Brunette and Dumbleydorr VS Faerie Wings and cookiemonster

::Cookie entered the room, grinning. She was here first! It was a nice change from her last duel where she had arrived about two weeks late.::

::Looking around, she saw that she was in a bare room with no windows and only one door- the door she had just entered. I might as well just get comfortable, she thought.::

Pulling out her wand, she said, "Bulle de tatou!" (Armadillo Bubble in French). Immediately, she was surrounded by what looked like a sphere of scales. THis was to protect her from any hexes that came her way, no matter how powerful.::

::Cookie then brandished her wand at the floor and cried out, "Puits de requin!" (Shark Pit in French). The floor shimmered a bit, and Cookie smiled. Whoever stood in one place for too long would fall through and get stuck in the floor, which had a little fanged surprise underneath now...::

::Looking around, Cookie said, "Salon." (Lounge in French). Some furniture appeared with a loud POP. She took a seat behind the couch on the part of the floor where her earlier spell was not taking effect. Grinning, she knew she had a great hiding place.::

:Brunette screamed when she felt the ground starting to crumble beneath her. She could feel her heart racing and mind spining, this was not she had expected the minute she enetered the room. She noticed Cookie lying in a chair and smirked. If it was a show she wanted, then a show she would get.:

:She shook the hair out her eyes and waved her wand at the floor "Hormigon!" A fresh new layer of sturdy concrete spilled over the crumbling floor and hardened. Relieved, Brunette let out a breath she didn't relize she was holding.:

:With her feet on the smoothly paved floor she looked at Cookie through narrowed eyes. How was she supposed to break through that barrier? Was it like a shield charm? There was only one way to find out. She would weaken the defense, but she would have to use all her strenght. If she could break a shiled like in her last duel then she could do it to this one.:

:She rolled her sleeves, but noticed her partner walking through the door. On quick thinking, she thought of a spell. "Lazos!" she watched the other opponent fall to the grounded bound by silver glowing ropes. "Now the shield...." taking in all her strenght, she point her wand and shouted. "REDUCTO!"

Dumbleydorr ran in over the now-safe floor. Seeing Brunette about to cast Reducto, she quickly drew her wand and shouted the charm at the same time. Together the two spells did what one couldn't and the shield was broken.
"Yes!" cried Dumbleydorr.
With Cookiemonster's defence lowered, Dumbleydorr quickly cast "Prurigo". Dumbleydorr and Brunette watched as Cookiemonster tried to itch herself while bound with silver ropes. Cookiemonster looked angry now, 2 on 1 was hardly fair odds.

:Brunette smiled brillantly at her companion and they high fived. The ropes were not meant for Cookie, but for the other opponent, but seeing as the 2nd oppenent wasn't there, it was aimed at Cookie.:

:She smirked at Cookie, twirling her wand between her fingers. Brunette finished off with a nice shield spell around her and Dumblydor to keep away any attacks that Cookie might retaliate with.:

:It was only, but a matter of time before the duel would end. SO for now, Brunette stepped back and waited for Cookie to attack.:
