Can we have a color chapter competition?

*I saw we had some banners to promote HE on other sites, what about a challenge to create a set of these small banners?

Also some others I thought of when searching the net;

* A set of challenges covering certain years, ie: 1950s, 1960s, 1970s etc etc and create a graphic to represent each of these in the style of that year

* A cartoon style challenge

* A challenge to choose a book which hasnt been made into a movie and design a poster as though it was being made into a movie

* Your best work challenge which can be anything you want

* A music challenge where you need to make a graphics to show a certain song or artist

* A challenge using no photos

* A challenge to incorperate 3 or 4 avatar size graphics all with the same picture though shown differently ie: a different colour

* Challenge to represent school (well HE is a sort of school lol)

* Seasons graphics (summer, sprng, autumn, winter)

* Magazine cover challenge

* Calendar challenge

* Movie genre challenges ie: a challenge to represent different genres, ie: horro, comedy, drama etc

* Sepia/black and white challenges

* Facial features challenge - as in design a graphics which fcuses on one feature of the face, ie: eyes, nose, lips etc

What if we did like a shipping challenge, you know to support your favorite ships, but not hp ones... so like ships from other books/movies/shows XD

I really like the enhancement challenge and would love to see more like that perhaps?

I second the enhancement idea!

Also with characters in HP - what about different challenges focusing on different characters or groups each time?

I loved the enhancement, so much fun. What about life representation. It doesn't have to be your life just depict someone's life with a set of pictures and as little words as possible. A comic book scene, kind of.

how about something that symbolizes a season...like summer winter etc.

What about a rainbow challenge ie: to use as much colour in one graphics as possible

and along the same lines, what about a group of challenges focusing upon different colours

I think we had 'based on color' challenges in last term's graphic tournament.

1) represents what side you are on (order or d.e.)
2) a wish and what is it granted
3) one that represent your rpg form (vampire, elf, werewolf, witch etc)

We could do a challange where we have to create a check for one of the Harry Potter characters. Like, make it reflect their personaility and put their name, and then somthing they bought with it. ahah, just an idea....

* Chapter graphics for HP books
* Word choice graphic
* Genre graphic
* CD icon graphics - choose selection of 10 songs and make an icon size graphic based on each song
* Fanart graphic

i found this site called flip.com
you make pages of a flip book and animate it. there are a lot of contests and such thee but i think it's for younger kids xD

Choose one person, model or otherwise, though use this same person and create 10 different avatar size icons on one canvus. The model can be in different poses etc, but it must be the same person

I like that idea by Sarah, but I also like the idea of one photo and make like 10 icons of it. Also another challenge with themes like, 10 for a show, 10 black and white, 10 winter. Something like that.

Oh and also another one of those challenges where you give us a bunch of images and let us do something with them.

Nursery rhyme graphic I like that one, we should do it.

Well I have my music player on shuffle and the Parselmouths started playing and it hit me...Wizard Rock graphics. Like signatures, or blends (the latter I prefer the idea of lol), of Wrock bands such as the Whomping Willows, Draco and the Malfoys, and Harry and the Potters.

What about a celeb couple graphic, with celebrities that you think would look good together as a couple, but like having a catch of it that they can't be a real celeb couple (or exs) and they can't be a couple on in a show/movie.

What about a best friend graphic. Like find two people on the HE who are really really close friends and make a grpahic for them.

Not an idea for a challenge, but still a suggestion. I was thinking for certain icon challenges make banners for the winners. Kind of like they do on lj.

Since they are currently casting The Hunger Games right now, there could be one like the New Potter Cast challenge, but for who you would cast in The Hunger Games.

To go along with the final movie coming out soon, and the current Disney heros/villians challenges, there could be a deatheater/order challenge

A Potter 2.0 challenge, where you cast their children (Potter, Weasleys, Malfoys, Lupins, etc)

I was just working on some paperwork for an upcoming mission trip I'm going on and it got me to thinking...



How about a graphics challenge to somehow help raise awareness to different causes? Like a sort of promotion for different organizations
