Favourite memory of your class

My favourite memory probably comes from near the beginning of last year, whilst we were having our server problems. The site’s server went down several times over the space of a week or so, and a lot of posts were lost on a couple of occasions. Jesse, (Fated4HP), had done a piece of homework on Dragons, posted it, but then it was lost in the crash. This happened a second time, and I remember he got quite frantic! However, I had managed to read through it before it was lost the second time, and so I was able to award him 44 points for his efforts.

The best piece of classwork submitted over the past year (since last February)

The best piece of classwork in ComC over the past year was the “Creatures in Greek Mythology” by Raistlin the Wizard. There was a lot of detail and it was obvious a lot of time and effort had been put into the homework.

Number of classes completed: 9, plus many Riddle of the Sphinx’s

WaterLily has been a great student in Care of Magical Creatures over the past year, completing her classes to a very high standard.

Her answers are always well researched and reported, and the creative classes completed show a lot of thought and imagination.

In the past year, she has earned 628 housepoints for Gryffindor, from Care of Magical Creatures classes and riddles alone.

Honourable Mentions

Fated4HP: Fated has been a very active student in Care of Magical Creatures, completing no less than eight of the classes. His answers are always great to read, very detailed and well written.

running_swift: Whilst swift has yet to complete a Care of Magical Creatures Class, she participates in nearly all of the Riddle of the Sphinx’s, and has not been wrong in her guesses yet.

Raistlin the Wizard: Joining the class in August last year, Raistlin has been an active participant in Care of Magical Creatures. His answers are informative and detailed, and it is obvious he enjoys the lesson a lot.
