Part from being barty crouch junior and doctor who, please tell me what is so good about him?

It's sooooo not about his appearance... Okay, he is very handsome and most people like to drool over him ^^

But it's mostly because he's an amazing actor, and if you watch him act without thinking: what's so good about him? (in which way you'll do anything *not* to notice how good he is, unconsciously) you'll see how great he is ^^ When he play a character, he get himself in his role so much that you can't help but forgetting that he's an actor. Just take Doctor Who (yes, that again). In this show, his character go through so much emotions, mostly emotions which are hard to play for any actor, but he's good at it.

And by the way, it's Tennant, not Tenant

Im sorry soey, but I have to agree with Marie here. yes DT is good looking **hides from Mick**, but I think the main thing about him is that he is an amazing actor. He has proven to be a vast, non-steriotypical actor through all the different roles he has played, which is the main mark of a great actor. Also, he comes along with the shows that people seem to love, me being one of them, such as HP and Dr Who.

hm... He *is* good looking, I must say... but I've only seen him act in GoF... he was good in that, but Doctor Who is on at midnight here in the US so I don't watch that :D

i'm with mimi, elfie and swifty, but i will go one step further and say this:

He has appeared in shows with the RSC, and he was also in Casanova which i must say was great as was Blackpool. Also, he is in a new one off drama called the Recovery or something. There is more to DT then his looks and acting abilty. If you took a moment to read some of the interviews he has done, read what his co-stars have to say about him, then you will know that he is a man who is greatly loved on and off screen by everyone.

There is more to a person then their looks and if you wanted to judge a person on their looks alone, be prepared for the same thing to happen to you, its not nice, espically when the person you are judging is an amazingly talented actor.

Aswell as his amazing acting I hear he's also uber confident and will try anything. I also here he's really intelligent and uber nice. apparently he's a really nice person...which I could have already guessed cos he looks like an intelligent and genuinely nice person.

Anyway ... Cookie, if you cant find the Doctor Who DVDs try Limewire and with a little help from imdb.com (you'll need to type in Doctor Who series 2) you can get the episode names and download away, unless of course you want to pay for them try amazon.co.uk

And to all my fellow Brits, David is staring in new a one off drama with Sarah Parish this autum, keep an eye out for it, he has his beard as well, sorry but ive forgotten the name of the show.

You have to see him in Doctor Who, and see all the charisma he puts into his acting. That's part of what makes him attractive, IMO.

exactly, because some people are so attractive when they act, with all their makeup and special effects, and then in real life they're not half as attractive. Because most of the time you end up liking the character the actor portrays, not necessarily the person themselves XD

Anyway, I thought he was quite yummy in GoF. I never felt the same about him in Dr. Who photos, though. Hmm.
