Grimmauld Place: The Orders Hideout

::Sara nodded.::

"hold on...come inside." ::She waved her hand and the doorway appeared.::

::She lead in into a small room off the entrance hall, knowing that no other members went in there so he wouldn't be caught.::

"i'll tell her...umm...who are you and what do you want to say to her?"

~he followed her in cautiously~ "I'm Fated Deathes and...well I am a Death Eater-the Dark Lord's top one actually and well...I ...I " ~He couldn't blurt out that Sara had let him escape that would kill her reputation so he lied "I'm actually here to turn myself in and I was told that she was going to be the one to imprison me such she is quite...powerful and smart and well " ~He had no idea if she were any of those things but they made her sound good ~

"Yeah so...I'm here to surrender..." He finished as he put his hands up showing he had no wand or weapons on him~

::Sara supressed a smile at the compliments that she knew he had no idea if they were true.::

::she instead kept a thin lined mouth.::

"wait here." ::She said crisply, and walked out of the room.::

::She quickly changed back, took a deep breath, waited a minute or so, and then slowly walked back in.::

"You...came back." ::She said quietly.:: "i'm glad. you kept your promise." ::She smiled a little.::

~He nodded and waited patiently.~

~Then he looked up to see her and couldn't help but smile at the impressed and pleased look on her face. "I gave you my word, didn't I?" He asked. "Oh and I uh sort of lied about a few things but it was to keep you in good standing with the...Order." He mumbled then cleared his throat.~

"about turning yourself in maybe?" ::She said, moving to take a seat.::

"so why ARE you here?"

"I'm here because I promised someone that I'd be back and...facing the Dark Lord right now would buy me a one way ticket to...death" He looked a little worried for a moment. "It would benefit me to stay here until I think of how to achieve my own plans." He paced in front of her slowly. "have you ever thought about turning to the other side?" He raised a brow out of curiosity~

"So you're using us?" ::She said. Her face darkened at his question. ~have you ever thought about turning to the other side?" ~::

::She glanced at the door, flushing a little, looking for anyone listening in.::

"I.." ::She paused, and looked even more embarrased.::

"Why did you promise to come back?" :She asked changing the topic quickly.::

"Maybe I am using the Order for a bit" He nodded then looked to her. "It would work out so well."

~He then raised a brow at her question and arrogantly shrugged. "Oh I have reasons." he replied~

~And then he saw his wand lying on a table across the room. 'So, that's where they put it'~

~He smirked and in a quick gesture he said "Accio Fated's wand!" And the wand whisped right into his hand.~

::Sara gasped.::

"HEY!" ::She huffed and pulled out her wand, summoning his into her hand.::

"ha!" ::she grinned.::

"and maybe i'm about to kick you out and wipe your memory." ::She said, pointing her nose in the air ever so slightly in a 'ha, take that' manner.::

~He raised a brow~ "Impressive, you passed that test nicely. But you should know that I had no intention of harming you. I was just seeing how well you've learned."

~He smiled at her~ "Just because you're new to the Order, doesn't mean your weak or dumb. You still have your heart and that's important."

::Sara nodded thoughtfully.::

"I suppose. You are right. but again i must ask. Why should i trust you when you say you will not harm me?"

~He smiled slightly then shrugged and stepped closer to her~ "You've trusted me this far, haven't you?" He said gently.~

::sara nodded.::

"for the life of me i don't know why. Maybe because we're so much alike. we both lost our families, we both choose a side...well..." ::She paused and thought about her loyalties.:: "we both...are being forced to choose sides...i suppose."

~He nodded in agreement with her. "Yeah, and that's why I asked if you ever thought about switching sides. I'm a little torn between them which is why I use them both and do things that only benefit me."

~He sighed then looked down~ "You know, it seems that those who do not know us, expect us to pick the side we're on. But you know what I've wondered lately? Why can't anyone look at what OUR side is all about. Both sides use us to their benefits, so why can't we do the same to them?"

::Sara nodded, a little reluctantly.::

" I seriously considered..the...the power...the...emboldening feeling, so to speak, that the dark side could offer me. But...i was angry at my parents for being weak enough to die. But i couldn't join...i just couldn't join the death eaters. Not when they killed my parents, and my brother. Not when they were the very thing my parents died for." ::there was a fevernt passion in her eyes as she remember her parents and what they stood for.::

"I will not let my parents down. I cannot let the dark side win!!!! It's my duty to my family! But it's not fair. In a way i HAVE to support my family's side. it's expected of me. I would be a traitor to my parents memory if i joined the dark side. I would be a traitor to my friends too...and my colluege here at the order...i...that's why i have to...somehow get rid of you, i don't know! But you can't be here, you aren't supposed to be here." ::She realized that by talking to him and letting him stay, and not trying to get rid of him, she was in a way being a traitor to her side. this confused her more and she felt overwhelmed.::

~He shrugged~"Well if you wish me to leave then just give me my wand and I'll be on my way." He said casually.~

:sara opened her mouth and shut again.::

"Perhaps that would be best." ::She said quietly, sitting down, her brow creased and her face with a worried, unsure look.::
"but...i can't just let you walk out. You've seen order members...you've seen inside....true the secret keeper hasn't told you the location,but you're still dangerous."

"I'm dangerous?" He chuckled. Even though he knew she was right, he didn't really think of doing that many bad things. Well not yet anyway.~ "You're loyal to the Order, but I can't be...not when one of them are responsible for killing my family."

~He fell silent a moment then lowered his head. "It looks like we're not going to be able to be on the same side after all...are we?" A hint of regret made it's way through a few of his words.~

"Why can't we be on the same side? or at least get along?Just because i'm loyal to one side...and you to another..." ::it sounded stupid even to her. but a small part...a large part of her didn't want to be enemies with him. But would she switch sides because of it?::

~He knew what his mission was, and he'd obtained valuable information the he had to somehow get to Voldemort to get back in his good graces. Fated was aware that he'd be in for some severe punishment when the Dark Lord found out what he was doing but if he could turn it in the favor of the dark side, he'd be spared.~

Why can't we be on the same side? or at least get along?Just because i'm loyal to one side...and you to another..."

~Suddenly several of the Order members came barging in and quickly grabbed Fated who didn't try to resist and he walked with them as they started walking him to his room where he was being held. His near escape had sparked panic and fear in the Order and suspicion ~

~Fated was once again guarded by Aiden and Claire from the inside of the room. He sat on his bed and then sighed deeply. He now feared that Sara would fall under suspicion after all she had decived them and had let him escape for a day~ He was starting to realize that he was actually starting to care about Sara~

~He shook his head in frustration. 'I don't have any intention of hurting you, Sara.' He thought and then his eyes narrowed 'But I won't show the same kind of restraint for the rest of the members here.'

(i'm off to bed now ~huggles~ night! )

After Fated had escaped with the help of Sara, and then returned, Sky Aja and Jaden congragated in a corner near the room they were all in and began to devise a plan to get him out of there for good. Sky looked at Jaden.

"We can always use our parceltongue abilities to conjure up a snake or two to distract Aiden and Claire. But we have to do something and quick. The longer he is here, the more danger he is in of being killed or being forced into telling them something he doesn't want to." She told him, waiting for an answer.

(Wow, I missed a lot. You guys suck! Quit going on posting sprees without me!!!)

Aiden sat in a corner of the room, staring across the roomf at Fated with a look of nothing short of disdain. He had tried to escape from them, insulted him, AND he had.... He shook his head, leaning down on his palm and tapping a finger against his temple. He didn't know Claire that well, it should't bother him, but it did. He still itched to pop him a good one, but he restrained himself.

The night had been such a blurr. Jaden...the last person he wanted to see, had popped up with another Death Eater. And poor Sara...he shook his head. Things were getting complicated. But that was normal he supposed.

'I don't have any intention of hurting you, Sara.' He thought and then his eyes narrowed 'But I won't show the same kind of restraint for the rest of the members here.'

He huffed. "You'd better." He narowed his eyes at Fated, his left hand cluthing tightly around his wand. He had thought about having some mercy on Fated, tried to be nice even though he was holding him there. Bah. Look what that got him! He tore his eyes from Fated a moment to peer about. "Where'd Jaden go?" He knew he wasn't to be trusted, Jaden...rotten little blighter. Aiden was the only one in the family who wasn't a Death Eater, so he knew that being so...brazen as to hold one at HQ was stupid, but he didn't care.

:Aja shook her head:

"Too simple, we need something more..." she said, running a hand through her hair. "How about we stun them? It'll give us a chance, but we have to figure out where everyone is stanindg. We wouldn't want to hit Fated."

Sky nodded her head at Aja. "You take one and I'll take the other. Jaden can get Fated and we can make a break for it." Sky smiled in an evil sort of way. "Aja, I am beginning to think you are a bad influence on me."

:Aja stiffled a laugh:

"I have that effect on people." she listened closely. "Okay..on the count of three then?"

"Where'd Jaden go?"

::Claire, suddenly jerked out of a sleepy daze by the simple question, shrugged, having no idea what had just gone on in the past fifteen minutes or so. She shook her head vigorously, wiping her eyes with the back of her hand. Ok Claire, this is it. Tonight you are getting at least eight full hours of sleep. YOU CAN'T SLEEP ON THE JOB! THERE ARE DEATH EATERS IN HQ! BAD CLAIRE.::

::She began pacing back and forth in front of the door, her long black cloak swishing on the uneven wooden floor. They needed to get Sara away from Fated and find Jaden and the other Death Eaters...and figure out what to do with them all. Where were all of the other Order members?!::

Sky smiled. She liked the boldness Aja had. They were a lot alike in more ways than Sky knew. She looked up at Aja and over at Jaden. "On the count of three then." She whispered. She carefully took her wand out from inside her robes and pointed it twards the room where Fated was being held prisoner. She was ready for the challenge facing her. Her heart was racing with both fear and excitement.

~He knew he had help here, especially with Jaden and Sky. They'd never let him down and he trusted they'd get him out of there. And he was ready to make his escape except...~ He frowned~ A part of him was wanting to stay, even though he knew doing that would be dangerous. He glanced to Aiden who seemed to be holding back a lot of anger and then to Claire who also looked at him with an accusing glare.~

~He knew that he couldn't stay here even if he did have a slight thing for...~ He shook his head again~ He had to stop thinking about Sara. Even if they could somehow find a way to get along he still had to deal with their two sides clashing in battle later on. ~

~He then sighed and looked to the floor~

"I get Aiden." He peered around at the doorway with an evil grin, rolling up his shirt sleeves. "We are brothers afterall." He plucked his wand from his pocket and swept his hair from his eyes. This would not only be easy, but a lot of fun. He couldn't let Fated down. One of his brows pricked slightly as he waited to burst back in, his whole body ithcing with excitement. "1."

::Sara remained in the room where they had spoken, watching as he was taken away, a small bit of her crying out, wanting to stop them so they could continue to talk.::

No, ::She thought:: It wouldn't do any good. ::and that pained her very much.::

::She sat and stared at the floor. He was so much like her, only on the wrong side...she couldn't stop thinking about this..what she had gotten into...why he was half way decent to her...why he had returned....how much trouble she would be in. But she had gotten herself in this far.::

Sky looked at Jaden. Something just doesn't seem right with Fated. Do you think he might actually want to stay in this situation. He keeps looking at the floor, when he knows we are here."

~Fated was having inner conflicts with his emotions and though the logical means was get the heck out of there, he still wondered whether he wanted to go. He knew that Sky and Jaden would be risking a lot to get him out and he could trust in them. He slowly lifted his head and looked towards Sky giving a slight almost hesitant nod that he was ready to be rescued~

::Doe looked at Fated thoughtfully...he was a DeathEater, so was he really supposed to be rescued?::

~He raised a brow at Doe then glanced back to Sky. Though his thoughts and emotions were in turmoil, he knew that somehow he had to escape. There was no way he could remain here even if he did have a slight interest in Sara. He was a Death Eater and she was a devoted Order member. He knew that sooner or later everything would come down to Death Eaters vs Order. He wasn't looking forward to that as much for he had no plans of hurting Sara. He was torn between staying or escaping but he'd finally decided. It was hard but he knew that this was no place for him. He nodded to Sky again as his blue eyes twinkled with determination~

::Doe had always had a soft spot for romances, but she still was reluctant to let fated just dissappear. he should at least be memory charmed to protect the members of the Order or Something...::

(Sorry jesse, I have no idea what's going on at the mo, so I'm trying to make stuff up)

Sky stood there with Jaden and Aja watching Fated intently. "OK, that's our cue guys. Wands out, and don't hold anything back. Fated has saved my life once and I will not leave here until I know I know he is free. I shall risk my life for him, as he has done for me."

She held her wand tightly in her hand. So tightly in fact that her knuckles were whitening. She had a plan of what she was going to do when she got in there. She turned to Aja and Jaden. "On the count of three then?" She smiled.

~He could feel the intensity of the situation as he knew that Sky and the others were ready to strike. He could feel the anxiety building within him as he watched for his cue to come~

He nodded, looking to the door intently. "Lets go, screw the count of three." He flicked his wand out of his sleeve and stood at the ready, not sure if he was suppose to bust in first or not. "We have to get Fatey out of here, if we don't...well...its gonna be bad."

~Fated looked up and saw Jaden burst into the room followed by Sky and smirked as he watched the order members were thrown off guard by the loud entrance~

"I knew I could count on you guys." He said with a grin~

"Course." He grinned, eyes shooting over to Aiden. "Are you still here?" He snapped, turning on his brother. "Crucio!" He took a few steps towards his brother, thoroughly enjoying seeing him writhe on the floor. "Go Fatey, go!"

Sky burst into the room after Jaden wand ready for action. She walked quickly up to Claire, pointed her wand at her chest and shouted "Stupify". The spell hit Claire and she was immediatly knocked unconsious, falling to the ground with a thud.

Sky glanced over to Fated and smiled. "Knew we would be here to save you, didn't you?"

~He held up his hand~ "Accio Fated's wand!" He shouted and moments later his wand whooshed through the air and flew into his hand at his command~

~He turned to Rachel (who happend to suddenly be thrown into the rp) who was closest to him and said "Stupefy!" stunning her as he ran by her. He grinned to Sky. "It's a good thing we became friends, huh?" He chuckled then he dashed out of the room~

~He looked around before finding the stairs that led down. He only hoped that he wouldn't have to run into Sara cuz he didn't want to hurt her too~

::Rachel fell to the ground in a heap. She had just walked into the room and hadn't even realized the spell was being cast on her until it was too late.::

"What the?" He didn't even have time to react before he ws on the ground, writhing and screaming in pain. "Ja....de..n!" He forced his eyes open to stare up at his brother who looked like he was thoroughly enjoying himself.

Sky smiled at Fated. "Of coarse Ii is a good thing we became friends. You saved my butt and now I have saved yours. We are even!"
She kept her wand at the ready incase they were graced with the precence of anymore visitors from the Order.

He laughed malevolently as Drake struggle to speak to him. "Yes, dear brother?" He stopped for a moment, looking down at him expectantly, ready to continue the assault if he tried anything funny.

(Jeez, I missed the whole scene you guys! )

:Aja stood by Sky and smiled at Fated, her wand out and ready just in case:

Jess walked in and looked at Aiden on the floor. "Omg Jaden Stop!" she yelled pushing him away.. "Go torture someone else!" she ordered sitting down next to Aiden, "are you ok?" she asked muttering "acio chocolate". A chocolate bar zoomed in her hand and she handed it to him. "here eat this."

::Claire's eyes widened as the Death Eaters burst into the room. This can't be happening. She reached for her wand as Jaden Crucio'd his brother- oh god Aiden!- but before she had it in her hand she was hit with a spell and knocked unconsious. She lay on the floor as the chaos around her continued.::

"Aiden wake up!" Jess screeched shaking him.
