PIrates rock, even if they do smell bad, I'm sure their smell would cause the ninjas to cough and then they would die and then the pirates would throw them over board.

Pirates don't fight in any sort of formation, there's no finesse, they're untrained, and their best weapon is having the bigger numbers in an unfair fight.

Ninjas on the other hand are highly trained assassins who you can't hear, and have plenty deadly weapons.
