SLYTHERIN Swimwear

The event was being held ouside by the ocean shore. The catwalk for the show was a small little bridge. Cat was getting ready in a small tent off away from the bridge. She finally finished up by placing her light blue bonnet on her head. She was dressed in a late victorian styled bathing suit.

She walked out of the tent and up to the catwalk. The sound of a piano began playing and she began walking. She showed off her outfit to the viewers as she walked, stopping every now and then so they could take pictures. She wore a button-up dress that was priced 15 galleons and matching trousers for 13 galleons. Also she wore a pair of boots that were thigh high and cost 10 galleons. The bonet she had was 7 galleons.

She did a sway of her hip as she turned at the end of the catwalk heading back to her small dressing tent.

Nancy walked into the room where the swimwear fashion show was taking place and she froze suddenly. Her green eyes opened wide as she saw where the normal stone floor was, there was beach sand, palm trees, a bridge and ....the ocean! The walls and ceiling were transformed to look like the blue sky on a sunny day. Nancy couldn't believe it. It was just so beautiful! Just like going to the beach itself.


Nancy walked into the room, or was it onto the beach? She really wasn't quite sure. There were a few huts just a few feet into the water and those were where the models for the fashion show could go and change. There was also a hut with loud speakers on them and a man sitting on the roof of one, a microphone in his hand. "Nice." Nancy said, a large smile across her face.


Nancy rolled up the jeans she was wearing and waded into the shallow waters leading to the hut, he backpack on carrying her swimwear fashion she would be modeling. She entered the hut and got undressed and put on the green swimsuit, necklace and her heels. She looked in the mirror once she put them on and smiled as she turned from side to side admiring her reflection. That South Beach diet she was on was really paying off. She then opened the door of the hut and climbed down the ladder carefully. She removed her shoes to walk back into the shallow water and put them back on once she was back on the sand. She found the part of the beach where the models would be making their catwalk and took her place.

Once the music started, "You've got the look" By Prince, Nancy walked slowly down the sand catwalk. She was having a bit of trouble walking through the sand with her heels in the soft sand, but she would not make that obvious to the judges. She was a Slytherin and she was determined never to let any situation get in the way of what she wanted to do. She did a side turn to the left and then to the right about a quarter of the way down the catwalk. Then the announcer started to speak in a clear, loud voice from the top of the hut. Once Nancy heard the voice over the loud speaker she had to smile. She couldn't believe who it was.

"Good afternoon!" Lucius Malfoy's voice said over the loud speaker. Nancy had to keep a straight face as she continued down the catwalk listening to Lucius. He was the last person she expected to be at a fashion show, let alone announcing in one. Then again this was the swimwear catagory. She continued walking down the walk. Stopping a few times to twist this way and turn that way. She struck a few poses and did a backbend. When she finally reached the end of the walk, she sruck a C pose and held it for a few moments. She smiled at the spectators and then made her way over to the huts again, very anxious to remove her shoes and get her feet wet in the ocean.
