Was there another person up by the tower that night?

Alright. This may sound wack at first but i ask of you to recheck the book before one tends to argue.
Well, that night, the miserable night, Harry was frozen. All have thought as well as I at first, that it was dumbledore who put harry in a freezing position. And hence once the great man died, the freeze lets go.
BUT that was not the case. When dumbledore died, it should have been that right second that harry should i been free, we all know that the avada kedavra works the second it hit. however harry was not unfrozen till after dumbledore hit the ground. Only then was he free to go.
It seems there was another person up there in the tower that night, beside malfroy snape and death eaters, must be somebody wanted harry to see it all take place and was standing not far from him. who is it? i do not know. but that my theory.

Ok this is a strange throy. But I don't think its entirely wrong. After
all didn't Flitwick tell Snape about the fight. It might not have been
someone who wanted to see Harry and Dumbledore hurt, but maybe someone
who had been watching fo more details of what went wrong. Hint hint
Flitwick.

i dont know i think that it is possible but i would have to reread that before i give it a definite yes or no but i think your on to something

Personally, though I think this is an interesting theory, I think this is just a plot hole. It's more dramatic if Harry couldn't move until after he's on the ground for one, and also, it'd be a little weird (writing wise) to say Dumbledore got hit by the curse, Harry was free to move and then Dumbledore hit the ground...also, Harry could have just been in shock from the whole thing and that's why he couldn't move and it says in the next chapter "as they vanished through the door Harry realised he could move again" which seems to support that he was in shock or the plot hole rather than someone else with them. Interesting theory though.
