Survivor Success!

Since last edition so much has happened on HE! There’s been so many changes, one of the most noticeable being the introduction of HE’s Celebrity Survivor!

As a HE Pensieve exclusive we’ve got an interview with the creator – Raistlin the Wizard.

Determined to start on good terms with Rai the interview began with me being more than polite…

Aliza: Ok, well, Rai, first of all...Hi! And thanks for agreeing to be interviewed!
Rai: The pleasure is all mine.

However, as soon as we’d started that resolution flew out the window, irritating him is much more fun!

Aliza: ...Although if you hadn’t I may have been tempted to make up your answers!

He then proceeded to glare at me, while I smiled sweetly. And then, the interview began.

Aliza: Anyway, Rai, what gave you the idea or inspiration to create the Celeb Survivor?
Rai: Well, there's a Britney Spears Brazilian forum in which they make tons and tons of Survivors. I always though it was a great idea and a lot of fun. So I finally decided to try it out in HE.
Aliza: ...So it wasn't actually your genius? Just some...Brazilian dudes? Or dudette.
Rai: Genius does not lie only in the creative process, but also in knowing how to use things around you, what you see and adapt it to your needs. So, you ask me if the Survivor concept was mine? No. But should I get less credit for it? Absolutely not.
Aliza: ...Geez. Chill out dude. I was just asking.
Rai: I was just answering.
Aliza: Ok, now most people who have any idea of who you are will know who you want to win - but for those who don't, care to tell us?
Rai: That's true. I do not hide my appreciation for Miss Spears. She might no have the best voice there is, but it's sweet and soft, I like it. If I wanted a scream show I'd be an Aguilera fan. Britney combines everything. She's not just a singer, she's an artist, a performer. No one can deny what she achieved until today. No one from her generation did. She has her place in the music History. Even though I know she will not win, I can assure I'll do my best to guarantee her the best position possible.
Aliza: What do you think of the success of the survivor so far?
Rai: I am truly pleased with the adherence of people so far. It's good seeing people fighting for their celebs, coming up with schemes and despair when one of their fav celebs is tossed out.
Aliza: Ok. What do you think of the eliminations so far?
Rai: It displeases me people attack first people who are more famous but for whom they hold some kind of grudge. I think lesser known celebs should be voted off first. Because not liking someone is a celeb status, more than not knowing who someone is or just be indifferent to that person.
Aliza: Also, some people have been making mini-alliances to save their celebrities, what do you think of the scheme? Is it fair?
Rai: To the ones who saw the original reality show know that alliances are part of the survivor. Survivors aren't about being the best or the most loved. It's about knowing how to survivo gather up with some people in order to overcome the stronger ones. And like in every reality show it will be ones who lay low that will win.
Aliza: Any final words?
Rai: If you haven't taken part in the Celebs survivor so far, don't hesitate! You might regret it later when you see one of your fav celebs out.
So far a total of 17 celebrities have eliminated. Who will be next to go? Go vote to decide! (Oh dear, I’m advertising for Rai… XD)

The first to go was Paris Hilton. I do actually agree with this, I mean she’s just rich and annoying. No offence to Paris fans out there, or Paris herself, but, thank you HE for getting rid of her!

Others to go were Angelina Jolie, Tom Cruise, Madonna and Emma Watson. Its all good though, I don’t like any of them!

Next was Jade Goody. I definitely agree with this one! She’s not worth becoming HE’s celebrity because she’s famous for…nothing. Or, for being on Big Brother. But she didn’t even win it! Good elimination. *nods*

J K Rowling was next to go, there was a lot of controversy about this one – some people were determined for old Jo to stay, after all, HE wouldn’t exist without her! Others however, and its these that I agree with, thought that Jo had got enough recognition on our site and didn’t deserve to be counted as a true celeb.

Others who have been kicked off were Donny Tourette (who deserved to go), LL Cool J, Tim Curry and Simon Cowell.

Keira Knightley went next and I am ashamed to say that I voted for her. I wouldn’t have, if I hadn’t been forced to. *glares in to space* But I personally think that Keira is talented, and beautiful and should have stayed! Even if my dad fancies her… *shudder*

Others to go have been Tom Felton, Amy Lee, Tom Kaulitz, Twiggy, Robert Pattinson and Matthew Lewis.

There are 83 more celebrities left so go vote so that we can choose HE’s official celebrity! Oh dear, advertising again. Rai is really rubbing off on me…

Readers of the Pensieve! We have, exclusively for you, an interview of one of the site's first and most active members...

Firstly, some random facts about our beloved Caroru:
- She's the official HE Owl and has been since...I can remember
- She's in love, and actually married to Johnny Depp (or so she thinks!)

- She's 16 years old

Bizzare as it may sound me and Caroru are sitting in...a tree. It was, not mine, but her chosen location and this interview is all about her so I decided to humor her. I myself would much prefer to be sitting in Johnny's French villa where she claimed to be before. Still, despite the whole...tree situation, I was determined to start on good terms...

Aliza: Thanks for agreeing to be interviewed. The readers of the Pensieve will love you for it! So, let's start from the beginning, what made you sign up to HE?

Caroru: I think it was either Elfie, Eimi, or Swifty (or then all three of them) who talked me into it. And I was bored, and very hyper, so I thought "Why not?"

Aliza: And you knew them from...HPFF?

Caroru: Yep yep!

Aliza: Ok then, and what's the story behind your username?

Caroru: ...haha "That's a secret I'll never tell!" ...okay sorry. No wait, put that

I am still scribbling furiously, managing to get down everything while she speaks. Unfortunatley, at this point she seemed to realise that I was writing down everything she was saying.

Caroru: ........NOT EVERYTHING. Just the cool line!

Aliza: Yup, everything. It has to be a good representation of you! The whole interview from when i said interview will be put down, even this bit.

Unfortunately that didn't make her too happy and after making a few strange faces she went on to...blaspheme. xD Still, I thought, the show must go on!

Aliza: You're the official HE Owl, how did that come about??

Caroru: I would LOVE to say that it was something I came up with, but in all honesty, Jesse came up with it. We were both hyper, and we were coming up with nicknames to each other, and he said I was an owl because I never slept, and when I did, it was at weird times.

Aliza: And then from there its just become your trade-mark?

Caroru: Yeah, because I said owls were boring, but then he said "You could be HE's Official Owl!" and it was so cool and all

Aliza: Anyway, you've been around from the very beginning of the site, almost (3 days-ish) and lots has changed. What do you think has been the biggest change?

Caroru: Well... probably how the drama between the members became larger and more... well, dramatic And then the awesome purple disappeared! The site was purple-ish in the start, right? Well, not anymore xD

Aliza: OMG! I remember that! When the site was beautiful and purple and red. Those were the good days.

Caroru: Yeah, it was. Then some of my closest friends have left (Cill, Flissy, Jesse, Jimmy...), and I miss them all, even if I sometimes catch them on MSN nowadays. It was so fun to just chat the night away during the summer in the OLD and ORIGINAL chat room

Aliza: Anyway, what's been your favourite change to the site?

Caroru: Hmm... there's been so many changes, it's hard to say...

After a moments break while we got a little off-topic we decided to return to the interview. Only to find that, the interviewer, aka me, had...lost her inspiration. I have noticed that brb smileys do that to me...

Aliza: Anyway, back to the interview. I need to think of some more good questions. Oh, one very recent new development to the site is the Celebrity Survivor, what are your thoughts on that and who do you want to win?

Caroru: My thoughts are simple; Britney Spears out, even if it means I have kill someone, and Johnny Depp for the win! I can't stand it if someone like Britney becomes HE's celeb. I just can't!

Aliza: ...Well, you do have a lot of people who disagree with you on that one. I for one, am staying impartial. Next, you're a Gryffindor. What do you have to say on the house and it's members?

Caroru: We're simply the best, and we don't need a cup to know that ...although, some material proof would do me well to show my ma!

And finally, once the formal interview stuff was over I could get on to finding out what the readers really want to know...

Aliza: Ok, and now on to the interesting stuff! ...Is it true that you're really married to Johnny Depp?

Caroru: Yep yep!

Aliza: How did you manage that?

Caroru: What do you mean 'how did I manage that'!? Don't you think I'm pretty enough!?

After she'd jumped to that conclusion she got up and...SLAPPED ME! I was shocked, but keen to make amends. Honestly, the things I do for you readers...

Aliza: ...of course you are! What i meant was, how did you manage to get him over to Finland? From what I heard he's a very busy man! And you know I think that you're beautiful!!!

Caroru: Yeah, he was busy seeing me.

Aliza: Aaah, now it all makes sense. Just a question, how does Nick feel about your marriage?

For any of you who don't know, Nick is Caroru's boyfriend. And she's married to Johnny too. That is one lucky girl...

Caroru: He's fine with it, he understands that he could never compete with Johnny

Aliza: ...don't you just feel a liiiittle sorry for him?

Caroru:
...NO!? He has his little crush on Natalie Portman! Why should I?

Aliza: No reason. Let's move on. ...And Natalie Portman?? Whyyy? She's so annoying!

Caroru: She is not! ...apparently. No, he has a thing for her face, I suppose. He said she looks like a pixie.

Aliza:...Like my dad does for Keira *shudder*

Caroru: Keira is beautiful!

Aliza: ...ITS MY DAD.

Caroru: SO!? My mom has a thing for Johnny Depp!

Aliza: By the way dear, what does Johnny have to say about the age gap?? Cuz your mom is probably a better match...age-wise!

With that comment I went on to shield myself from any impending attack, but shockingly, it did not come. She just...answered the question!

Caroru: MY MOM TURNS 35 THIS YEAR!!!!!!!!

Aliza: And you're ONLY 16!

Caroru: 17 THIS YEAR!!!!!!! ..And Johnny said he likes younger girls

Aliza: You're mom is like..7 years younger than him. and i don't think he meant girls THAT young. That's bordering on paedopphillia!

Caroru: Well, he doesn't mind.

After this, we took a short break so that we could both, not get into a fight about Johhny Depp but there was a slight problem...

Caroru: ...the interviewer is having period pains - loooovely

Aliza: I didnt say it was period pains! ...HOW DID YOU KNOW?!

Caroru: "Random" guess, my second guess would have been that you're pregnant

Aliza:Aaah. Well that i'm not, seeing as i still have my period.

Caroru: You have nooooo idea how many times it's been number two, though.

With that, I freaked out. I didn't know our HE owl had been pregnant! It would have been some great gossip though!

Aliza: .......WHAT?

Caroru: NOT ME. Some of my friends

Aliza: Ooooh. You seriously freaked me out just then though!

So, unfortunately, no really juicy gossip for you. Although, if this interview isn't entertainment enough then I don't know what is. So, after this, we got a little side-tracked and ended up talking about pregnancy. Eventually though, we managed to get back on track...

Aliza: I have a question for you. If you had to ask yourself a question, what question would you ask?

Caroru: I would ask "Who the hell do you think you are?" ...and I would answer "...your worst nightmare!" orrrrrrrr... "YOUR MOMMA!!!!!!!!!!!"

That line though, "Your worst nightmare" provokes a strange reaction in me...

Aliza: MUSHU!!!!

Oh, for people who don't know (and are seriously lacking in Disney culture), Mushu is the dragon from Mulan.

Caroru: ...why yes.

Aliza: ...I love Mushu.

Caroru: I have a friend whose name is Musu - not Mushu, but Musu - and she's 7.

Aliza: Aaw. That's cute! Anyway, what's your favourite disney film? And thats as in, cartoon film, and not PotC.

Caroru: ...awww no PotC!? Hmm, probably Anastasia, Thumbelina, Lion King... I don't know, I love them all.

Aliza: Thumbelina frightens me.

Caroru: Oh, the frog?

And so, we continued down the path of conversation, and momentarily forgot that we were in the middle of an interview...I did tr to haul us back though. And failed miserably.

Aliza: ...but we already had this discussion. And maybe our readers won't find it that interesting. But, we didn't discuss Anastasia.

Caroru: ...no

Aliza:...I love Demitri!

Caroru: ME TOO

Aliza: Other than Eric from Little Mermaid he may just be THE hottest Disney dude...and Aladdin.

Caroru: ALADDIN IS HAWT ...or Mufasa!...I DID NOT JUST CALL A LION HOT!!!!!

Aliza: ...Mufasa IS hot! its his voice. so deep and...just hot.

Caroru: I know...he's Darth Vader too, the dude who was Mufasa's voice - James Earl Jones. That's why he's hot! He's Darth Vader! THE MAN WITH THE BUTTONS.

Aliza: Really? that totally just killed the sex appeal! Anakin is hot - darth, not so much.

Caroru: Anakin... i hope you mean the older Anakin, not the kid!?

Aliza: EEW. Kid Anakin!!!

Caroru: He was cute.

Aliza: ...Older Anakin is beautiful. Kid Anakin is an awful actor.

Caroru: OI! He's a KID...he did good for his age.

Once again, I tried to bring the conversation back to interview but Caroru sure is good at side-tracking people!

Aliza: ANYWAY. Are you participating in the Horcrux Hunt?

Caroru: Noooope. But i did try to find a few ones for the fun of it. I found... 10 I guess. I'm just searching them when i'm bored..

Aliza: So you should do that, for housepoints!

Caroru: No. The moment i know it's for my house, and we get points, and we could win the cup (which we won't btw), i get stressed.

Aliza: Have some optimism!!

Caroru: ...no

Finally, at this point, I began to realise how long the interview had actually gotten and realised that we should finish up.

Aliza: Before we finish up, lemme get your opinion on some current issues. ...HEATH LEDGER!

Caroru: OH OH OH OH OH OH ...le shock! I don't think i would have found out otherwise if i ahdn't had awfully lot pains everywhere, so i would ahve spent the entire night just surfing between the channels on the tv and all!!! And it was such a shock, because he was one of those actors i would never even SUSPECT to die like that!

Aliza: And, any final words?

Caroru: G'BYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYE ...oh, and I rock - BIG TIME!!!!

And so, the interview ended. While I was still in shock that we had managed to get through the whole interview without her once mentioning her beloved awards.

...xD those are really good. Only Rai could get away with saying geniality instead of genius and still sound cool. Lmaoo...you should fix up Caree's interview a bit though, cuz especially towards the end you're asking new questions but also backtracking to discuss old ones and it gets a little confusing. Anyway, well done though!

LMao i agree. Rai's interview was awesome, Car's was even better. but you will need to fix both up into an interview and not a Msn chat xD And like streamies said, fix up Car's int with the backtracking. Also, you are still going to put Rai's interview in with the Celeb Survivor article arent you? Because if its left on its own that will mean we'll have 6 interviews and i feel that that is just a little bit tooooo many to have for one edition.

Oh yeah, Rai's is just gonna be a small featurette in the Celeb Survivor article. And I will fix them up in a bit, I was just in a rush that day. I need to finish of Caro's interview too. Oh, and there's another question from Rai's. xD

S yeah, if you could like cut it seriously down, most interviews we've done have had a bout 15 general questions,and no longer then 2 pages of A4 paper....we'd ned to open a whole new pensieve just for Car's interview, i know it'll be hard but if you could serioulsy cut it down, that'd be great, i'm just thinking for everything that has to go in, the horoscopes take up a lot of room plus the fashion articles, and the opinions as well, oh god, everything takes up room, but yeah please cut it down, and if Car gets all weepy eyed send her to me, lol, but well done, it looks better now, much more like a interview.

Always Watching...

HE is an ever changing site – always bringing you lots of fun things to do. Namely, the events! Over the past two years we’ve had many successful events but the one that proved to be one of the most successful was HEBB – Hogwarts Experience Big Brother. Due to popular demand this event was brought back for another run: HEBB2!!

Because we are still in early stages of the game no-one has come out as a favourite for the winning, and we haven’t heard about any hit lists yet either! It won’t be long before they all start coming out though…

So far the housemates have been presented with nine challenges! Seven of those, have already been a fail. Is there much hope for the two challenges still open? We’re pretty sure that everyone wants those challenges to be a success – that means more housepoints for the winner! And we all want to be a winner…

What may have been the most shameful challenge so far was the third challenge “ALPHABET-YOU”. Only fourteen people managed to successfully complete the challenge – when it falls this low we can only hope that it gets better. Hopefully it will improve so significantly that we can actually get a pass!

So, with the challenges all failing because so few people actually complete them what is happening to those who are contributing to these failures? The answer – Eviction of course! As of the 30th of March we have had three evictions culminating in the expulsion of eight housemates, their names are listed below:

So far all of these have been housemates who were inactive in the house but once these start to run out, then the game will heat up and become more interesting – people voting tactically to ensure only one thing: winning. Because, the housepoints are what really matter – not the fun, or the participation like some people would argue!

Going back to the original HEBB we haven’t had much drama yet, nothing like the mole Aurelia Sapphire (Amy, in a very convincing disguise!) kissing newlywed Raistlin the Wizard or any full-blown arguments either. Last year the house was witness to a huge argument when we had Amber and most of the house battling it out with Aurelia. Still, we’re sure that we’ll get something to fill our appetite for drama before long!

So, HEBB2 has it all! Keep watching for a winner, and housemates, keep participating in the challenges and posting around the house – it will make it more likely for you to be in for a chance of winning.

And speaking of winning, and HEBB1 we cannot help but remember the winner – Holly, or Brunette. Holly recently passed away, she was a member held very dear by many of the members of HE and this edition of HEBB definitely won’t be the same without someone as loving and fun-spirited as she was…
