else: It is your challenge to create a banner of any mood or style, but it MUST have a small amount of animation. Im not talking about a picture flicking from one to another, I am talking about one static picture with a side line of animation. For example, a banner of an eye with perhaps the eye colour changing etc.

* The graphics has to meet the requirements above otherwise it will not be put up for the vote
