With these two we can mold them and put them in any sort of scenero be it the good side or the dark side. Hello I'm Cheetah, and I'm a huge fan of Dramione. I actually got into Harry Potter by a friend showing me a story about Draco with a Mudblood (it was an OC character, and then after I read that story I went off to read Dramione) It made me want to read Harry Potter, and now I'm obsessed like all of you

If anyone knows any good Dramione story PLEASE tell me about it. I'm all up for new stories. And thats about it.. Hmm. Oh yeah, and I am attempting a new chapter for Dramione, but I probably won't post it until my James/Lilystory is done. SO yeah... I dont have much else to say at the moment XD

haha ive read both of those stories, and yes they are very good! the story that got me hooked was called For Love and Money on HPFF, its brilliant. i also saw on some Dramione fansites that they have a Soundtrack - basically just songs that fit with the ship. maybe we could do one too, i dont know. what do you think?

Well first I will introduce myself to those of you who don't know me very well. I'm the devilishly handsome Head Boy, 2nd head of Slytherin house, and Slytherin's Quidditch Captain here. I am also a huge huge Dramione shipper and known as the King of Dramione land. I like this ship with the bad boy and good girl theme and because it is enticing and forbidden. With that said, I shall move on...

Anyway, So let's start out first by telling what first got us into this ship whether it be curiousity or maybe a fic or whatever.

I'll start it.

What got me into Dramione was Kitty's fic. I already like the Draco character but was against Dramione. After Kitty convinced me to read her fic-which at the time was like maybe on 20 chapters- I sort of started opening my mind to it and then I kept reading and got hooked. After reading the books and then her fic, I really liked the idea of a forbidden good girl/bad boy theme. It was really interesting and appealed to me. So, from then on out I wrote some Dramione fics of my own and became a big shipper of it. :D That's the short version of my story. Heh, so who's next?

I figured that since this is a club of Dramione, we should tell what started it all for us. :D

Well...It's like fate said. I love that bad boy/good girl routine! At first I never thought of them together. I was once a fan of Harry and Hermione, but i came across a fic with Draco and Hermione. So, I read it and loved it! From then on I've been a major Dramione fan all the way!!! The I would read the books and I couls see tiny hints in the books about them that I never noticed before. But, I guess it's just me. lol

You can also put them in so many scenarios! I've read alot of different fanfics, but there's one that I really like with like 100 chapters or something. It's really good!! but im only on Chapter 74, so I have alot to read. lol. that's pretty much it.

Yep I mean when I first started reading fanfictions and I came across a Dramione fic I was really surprised...(REALLY surprised!) lol but gradually I started reading more and more and it just made sense to me. I mean I'm pretty sure that JK Rowling wouldn't write it in her books but still it's a ship. Mainly because I like the idea of Draco going slightly good instead of being all evil.

So overall I'm not much of a ship person, just basically read all types but Dramione is one that I really like to read the most...

i can't even remember, i'v loved it for so long. lol but i do love the fic over on mugglenet called The Unseemly Proposal.

well, I used to be a Ron/Hermione fan a loooooong time ago, but then i fell in love with the thought of Draco and Hermione. This was after I read a fan fic about it.

I've been reading so much Dramione fanfictions that everytime i read the HP books, i somehow get confused when they're not.... there! :D Even if i know that R/Hr and H/G will happen in the books, it's a lot more interesting to read Dramione.

I think we Dramione shippers have been ooh'd and awed by this ship and now here's another discussion we can have about this ship.

Draco and Hermione- Discussion 1: How they get together.

There are dozens of theories of how these two get together in our imaginations and in fanfics. But let's toggle our minds and think. Let's pretend they CAN get together in the series whether it be after leaving Hogwarts and the war being over or what..

My idea would be similar to Kitty's fic however with some changes. I think there would have to be some major emotions pulled out of Draco. Hermione could get through to him and we all know it. She is very smart and could handle him. We know this. My thought is they wouldn't just magically fall in love. But rather slowly have to get onto a truce. There's the breaking down of Draco's walls. And Hermione's walls too for she too has walls but she would be easier to cooperate with than Draco.
Draco and Hermione could become a couple but not overnight. My estimation is possibly 8 months to a year before they really show their feelings and that is only if a major something happens to throw them off guard.
Okay I am probably over analyzing but it is midnight and I am yawning and nearly asleep.
But anyway, let's share our theories on how they'd get together.

Let's just kill Harry and Ron..... *mumbles*

It would be funny if they would like fall in love. Draco would by accident apparate on Hermione and blaaaaah... loads of humor me want ^^ But fluffy story it will be not, me talk like yoda i will, yes. *shoots herself*

I think Dracomione is a good ship.

I think the most possible way of them getting together is that they'd be in the war and either end up trapped together or something. But the war is most likely place they'd fall in love.

thats because war gives them a common goal. survival. and they would be more likely to accept help from the other to save their own life, Hermione because she's smart and she would know that she probably couldn't survive single handedly, and Draco would work with her ...well more USE her for his own need-survival in the war senario- because of his slytherinish tendancies.

Yeah Draco would use her but there'd come a point where maybe a part in the war that they'd both have to rely on each other. And if they form a bond you never know what could happen.

And I like the idea tha in this ship they are both completley equal. Hermione is not better than Draco, and Draco is not better than Hermione. They both lean on each other to form something great. But i also hate those stories that make them instantly fall in love *remembers one which involved a movie and Hermione in a really short miniskirt* ... *shudders* That must have been my first awful review where I told them straightforward that their story made no sense and wasn't very good. And I like the idea that I saw in one story where Draco is not the powerful one at first, and Hermione was the one calling the shots. It was a very good well thought out story.. I wish I could find it again. I only vaguely remember it. But they made it all so believable.

They just HAVE TO hate each other first! It's a must :D Love always starts with hate! .....Not always! But with Draco and Hermione, yes, always!

*applauds caro* i hate it when the fic's entire story is "helo drako." "hi mia" *hermione thinking* he's hott *draco thinking *shez hott* *they kiss and are together for ever after*

I hate when Draco and Hermione are turned emo and especially Hermione being suicidal! Those stories just suck! Especially when all is going fine and dandy in their lives and out of the blue they start cutting or trying to kill themselves.

It's difficult to write a great Draco/Hermione story, now when i think about it. I love kitty's story, it's just awesome!! I lost my mind when i tried to write Draco/Hermione, and it ended up with the two of them killing each other with stones and stuff. Yes, i was high on sugar, i thought it was a great idea at that time!!! *hides* Anyway, the fine art of imagination and loads of patience! ^^ HEEEEEEY!!!! Let's put both of them into cannons and shoot them to the moon!!!! :D

i dont know if it's difficult it's just kinda hard to get them together. (sorry i fogot about the clubs) i love dramione but i havent written a fic yet and on kitty's story i lost my place Ug as much as i love that story soo dont want to start over again.

Yeah Kitty's fic is lonnnnnnnnnng but it's good and I only wish I could write that way. The only complaint I have is there isn't enough blood in it!

My story I am writing now on Dramione is going kind of slow. I can't really figure out where it's going. So far all I have is the middle of the story and the first chapter where draco/hermione fight and tug of war over the time turner draco got and are whooshed to the future just in time to see their future selves killed and then they see two kids and realize it's THEIR future children. And Draco and Hermione from the past hate each other but form a semi truce to take care of the kids and do a no-no by taking them back to the past with them...it's called "Daddy, What's a Death Eater?" And I need to work on it once I get motivated again...

Anyway, as far as the ship I think that it rocks which of course is why I made this club haha!

Okay, i've been reading a few Dramione songfics, and i wonder if there's a real song that fits Draco and Hermione perfectly? Like... their song? I was thinking about I Hate Everything About You by Three Days Grace..



Of course, this would only fit in when they both have had their brilliant moments of fighting and stuff, waaaaaaay in the middle of the whole story. ^^ Yeah, someone kill me :D

I had no idea how obessesed I was with Dramione until I dreamt about it. *sighs* Now thats sad XD I think I may be mor einsane than I thought I was... or maybe Dramione is just that amazingly good.

Well it's not hard to get obsessed with this ship cuz it's so out there that no one knows which way it is going to go. Now here's an interesting question.

When you picture the Draco/Hermione ship do you think of Tom Felton and Emma Watson as them or do you think of other people ? Or maybe make your own people out of them?

It's nice to picture them as Tom and Emma but I like making my own images that are not the movie stars. It makes it more real in a way though I do manip the movie chars together heh.

good question jesse, and to be honest when i read i vizualize my own draco and hermione. i always THINK that it's tom/emma i'm seeing, but then when i see the movies i'm suprised at how unlike the actors my draco/hermione look like. I like my people better! *grins* *huggles them* but tom and emma do look well together.

I agree with you lify when i read the first book I imagened someone other than Emma watson. Someone well prettier. When I saw that moive I was crushed they didn't look the same. And now when ever I read HP all I see is Emma watson and Tom but tom's awesome.

He's really close to what I thought Draco would look like, act like, and sound like. He's the perfect draco. (In my opinion)

actually i was reffering to when i read fanfiction. when i read the books i do believe that tom and emma look the parts, and i am quite pleased with the casting decisions...however i do agree that what i pictured when i read the books, is slightly different from the movies. as i said aprove of the movie choices and wouldn't change them. the draco and hermione in the books are different from the draco and hermione i picture in fanfiction, and the draco and hermione in the movies (tom and emma) are different from the other two. However in my mind they are all wonderful, and I am quite fond of all six people.

I actually think that Emma's a pretty girl...i mean as a girl i don't really CARE what she looks like, i'm too busy drooling over Tom, but also remember that the hermione in the books is not really supposed to be PRETTY until book 4, when we see her for the ball.
