of all time. Very funny and the actors are very good. Me being an American, I have only seen the American version (with Steve Carrel [sp?], Rainn Wilson, John krasinski, etc.) and only clips of the British original (with Ricky Gervais, Martin Freeman, and I dont know anyone else lol)...

Does anyone else like/love this show? How do you think the two versions (US v. British) are different?

AHHHHHH i love the office!!!!!!!!! It is my fave show, but its on very late here in down under. My favourite episode would have to be the christmas party, too funny!

Ahhhh I love the Christmas Party! I love how Jim reacted to Dwight describing how he was going to use Pam's teapot... :D That was the first Office episode I had ever seen lol.

But my favorite would have to be either Health Care...

or Casino Night... Health Care is funnier, but the end of Casino Night was shocking... affraid

and steve is great on it... sometimes a little.... um... not as smart as he should be (refer to Boys and Girls episode when he destroys the wharehouse) :D

But Jim and Dwight are my favorite people... those moments with them are just priceless lol

The third season started about six weeks ago, and i Love it so far! I know I'm... probably the only one who will... really read this.... but its really funny! The season opener worried me a little, but the episodes got a lot better! Specially this week's, when Jim got drunk and fell off his bike... teehee

But the next episode is called Branch Closing.... which makes me a little worried.... sad

So yeah....

I like this show! I've only seen the US version, though...

Michael can be such a complete butt sometimes, but then he does something that makes you feel sorry for him (the Fundle-Bundle tape during Take Your Daughter to Work Day, his rejected marriage proposal during Diwali). I watch the show mainly for Dwight, though The Office 436937

Mmm... Diversity Day was okay. I didn't think the first season was that great, with the exception of Health Care. It was too much like the British office (which rocks as well!). The second season rocked, and the third season right now is getting pretty good.

But to get back to that, Michael's most painful moment was in the Halloween episode... but the end was really sweet The Office 436937

Hm... i've only seen the American one, but I have heard of and seen clips of the original British version. I think they are the same in funniness, just in different ways. The British one is darker, and the boss is... I don't know, more... cynical? That's just what I've heard.

It seems like most of the Americans that have seen the British one really like it, and most of the British folks that have seen the American one think its absolute trash The Office 436937

I was never able to get into the English version as I always found it a bit over done to be funny, but I was flicking through and watched the american version of the office and found it soooooooo funny.

Most of the fans at my school are guys, but I've gotten one of my friends to watch at least one episode... but I usually just talk about it with the boys in my class haha. I have it on my iPod so they like to watch it The Office 436937
