A new item has come into the Hogwarts Experience, set to start at the beginning of the next HE year (August 2006). It is to promote community spirit, something which this site has a great deal of.

This is your chance to set up or join clubs outside of your own house members. These clubs have to be HP or HE related in some way and the outcome will be thus;

* The club with the most members will achieve housepoints at the end of the year.

* Each club must organise spirit weeks where they show their club pride in their signature and in organising events to bring in new people. These spirit weeks could earn you housepoints as well. (spirit week dates must be arranged by club leader and given to me before hand)

* Each club can have inter-club competitions in which I will view and award housepoints if I think it is deserved.

* To start up a club, you must have at least 5 members to begin with. All new clubs are to be given to me with the name of the club, what it is about (ie: hermione/harry ship club), the names of those in it and the club leader.

* ALL CLUBS MUST BE PUT PAST ME FIRST!! i WILL OPEN THE THREADS!

* Once a club is set up, I will open a post within a new forum (to open in the next HE year) where the above discussions and more can take place (though only discussions upon the said title of the group)

* Once one thread is full, another will be opened for you.

* The club leader MUST keep a record in their 1st post (the one after mine) of ALL the names of those within a club.

* Other goals such as most active club will be given housepoints thoughout the HE year

* Anyone wishing to join a club must pm the group leader with a short reason as to why they are interested in joining and what they can bring to the group.

* There must be no duplicate clubs! Please look at the club list (which will be posted with club leader in the new club forum)

Please see the main thread within the notice board first for rules. Unless you belong to a club here you may not post. You can only post in the clubs you have joined! No one start threads, Elfie Dumbledore will open your club threads for you once your club has been verified. Again, please see main notice board Club/Group thread!
