| The Raven Bottle FluteThe Raven Bottle Flute is so named for the following reasons; 1. It is designed by me, a Ravenclaw! 2. Its shape is of a bottle typical of soft drinks 3. It plays similar to a flute The thin end has a small hole in the end where the player blows down to create the tune. As you can see in the picture, there are some holes down the body of the instrument used to allow air to escape. These are covered by the players fingers depending upon notes required. There are also strings around the body to allow further tune to be played alongside the blowing type. [I will attempt to do the extra credit later] | |

| Boxy Badger Banjo: This differs from regular banjos in shape, and produces a sound that is quite unique as a result. Some say it is flatter, but the hollowness of the tube and box helps carry the sound. I've gotten quite used to the twang myself, and often play a short tune to amuse myself. As you can see, the strings are attached to the Boxy bit. There is a hole carved out, over which the strings (can be made of plastic, rubber or metals) are stretched out. The tube provides no purpose other than to further magnify the sound. It can however be tricky to connect the tube to the box, which is why Boxy Badger Banjos should only be built by experts. The Box and Tube are made of natural materials, usually of wood origins. Natural wood is of course the best. Stringing as well requires a special technique to ensure that they do not break too often. Extra Credit 1--Three-string Boxy Banjo: (Yes, I was either insane or insanely bored, but I actually made this out of a cereal box, paper towel tube, tape, rubber bands and safety pins XD) | |

| (sorry the picture is kinda small) The PuddingPuff Drums is a small hand held drum that you can tap with your fingers. It looks very much like a pudding with Hufflepuff colors. It is also called the Pudding Drum because when you tap it, it makes a gurgling sound like pudding flopping around in a bowl. Some people also use this instrument as a prank object by tricking people into thinking it is really a pudding. Since PuddingPuff Drums are quite local and cheap everywhere, may people have them for entertainment -especially kids. It is easy to play because there is only 3 sounds you can make with it. Note C, G, and D. Tapping at differnt parts of the instrument will change the tone and note of your sound. | |

| What you see here is the soon to be world famous Double Tamberine! Expanding on childhood arts and crafts I have taken four paper platers, a stapler, some glue, a cardboard poster holder, small silver bells, some loose change, and blue paint to make this one of a kind instrument! No percussion section is complete with a tamberine, and whats better than one? Two tamberines! Simply grasp the double tamberine in the middle and shake. The loose change, as much or as little as you wish, will knock around together, making a pleasing jingle. | |
