Around Hogwarts

Completely, COMPLETELY, unlike him, but he bends down and gives her a hug, then gets up

"Look..It's alright, Don't worry. We're here for you."

Deciding that he'd rather get on with it, and contiune on his way..

"So, who are the deatheaters?"

"i cant name them i dont know their names" she cried "they killed them all" she cried again and started to hypervenilate

Deciding this is a pointless mission, she obviously isn't gunna try and tell him who they are.

"Well..I hope you feel better."

she glared he was as heartless as they were all he wanted was infomation she cried wishing she was dead

Sighs

"Girls are hopeless! I try and be nice, and cheer you up, and you glare?"

Grins

"Way to thank me."

Deciding he'd rather another friend, or..an ally right now, he works harder to be nicer.

"So, we're all good as far as the crash accident goes, Right?"

she nodded then looked down hardly breating

Notices her lack of breathing, pulls out his wand and points it at her

"Anapneo"

Traci finds it much easier to breath

she sighed but not as relief as sadness she could have died and she would have been happy

"Well..I have some homework that needs to get done.."

"So..if you're alright now. I have to go get some Defense Against The Dark Arts done."

she waved him bye before getting up and walking with her head down all the way to her slytherin common room

Frowns, seeing her walk away so sadly

"I sorta feel sorry for her.."

Walks up the stairs, and leans against the wall, putting a book on his lap and begins reading the pages assigned to the class

Dani stood back and she heard it all. Traci started to walk away and She walked up to Zex.

"Zex, what was that all about?"

Looks up from his book

"Not really sure myself..The girl's pretty upset about everyone in her family being killed by deatheaters or something like that."

Frowns

"But you heard it all."

Traci walked up to her bed and layed down having nightmares all night

"Every word, I already knew though." and her own memories came back to her, but she wasn't about to cry infront of Zex. "But you can blame a person when that happens."

Nods, closing the book

"Yeah. Suppose so."

"So what are you reading now?" She asked trying to read the title.

"Ahh..It was only two pages, Stuff for DADA."

Puts it in his backpack.

"Hmm..."

Pulls out another book, with a ripped off title page. The back of the book is disturbing though.

"This is..a Death Spells book."

"Why do you have a 'Death of spells' book in your backpack?" She asked.

Smirks

"It's just the unit I'm studying right now. I do eventually wanna learn every single spell there is.."

"Well if you need a practice dummy look everywhere but at me okay." She smiled.

"Ug, I still need to do some transfigureation."

"Will do."

"Accio, Chair!"

A chair floats in front of him



"Wait..I need a living thing..For this spell anyways.."

"Accio, Mouse!"

A mouse floats in front of him

The mouse tries to run away, but he steps on it's tail.

He grins and points his wand down at it

"Xedath!"

The mouse completely disintegrates

"Well..I guess it works."

"Lets try the one that works on both objects, and live things."

Points his wand at the chair

"Escuro!"

The chair also disintegrates

Bends down and continues to read more from the book.

"Scary," Dani said taking a step back. "I think I'll stick to the common knowledge spells."

Shrugs

"They work well."

"Now.."

Leans in closer and whispers, "I suppose "Unforgivable Curses" aren't allowed to be practiced at Hogwarts?"

"Not that I would test them on live things! Well..maybe insects..but otherwise."

*le gasp* "Of course Unforgiveables are unforgivable here." Dani said taking another step back. "Not that I don't care about the insects here."

"Damn.."

Crosses his arms

"Where am I suppose to practice then?"

Sighs

"Go find some deatheater to practice on then." She said smiling

After watching the girl fly around on the broom Oddie decided that she would go for a little walk over to the lake. Oddie slowly made her way down the stands and out of the field and started her journey over to the lake

Traci was swimming in the lake it was a little cold but there were spells to help protect her

As Oddie go closer to the lake she saw that someone was swimming in it. "Hey" Oddie called out "What ya doing." After she asked that she felt a little stupid because it was quite claer that she was going for a swim

Lays awake in his bed, as the clock turns to 3:30am, he gets out of bed and wanders out of the Slytherin common room. He carefully sneaks out of the building and into the forbidden forest.

"Lumos" He whispers quietly after pulling out his wand.

'Don't wanna go in to deep..I want to find an animal of some sort though..' He thinks to himself.

He quietly walks through the forest, until coming apon a badger.

He smirks evilly

"Time to practice this spell.."

"Crucio!"
He points his wand at the badger

The badger crumples up in pain, spazzing and rolling around.

He stops concentrating on the spell, and the badger uncrumples and scatters off into the forest.

He glances at his watch

"Already 4:30..better head back to the castle."

He quietly creeps back into the castle, down into the dungeons, and into the common room.

'This is the sixth time I've snuck out..Sooner or later I'm going to get caught, better wait a few days before trying this again.' His head reminded him.

Creeps back into his bed.

Dani watched and followed Zexion with her eyes from her perch at the Astonomy tower, she gasped when she saw what he did to a badger. She nodded silently at what he'd done. She didn't know how to take it, either as an excuse to torture the animal that was sacred to her house or as a chance to torture small defenseless animals.

Whatever the case, she'd never forgive him...

Completely unaware of what Dani saw..

Zexi lay awake all night, couldn't sleep..

Regardless of how he slept, he got up relatively early, especially for a weekend, heading up to the Greathall for a small breakfast.

There no one there. It was completely empty.

"All the better."He mumbled to himself, taking a seat at the Slytherin table

Dani continuely stared over the grounds, this had become a habit now. She waited for the sunrise that would signal her to go back to her dorm to pretend that she'd just wonder up.

After finishing up a pancake, he gets up to wander around the halls.

"Maybe I should go knock at the Hufflepuff common room."

"Nah..Their all probably still sleeping."

Yawns

Dani raced down the stairs, she had just seen the most beautiful sunrise but had lingered to long. Running away from the tower she crashed right into Zexion on her way to her dorm.

Falls back

"Morning Dani..You're up early this morning."

Stands up

Dani stands as well gasping for breath, "Yeah, star gazing." She said think about last nights experiance. And deciding not to tell him she knew.

"Really...I didn't know you were into that kinda thing."

He crosses his arms and seems slightly nervous

"Look..Could I tell you something? You can't tell anyone, and you can't...get overly mad."

"Yeah, the Leo constillation is in the heavens. Yeah, you can tell me anything. You know me, I never get mad." She said with a yawn wondering if it was about what he did.

"Alright.."

Leans towards her, and whispers to her, explaining what he did.

"I only want to practice."

Dani gabbed for show, "Thats...so...cruel!" She finished. "How could you?!"

"I was going to do it do anything living, the first thing I saw."

He shrugs

"I know it is. I have to if I want to be able to learn all the spells though."

"I speek for all animal lovers here, thats not humain. Not natural. It's just...cruel." She said. "Now if you excuse me, I must be on my way." She pushed past him.

'Damn..I shouldn't have told her.'

"You said you wouldn't get mad..Besides, the animal is fine, It ran away after I released it!"

Quickly walks after her

Dani turned around venom fireing up in her voice. "I know what I said, But things change. You shouldn't have done that!"

Winces

"I'm sorry.."

He crosses his arms

"I'm always seeking magical knowledge though..So, tell you what, how about I test it on an insect next time instead? You said yourself you don't care about the insects of Hogwarts."

"I don't care what you do!" Dani yelled at him and ran to her dormatory. Slamming the hufflepuff common doors close behind her, she slumped agains a wall and started to cry.

Dani looked through her tears and frowned her common room was quiet to quiet for being this late in the morning. She silently rose to her feet and pushed open a window on the far side of the room. Peering out of it she saw nothing out of the ordinary.

Knowing that Zex would most likly be waiting out side the door she went to the hufflepuff Broom rack and grabbed her broom. Griting her teeth she jumped out the window and zoomed out. Letting out a yell of Exasperation, anger, and triump.
