"Well then, ill just go?" Oddie said not wanting to get on thier bad side and left the store.

"Off you go," He half-scowled.

Dani looked at Traci, "I can't prevent anything, I can misinterput them, but whatever happens in my vision with come true, either smybolic or fact."

'Dani ur not gunna die firs. I simply refuse."

"you know what being with yous fine but I dont care anymore... let her kill me she'll go straight to azkaban.. I dont care anymore.. Im sick of being me and being in this life.. so tell her to kill me Id be glad for it," she said emotionaly.. "Stupid prophacys, people stealing my stuff, and drama Im sick of it! Im just sick" she said crying in the middle of the candy shop.

~Fated walked in to hear the most aweful ear wrenching whining sniveling crying complaining- oh it was only Jess~ He sighed and then quirked a brow at her and her ...pint-sized bodyguard and chuckled~

"oh shut up" she said hearing laughing and seeing that it was fated.

"We'll stop it from happening with out u having to die.'

"Well well, I see Zexy pooh is still a bit of an amature when it comes to dealing with you so...." ~He scooped Jess up, flung her over his shoulder. "See Zexypooh, this is how you handle the Dark Lord's daughter." And he carried Jess outside and over to a fountain filled with cold water. "To cool her off..." He then tossed her into the water and smirked "That's how you do it, rookie."
~Then he proudly strolled off while dozens of people looked at the soaking wet Jess sitting in the fountain~

"I give up" Jess said as she surfaced the cool water of the fountain. "I really give up" she stood up and went to find dani.

"What's the rush? You really want that werewolf to kill you?" He called after Jess.~

"Might as well" she said shivering in the freezing cold."Im sick of prophacys and DRAMA!" She yelled "Why does there have to be drama! Im sick of Drama, Im sick of it"

~He walked over to her and sighed.~

"Prophecy leads to problems...Drama leads to danger..." He mumbled then he slid his cloak off and wrapped it around her shoulders watching it magically dry her.~

"There...so you won't catch a cold." He added as he looked to the ground~

"Thanks.. "she said sniffling from the crying she had been doing. "So um what have you been up to I havent seen you around lately."

~He sighed then shrugged slightly scuffing his feet~ "I've not really being following your father's orders. But I haven't been doing anything to help the Order either."

"Really?" She sighed, "interesting enough.. I still wont do missions for daddy.. although I know his plans. and I wont help the order either though"

"I've got on your father's bad list though and I hear that he's going to have me killed or tortured soon."

~He looked around then glanced at Zexion.~ "Be careful of that guy." He warned lowering his voice. "If he's anything like the others, you can bet he's only with you to get in good with your father."

~He then cleared his throat~

"Thats just what I need" she looked over at Zexy, "another guy to use me would just be perfect."

~He bit his lip then mumbled~ "I never used you..." Then as he started to walk away he stopped and looked back to her. "I'll be watching...and I'll protect you even if I have to lose my own life." He said then turned and disappeared into the crowd.~

she mumbled to herself. " I didnt mean he used me.. I just meant..well grr" she said a little frusturated that he had walked off like that and that he ws planning on protecting her ... she didnt want to be protected... she didnt care what happened to her anymore.

~He grinned as he stood off in the shadows, watching Jess from his hiding place~

She looked back at where zexy was, and walked the other way towards a little dinner she knew of down the road.. she really was sorta hungry.

~He twirled his wand a few times thinking as he did so~

She walked in and saw the very few people. She sat down and ordered french fries.. she had been longing for them for a while now.

~He made sure that everything was safe then strolled in and stood behind Jess~He saw over her shoulder that she had ordered french fries and smirked as he reached over and swiped a fry from her plate~

"Hey!" She grumbled then leaned her head back to see it was Fated, "havent you ever heard of asking?" She smiled.

~He looked down at her and smiled; his blond bangs falling into his shimmering blue eyes~ "Yeah I 've heard of asking..but have I ever asked before?" ~he smirked~

"you should.. theres magic words you use you know.." she grinned remembering the magic word she made Hermione granger say the other day.

"True but I've never been one to be that obedient...even when you guys did take me in." He said.

"well you cant have anymore till you say the magic word." she grinned evily and hovered over her french fries.

~he rolled his eyes cuz he knew this trick but at the moment she was entertaining him so he thought a moment.~ "Now?" He said trying to reach for one~

"m-mm" she said pulling the french fries away.. "if you ask me nicely Ill tell you the magic word" She grinned eating a crispy french fry slowly to show him what he was missing.

~He flashed her a cute little pouty face~ "Fergilicious" he asked wondering if that was the word~

".... thats not it but go ahead and dance to the song" she said pulling out her wand and pointing it at a jukebox in the corner, 'fergilicious but I aint promiscious and if you were suspicious all that shi' she laughed. "but anyways.. say please and Ill tell you what you have to say to get some frenchie fries"

Jess stood up seeing Zexy outside, "Hey its sexy," she said then walked out passed Fated and out to him, "Hey" She said sitting down next to him.

Doesn't look over.

Then says coldly to her,

"Hey."

"Hey whats wrong?" she said at his cold tone.

"Nothing," He replies with the same tone. "Perfectly fine."

Cups his face and slouches over.

"And you?"

"well.. Im a little upset about the whole thing with Dani.. and because Fated stole some of my fries.. and because you seem upset.." she sighed and moved from her spot on the bench to look him in the eye. Which was kinda hard to position herself right but she finaly did. "Whats wrong? I can tell somethings wrong. I know you better than you think I do." She said smiling slightly.

Dani looked up to see Jess and Zexion talking, "You know what, Lily. I should just run away and stop it all."

~Fated had seen Zexion coming and had disappeared back into the shadows to keep watch from a safe distance~

"no, u shouldn't Dani. Don't give up

"Zexy... I think I love you" she said, " I dont get why your upset.. but I want to.."

"I'm a monster," Dani said. "If I don't give up, I'll end up killing her."

"You are not a monster! U can't control it Dani!"

~Fated watched Jess and Zexion and realized now was a good time as any to strike~

~He slid his wand out and gripped it tightly as he slowly approached the two~

Dani looked up, "hell no," she said and opened the door to the street,

"Fated!" She yelled

Lily foolowed her drwing her own wand. "What do u want Fated?"
