Your new year

what did you do on new years eve of 2006 into 2007?

I was around a friends house with a group of about 6 of us playing games, dancing and simply having fun. We finally went to sleep at about 4am and I slept in until 11am before coming home and going back to bed mhahahahaa

I went to a party that my sister talked me into going to... it was really fun and loud and colorful :D

We watched Rockin' New Year's Eve on TV, then watched the ball drop! We danced and stuff and fell asleep wherever there was room... I woke up on the floor

T'was fuuun indeed.

hmmm first I guess we just hung out and played Dance Dance at my friends and In a Pickle. The they got the bright idea to play hide and seek in the dark, which you may not know but I'm pertriffied of the dark, so that ended up with me in tears. Then we made snow angels and looked for a bag that we couldn't find and toasted in the new year and watched the ball drop. KK's sister wanted us to finish her wine for her and we had cookies for breakfast. Yep that was the new year...oh and we talked about boys all night long

Edit: I was asked to explain the six bad things that happened to me that night....so here they go...

1 as mentioned above I'm terrified of the dark, scared out of my mind. And someone as we were playing hide and seek, decide to hit the wall that that sent me hysterics.

2 when KK threw a cat at my face, as I came out of the loo.

3 Did you know that wine tastes really good, even if it smells like crap? The reason why you don't want to mistake someone's glass...

4 hmmmmm...scary movie, in the dark. Do I need to say more? it was really good btw, When a Stranger Calls I don't think I'll ever babysit again.

5 Farting cat....

6 the strange one, that has everyone in the chatbox looking at me weird. So there was a couch a nice soft couch and I had the couch all to myself, until Bri took the other end and KK sat on the shoulder. And before I knew it I was sleeping on the floor, funny how things happen like that....

Okay I was on the computer most of the night but got off to go watch Hannah Montana at 12

Then i got bak on the computer and talked to james and seamus and mom and jessie and found out about some more marrigaes. Then nancy and seamus and james got off and i did too. I danced to Hilary duff for about 3 hours and then read for a while. So i crashed on my floor and woke up at ten

I got to babysit with my sister..

my sis was buggin the heck outta me with IM's half the night

I went out to dinner with my mom's side of the family (it took us three stops to find a restaurant that was open). Then we went back to our house and chatted for a few hours. Then I went over to my friend Janet's house at ten. I hung out with my group of friends from high school, we played Apples to Apples, we tried to shout over each other, we had a good time. We watched the ball drop, did some yelling outside, then played more Apples to Apples. We all dispersed a little after one. It was a good time, overall.

I got up at 7:30, read while I was on the puter until 9:30 or so, then I worked from 10 to 4, took a bath, read some more while on the puter and then I spent the rest of the evening being anti-social to my mum's family (uncles, aunts, cousins, about 15 of them were here) cause I just kept on reading until 11:45 in my parents bedroom (my own bedroom got stolen by my sleeping 5 years old cousin) then I went downstairs to wish everybody a happy new year, and while I was at it I noticed something XD when you wish a new year to several family members, you mostly walk around looking at people thinking : told him already, didn't tell her, who is there left, did I forget someone? and when you're down you sit down and go back to whatever you were doing XD lol

Then I went back upstairs and read until 4:15 am or so and then I went to sleep XD

Such an exciting New Years' Eve

I went to my friends house and got a little bit drunk and passed out on the floor around 5am and then woke up at 12pm to find everyone laying around me and the xmas tree on the floor. I know I did some stupid things that night but man it was fun lol.

....i sat on the roof with a lot of stupid and utterly annoying people, freezing my butt off. It was very nice indeed. IT WASN'T!!!!! :D But hey, atleast i made them shut up and made Finland proud of having me... mwehh!

Ohhh I am so glad I get to talk bout this!! :D

Well, my friends Katie and Sarah (Lady_Luna and SweetMione on here) came over at 7:30. We went up to my room and lisened to the radio for the top 101 of 2006,and were dancing and stuff. Sarah started filming Kate and I and then Katie starts headbanging so I say "Katie, we're dancing...no headbanging!" and she keeps going at it for a second and bursts into laughter and falls over pratically dead And then we just kept talking and listening to the music and then we told Katie she had a sick mind:

"YOU KNOW WHAT!??!!? *tackles*"~Katie

We stayed up there for a little while longer and took a couple pics and blah and read fanfics...

And then my mom called us downstairs for some reason-food or whatever :D And so we started drinking copious amounts of sparkling cider, and eaing chips and cookies with choco syrup and chips and yumm...

I made them watch an eppy of Charmed :D Complete with my very over-extensive commentary.

And we watched the Producers XD SOOOO FUNNY!!!

"Remember ven Ula dance?"
"YEAH!!!"
"Ula dance again!"
"Ula dance again yaaaaaaaaaaay" :D

Such a funny movie.. ^.^ Around that time I suppose it was New Year's-ish and so we put our festive golden hats on and my mom filmed us and took pictures before and during the count down. And I tried ripping my hat off but it got stuck on my head.....>.<

And THEN there was the silly string fight! So we run outside and I couldn't get my can open so I go back inside-getting sprayed by Sarah on the way...and opened it but the top part of the spray-inhibiter fell off so I went outside to se if I could find it-getting sprayed by Sarah and Katie...and then I ran inside to see if it was in there, and I couldn't find it. So I made a makeshift top that didn't work...and so then I stole Katie's cap after she was all out of silly string and I sprayed her and then Sarah, who ran inside to hide. And then I chased Katie and sprayed her like no other. She ran to the steps and I got silly string ALL OVER her back because she stopped running down the steps...and then I sprayed my mom. Who was outside playing with sparklers :D We went and changed our clothes ^.^

Then we went inside and were watching top music of the 80s and my mom put dark lipstick on us to make us look like the girls in this music video. So we took pictures... :D and we didn't stop taking pictures XD we played a "game" called 'Photoshoot' and took 100 plus pics. We changed our clothes again XD During one of those photoshoots this happened...

Oh the good times... At around 3:30 am we put on dresses and took MORE pictures and we were going to change again but then it was 4 am and we got tired...so we listened to the radio on TV and got into our PJs.

We were *going* to watch the Princess of Thieves, but Katie fell asleep as 4:10, I fell asleep at 4:20, and Sarah fel asleep at 4:30.

And that was my New Year's!!! Filled with sugar and pictures and weeeeeeee :D

I stayed up by myself and watched the ball drop on TV

New years eve was joyous. Went to my friend Alices house then about 8pm alice sister rosie's friends came over and at 10pm my friend Ruby came over and we all had fun lsitening to SpiceGirls and Other such cool music. Me and Ruby were hungry so Alices dad cooked us SAUSAGES! We had lots of fun including hats and chocolate. Taking lots of pictures and saying lots of random things. Getting rather hyper on chocolate and sausage. Tehn all standing around Alices small TV and watching teh countdown and yelling from 30. Probably annoying ehr parents who were upstairs. Then at ONE we all cheered and hugged and mine, Ruby and Alices first word of 2007 was DUCK! Me alice and ruby then went to alices room and talked lots. We all sat on alices bed with the curtains open and lights off so the lightsfrom outside lit up the room. we talked for aagges till about 4:30am when we settled ourselves in some position we were comfy to sleep in. Then Alice fell asleep about 5am afetr us talking ages, then me and ruby continued talking till about 6am. Then we fell asleep and awoke about 11am when alice brought us a nice cup of tea in bed. how nice XD

Oh, it was sooo nice! *looks dreamily into not-very-distant-but-seemingly-so-long-ago-because-school-has-started past*

Well, I spent my New Year's Eve in Bucharest, so I finally got to see my old friends *sniff sniff I miss them* (note to the reader: I am actually from Bucharest but I live in Poland now (Warsaw))
First, we (about 17 people or so) met at a friends house. Then, at about eleven a clock, we went to and open-air concert-show-whatever and we stayed there until about 12:20. It was greeaaat!!! (plus, after the fireworks, my best friend started crying and telling me not go back to Warsaw, which also made me a bit sad, but uhmm... that's life...)
And then we all went to my best friends house (by foot and it was COLD!) and there we partied - danced a lot, played twister and had lots o' fun! - until the morning. And then I went home and to sleep at about 8:30. Gee, I was soo tired, but it really was worth it!
And the pictures... oh the pictures! XD

yea well... in short: 'twas FUN!
