The flowers in its hair shows the closeness to nature, yet the groomed mane shows kindness and welcoming. This unicorn is bowing, something unicorns only do whent they trust you. A unicorn is one of the highest and most powerfl animals, and this picture shows this through the stance of the unicorn.

Dragons are known as fierce fire breathing cold blooded animals that lived years ago in legends. This is not completely true! Modern dragons exist in our world now, such as the Komodo Dragon. The Komodo dragon grows up to 9 feet long, and up to 400 pounds. It can run up to 15mph. This dragon is aggressive to both other animals and humans. Many think their bite is poisonous, but it is actually the saliva is so full of bacteria that it is lethal, yet this is more lethal to mammals. It is found mainly on the Indonesian islands of Komodo, Rintja, Padar, and Flores and there are only an estimated 1,000 to 5,000 of these monitor lizards living today

There is an old expression "Jungentur jam grypes equis" which means "To cross griffons with horses" Thomas Bulfinch stated "Like a griffin, he had the head of an eagle, claws armed with talons, and wings covered with feathers, the rest of his body being that of a horse. This strange animal is called a Hippogriff." (Legends of Charlemagne) as with Milton saying - "So saying he caught him up, and without wing Of hippogrif, bore through the air sublime Over the wilderness and o'er the plain." ( Paradise Regained)
The saying means Griffins and horses were supposed to be mortal enemies. The Hippogriff symbolizes an impossible thing. "Jungentur jam grypes equis" which means "To cross griffons with horses", indicating an impossible scenario.

The Loch Ness "monster" -- affectionately known as "Nessie" -- is an alleged plesiosaur-like creature living in Loch Ness, a long, deep lake near Inverness, Scotland Many sightings of the "monster" have been recorded, going back at least as far as St. Columba, the Irish monk who converted most of Scotland to Christianity in the 6th century. Columba apparently converted Nessie, too; for it is said that until he went out on the waters and soothed the beast, she had been a murderess. As we can see the unicorn is a creature of extreme beauty. It's so white that looks like it's glowing. The dark surroundings show clearly the Unicorn's shyness who avoids human contact. Just by looking at it we can all see that the unicorn is a creature of extrme purity and something so pure and beautiful gots to be incredibly magical. No wonder that its blood, horn and hair are so valuable and powerfull.

Though Muggles think that Dragons are only fictional creatures. The Truth is that wizards have been strunggling for years to keep their location hidden.
The only one that Muggles are aware of is the Komodo Dragon (KD). Due to its small size when compared to the other dragons and once it has no magical powers wizards didn't find it necessary to hide them.
The KD is diurnal, a fast runner and also a good tree climber and swimmer.
Habitat: KD lives in Indonesia Islands in the hot, humid, grassy lowlands and rainforests.
Anatomy: The KD averages almost 9 feet (2,8 m) and weights up to 300 pounds (135 kg). It has large jaws, four shor legs and five-toed feet with sharp claws. The tail is larger than the body. it senses chemicals with a large, yellow, forked tong.
Diet: The Kd is a carnivore and eats almost anything it can catch and find. KD have been known to keel people. That's why Muggles avoid them, but they're a particular threat to them.
The Kd has a disease-ridden bacteria in its mouth. After it bites its prey, the victim will sicken and die from blood poisoning within a day or two. The KD will then find the body and eat it!

That's an old expression from the Medievel times which means "To cross griffins with horses" which transmits an idea of impossibility because griffins and horses were supossed to be mortal enemies.

What we're watching is the famous Loch Ness Monster, located in Scotland. It has the form of a sea serpent. But in fact that's not what it really is. The creature is a Kelpie. The Kelpie is an Irish and british demon that can take various shapes, which explains the legen "The FAKE in the lake". The Loch Ness is indeed a big Fake!!! And because it can assume different shapes it has never been captured by the Muggles.

Phoenix

The phoenix is a magnificent, swan-sized scarlet bird with a long golden tail, beak and talons.
Habitat: it nests on mountain peaks and is found in Egypt, India and China.

Life cycle: it lives to an immense age as it can regenerate, bursting into flames when its body begins to fail and rising again from ashes as a chick.
Characteristics: it can disappear and reappear at will

The creature I think suits me best is the Chimera :twisted:
Chimeras are very rare and I'm one of a kind! It has a lion's head (my sign), a got's head and a dragon's tail. Both dragon and lion are powerfull creatures. i'm too powerfull wizard, even if my power relys on my intelligence!
Chimeras are vicious and bloodthirsty which perfectly describe my darkest thoughts.
There's only one report of a Chimera being killed and the wizard who done it died of exhausting as well. I can put up a good fight too and if I have to die I surely will take my oponent with me! :twisted:

The coloration of the unicorn is soft and subtle colors and it's horn and hooves shows the true magic it possesses. It's running with a mountain back ground behind it. It's shimmering beneath the moonlight, showing it's grace, it's poise and it's beauty. It's muscles are defined by the shadows and you can see it has a lot of strength in its legs.

Most monitor lizards belong to the Komodo Dragon family Varanus. This is where the largest lizards are looped into one family where they are considered very dangerous. Komodo dragons produce very toxic bateria-filled salava where as a bite from one of this-even minor- can cause instant death. There are many close to 3000 komodo lizards found in Indonesia and the monitors also known as goannas are found in Austrailia. They eat mainly meat and the rotting flesh in their mouth left over harbors bacterias and deadly types too. It can grow to a large size of 10 feet and they occasionally will eat humans.

It's supposed to be nessi or the lochness monster that is said to live in the loch in Northern Scotland. In 1960 someone claimed to have seen the monster and from that point on it became popular.

I'm very strong and do a lot of fighting. I don't run and back down instead I confront everything head on. I'm arrogant, and showy and very proud of myself. I can be intimidating just like a dragon. When I talk, people listen as a dragon would roar and silence people. I am better off being in charge just as a dragon puts its self above everything. It can have a bad temper and be destructive when it gets mad. Just like with me. So I have to say that a dragon suits my personality.

The unicorn is not just a plain creature. It is a creature of so many things: beauty, symbol, peace, calmness, etc. Because of that, the unicorn in this picture is not plain white. It is like a rainbow of many different colors, representing all the aspects of a unicorn. This picture also shows the unicorn freely running around in the waves, which shows how a unicorn is free spirited.

The Komodo dragon is the planet’s largest lizard. It is mainly found on Indonesian Islands. The dragon has an appetite for deer and boar. They have an average length of 2-3 meters long and weight around 70kg. The komodo dragon is known as being venomous, because if bitten, its teeth spread deadly diseases and bacteria to the object bitten, which will eventually kill it.

Pixie are native to Cornwall. They are rude, energetic, infamous creatures with a mind for mischief and making things difficult for others. They are bright electric blue with big black eyes and pointy ears. Pixies don’t need much rest to refuel their energy. 2 to 3 hours of rest is enough. They like sleeping on medium height branches when in the wild.

I took a quiz online that takes your personality and decides on which creature you are most like. I must say I don’t completely agree with what the quiz told me.
