I love this movie sooooo much!!!

Tell me. I really like any thing with Pirates but I give this one a nine thumbs up!

Awesome movie! There's action and humor, and i like both EXTREMELY much! Besides, who doesn't like pirates? YARRRR!!!!

Has anyone seen the extra stuff on the dvd? It's so much fun to watch the mistakes they have done, and other stuff, like seeing Orlando get ready for a scene when he opens his voice by having these weird noises, like AHEEEEM, BRRRRH, MMMMMMH.... I was like 'You gotta be kidding me!' It was so hillarious...

this is one of those watch again and again movies.... its AWESOME! VERY CAPS-WORTHY MOVIE! orlando and johnny...... *dreamy sigh* 100/10, very funny.

AAAAAGGGGGGGGH!! I Luuuurve this movie!!! We rented a while back and I was watching it like allll the time! My dad literally tore it out of my hands. XP Johnny Depp was amazing! And, Carru, you are so right. Pirate and Jedi are mmmm... But I like Anakin better. =P

POC 2 is coming out in the summer... I think they filmed the two movies close to each other or 3 is being filmed now or whatever... *rambles on*

I saw the new film today!!!

*MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD*

It was AMAZING! The plot, the acting (even Orlando Bloom's improved), the special effects...everything!

I think I like it better than the first one..there was a lot of funny parts in this, not only in the words, but there's one scene that had Becky and I in hysterics - the first time Will goes to rescue Jack from the Island, with the natives and the fruit and the cages...hilarious!

And argh! The ending! EVIL, EVIL CLIFFIE!

I won't say too much in case you've ignored my spoiler warning and are reading anyway...but I can't believe they did this spoiler! I can't wait until the next one to find out what happens!!

Arrrr, I wants to see it again I does, arrr!

I actually really liked the second Pirates except for the fact that it didn't have much of an ending like nothing was resolved...sigh now we have to wait for who knows how long for the NEXT one to come out! lol I hate waiting

yeah compared to the 1st one it did suck....but the 3rd (and final) one should be the best! as the 2nd one was practically just a fill in between the 1st and 3rd. some of the lines were mighty funny though!

Oh, I love Pirates Of the Carribean. I've seen the first one about a gazillion times that I know all the lines by heart. I've seen the 2nd one 3 times and it was still good.

It comes out in May 2007, and it's going to be called At Worlds End.

Some things that need to be resolved:

-Getting Jack back from the dead
-How is Barbossa still alive?
-What is the relationship between Tia Dalma and Davy Jones? Why do they have the same locket?
-Why did Elizaebeth do what she did?
-Why does Jack's compass keep pointing to Jack if she loves Will?
-What will Cutler Beckett do with the thump thump?

I know that the film opens with Barbossa, Will, Elizabeth and the rest of the crew in China, dealing with the trading company.

I also read about the backstory between Beckett and Jack - basically, Jack worked for the East Indian Trading Company, under Beckett. He had a ship called the Wicked Wench. After Jack refused to complete an assignment (delivering slaves), Beckett sanctioned the torching and sinking of the Wicked Wench, and branded Jack a pirate (hence the P on his arm). Jack then petitioned Davy Jones to retrieve his ship (which is why Jack now owes Davy a debt), and he rechristened the ship The Black Pearl.
