"Moaning Myrtle"

Yes, well the least said about this character the better. I did not like her one little bit and I hope that she doesnt appear in the final book. I cant really see her position in the books at all

She makes me laugh though. I think that she was import in the Chamber becasue she gave them the last clue.

I think that the bit with Draco helped show us Dracos character as myrtle was the last person we would expect him to go to and he had an outlet with her as she wouldnt be nasty and laugh like his 'friends'

Now Mrytle is a character who really cracks me up. She is really funny. I enjoy the parts when she is in the book. I do think she is a little too sweet on Draco though and she may have helped him do some pretty bad things during the Half Blood Prince era.

I think we will see more of her in the 7th book. Let's just hope it's to help Harry and the Order and not the deatheaters and Voldie.

I dont think she will be a part at all in the 7th book besides mention (possibly) why see her again? there's really no point to her except in CoS

Well, she can leave Hogwarts, but I doubt she will, so she proably won't fallow him around, but if and when he goes back to visit Hogwarts, she willt alk to him. After all she went to school with Voldy.

Is she able for to leave Hogwarts or is she bound (is that the word?) to the castle as she is a ghost

I think that she was just told to keep away from Olive Hornby..(was that her name?) so I think she can leave.

I think Moaning Myrtle was only an important charcter in CHamber of
secrets she helped em with the last clue to the ridlle. I doubt we will
see her again, probaly like mentioned a little cuz even in the 5th book
she wasn't mentioned.

I think that myrtle is quite a funny character though I think she needs to get a hold on herself. One thing I was wondering though is maybe she had some information on tom riddle so she might know some stuf about his past what he was like more so than what dumbledore could show.

I don't like how Myrtle literally drowns herself in self pity. If you compare her to Harry it's such a diffrence because Harry has learned to accept all the horrible things that hav ehappened and make good out of it while Myrtle justs wastes away in sorrow.

Moaning mowping myrtle! love her, she was an exceptionally good character in the 2nd book

I always liked the touch Moaning Myrtle added to the books. She's a miserable (and yet at the same time, hilarious) character. Though I have to admit, she is overly emotional at times...most of the time. xD

And I like how she pops up sporadically through the books, like in the fourth and sixth.
