As I walked into the Ravenclaw festival dressed in my medieval costume excitement rushed through me. I had brought my little sister Ella along. She was dressed in a beautiful blue dress with silver edgings. I was dressed in a bronze dress both of us wearing traditional Ravenclaw colors. The festival was only just starting and there was not many people around. Being careful not to step into any muddy patches me and my little sister walked over to where they would be holding the jousting tournament.

Rigby made her way through the fairgrounds, smiling at all the Ravenclaws putting up their tents and laying out their wares. Her tent was already up, the folds of blue and bronze floating to the ground in graceful folds and swirls. She pulled wagon, full of hair garlands and diadems. Reaching her tent she began to display her goodies, hanging up a sign that read:

Ye Old Braided Lady

Once her display was lined up, Rigby took a step back to admire her handy work. During the fair she would be busy braiding and selling head pieces to the various ladies and even lords, and she wanted to make sure that all that she offered was easy to spot in the soon to be busy crowds.

"O you look wonderful Kate." eclaimed Polly her and her sister running over to her. "Kate this is my little sister Ella my dad got her to come here with me." Ella giggled to herself hiding behind Pollys dress shyly.

"Ladies" greeted Kate, bowing slightly with her hand half turned and folded on her chest.

"Take a look around, the prices are marked, but perhaps you can barter for lower prices. I am always willing to be reasonable. And for the lovely Lady Ella, here is a wild flower just for you." Kate took a flower from her pile, and handed it to the hiding girl. Polly and her sister were dressed beautifully in Ravenclaw colors. Spying Elana setting up her fortune telling booth, she excused herself. Mayhap there was enough time to steal away for a reading...

Polly smiled down at Ella who held her flower in her hand twirling it. As we walked around the stall music began to play around a small area lively upbeat music. Taking Ella's hand I walked her over there and began to spin her under my arm having to hold the dress up slightly.

Rigby came from Pass the Parcel room, her long skirts slowing her down a bit as she made her way back to her tent. Several Hogwarts students were milling around, their hands running lightly over the beautiful gold and silver diadems. Now and then one would bend over to sniff at a hair garland, causing Rigby to smile.

Her first year helper came up to tell her that several people were ready to have their hair braided. Rigby cracked her knuckles and got to work.

Stephy walked into the Festival and quickly spotted Polly and Kate and someone esle that Polly was with. "Hey Polly, Kate" Stephy shouted out as she ran over to them. Looking at the tents Stephy said "Are you selling stuff Kate?"

"Stephums" Polly cried pouncing on her. "You look great." she said pulling away to admire her.

"Thanks Polly, and so do you. Whose that with you?" Stephy asked Polly indicating the small girl that stood beside her. "Is she your sister. She sure does look lovely in her little dress"
