HUFFLEPUFF Gothic Fashion thread

Once again Dancing was first in line for this show, her black eye liner that was caked on was driving her crazy and she was resisting the urge to scratch at it. She instead fiddled with her hair that was tied up into two little buns on her head. She waited for her music, Paint it black by: Vanessa Carlton to begin before strutting forward.

She tried popping her hips but the belt was to heavy so she walked forward like normal, the skirt flowed perfectly with her as she swayed in time with the music. She did a turn showing off the black layered top,and her circle earings twinkled.

The lights were flashing in time to the song and Dancing was dancing in a very entrancing way using her arms alot. She smiled as the song reached its half way mark, and she danced back and disappered behind the black and red curtain

At the exact moment that Dancing disappeared behind the black and red curtains, it glowed for a moment and changed to black and silver. Seeing the signal, Jenn took a deep breath and muttered to herself. “Okay Gothic fashion show, Gothic fashion show, don’t smile, don’t smile.” Putting her face into an indifferent look, Jenn flicked her wand and the sides of the curtain automatically opened up for her.

Posing with her hand on one hip and jutted to the side. She walked through the steady stream of smoke emitting from the stage and looked down at the crowd. Her hair was in a wild disarray of dark brown/black curls that floated around her face. Her right hand lightly touched her neck and the decorative black pearl necklace encircled around her throat. As Jenn strolled down the stage, (she attempted to strut but found she always looked more like she was skipping then strutting) the lights reflected off of her gold, silver and black outfit.

Reaching the head of the runway, her black leather/suede jacket was tight and edgy looking. However, with Jenn reached up and took off her jacket to show off the silver tank she had on underneath. It was a silver tank that wrapped around her torso to reveal a very risqué V neckline. The neckline was lightly covered with a delicate elf sewn lace that glimmered. The shirt ended in a slight bow at the hip of her waist that’s ends drifted down her side. Her leather pants were closely fitted but not tight on her legs. Clinching at her waist with a gold link belt, it emphasized her waist. It ended a bit above her ankles in a Capri style pants. Jenn twisted to show off another angle of her outfit as the lights flashed off the delicate links on her black strappy heels. Her outfit was completed with silver handbag with gold links and black straps.

Tapping her foot for a second, she turned around and walked toward the back once more. Before reaching the curtains, Jenn turned around one last time to face the crowd. Her eyes spotted Lifey and Elana making faces on the sides forcing her to break out of her concentration and smile at them. Disappearing behind the curtains, she snapped her fingers at her mistake.

“Darn, I was so close!” She muttered to herself with a shake of her head.

Mel grinned at Jenn as she took her turn through the curtains and stepped out onto the dark catwalk, blinking as the lights came up on her, her head bowed down her hat held in front of her face as she posed and slwly raised her head before swinging the hat slowly in front of her and putting it back on her head.

Remembering to keep a straight face and keep concentration, Mel began to walk down the catwalk, yet she wished she had practised in her shoes more as she felt herself trip. As if in slow motion, she tumbled down, her legs crossing together as she heard the crowd gasp. She had to pull in back.

In a quick movement, she turned her fall into a forward roll and into a hand stand before she noticed the rope dangling down in front of her

"Thanks Jenn" She muttered as she realised the fellow Hufflepuff had come to her aid.

Composing herself, she back flipped onto the rope swing as the crowds gasps turned into cheers as she felt Jenn raise the rope as she vanished into the ceiling exit, blushing as she came face to face with the fellow Hufflepuff team.
