"I know....I can't help being here though....Snape was being really mean to Holly.....so I helped to stand up to him....we sort of told him he was mean for being horrid to Gryffindor's and then we bothered him." said Natalie, sighing, "Aw well, whats one detention?"

"He can be so foul sometimes," said Natalie, grimacing.

Shadow shrugged.
"I should have finished my detention, but now I have to wait until he lets me go, and I got class in ten minutes."

Natalie frowned.

"Sure....but he loves to watch us suffer....he even says how much he hates it that we aren't strung up by our thumbs in the dungons," said Natalie, still grimacing.

"Well, there isn;t much else to enjoy around here for him, and it probably doesn't help if we play pranks on him." Shadow said.

"True....but old filch thinks that sooner or later all the wrong-doer's will get expelled," Natalie laughed, "I can't see us getting expelled any time soon."

"Certainly not you anyway. He's been trying to get me and Raven in detention for ages now!" Shadow replied, smiling.

"Ermine fur?" Shadow said lightly.

"Thats because your part demon," Natalie pointed out, "he thinks that will cause trouble....as you said, not everyone understands you....but I do, and so do loads of other people."

Shadow smiled.
"When Raven turned up, we also had a great time pranking him, and he never caught us because of our teleportation ability."

Shadow shrugged.
"Well, Raven and I tended to prank the Senate in our home dimension... That was quite fun."

"So, you might say you two are.....pranking professionals," said Natalie, smiling.

Shadow smiled.
"Most people never suspect us, but put it this way. I hung Albus Potter from the Astronomy Tower in my fist year because he made fun of me."

"Well, we're here for getting into a rather... big argument..." Shadow said with a small smile.

"Really....Al was always sweet to me," said Natalie, frowning slightly.

Shadow gave a quiet, howl like laugh.
"We went demonic on each other!"

"No, sorry, I was mistaken. Albus was making fun of the fact that my hair is... well, purple, and I lost my temper. Unfortunately for him, we were in the astronomy tower at the time and I hung him from it by his underwear..." Shadow said softly.

Holly, who had been watching and listening from her desk, laughed too.

Holly laughed again.
"Now that, is pure class," she said, and gave a respecting clap to Eliza.

"Me?" Holly asked, "My pranking history?? Oh, well theres just too many things to tell...theres that time with the cat and toothpaste incident, particularly nasty, i shant go into details....or there was that time Snape gave me an F on work that should have been given at least a B and I bewitched his hair to turn blue....rather funny it was....,"

"A wise descision," Holly said nodding, "Though if the right time comes....I will tell you,"
And she winked.

Holly joined in, and after a minute of head shaking, so did George.

"Me too," Holly said, "If detention isnt meant to be fun, they should put us in seperate rooms!"

"Absolutely," Holly agreed earnestly, "If this continues I might deliberately annoy teachers to be put in detention!"

Holly glanced at her friend, and an evil smile spread across her face.
"What are you thinking?" she asked.

Shadow watched the two, thinking that she'd better sit this one out.

Holly caught Shadow looking and said, "Youre very quiet Shad, everything alright?"

Shadow glanced up at Holly.
"Yeah, just, lost in thought."

Holly nodded as if she understood.
"Mm....sometimes I go like that too,"

"Raven and I do that all too often." Shadow replied.
