Potion Labelling

It is always suggested that you label your potion bottle, after all you wouldn't want to confuse a love potion with a deadly venomous potion would you?

This lesson will hopefully get your creative juices flowing!

I want you to create a label for a made up potion. The label has to include the name and ingredients within it and also reflect upon what type of potion it is.

For example, you wouldn't have a black label on a potion called "Sweet Dreams" would you? Make sure there is a picture on the label to aid people who struggle with reading, and include anything else on the label you can think of, but remember to say why the label looks the way it does.

Be as creative as you can, and if you use any sources, don't forget to note them down.

Above all, have fun! This class is worth a maximum of 50 housepoints!

I decided to place pictures of fashionable clothes on the label to entice buyers. I have also included a picture of the What Not to Wear duo, Trinny and Susannah.

This label is for the Wishful Thinking Potion. The wishful thinking potion makes the drinker suddenly see all around them, everything that they ever wanted. For up to 18 hours. When the potion wears off, it will leave behind one small inanimate item that will disintegrate over time faster than normal.

Solar Radiance is a brand new love potion, that effects those around the drinker instead of the drinker themselves. While the potion DOES make them appear to be moer attractive, the biggest effect the potion will have is the magnetic draw of all elligable suitors. It basically gives the drinker the same effect on surrounding people, that Vila have. SHOULD ONLY BE TAKEN UP TO 3 TIMES A MONTH. Ages: 15+
