DETENTION ROOM!

The place that you don't want to go... detention.

Emmalynn looked blankly at the paper in front of her. "Crap..." she muttered. It was from her Godfather. He was angry with her for getting detention. Again. At the bottom of the page, though, there was a tiny symbol in the bottom left-hand corner. She gasped and stood up, taking a few steps toward Elladora.

"I'm in," she said, taking a spot on her friend's right.

"In what?" Natalie asked, hoping she wasn't being too nosey.

"Aye yiy yiy yiy yiy," said Natalie, shaking her head, "if I'm invited, I'll have to come in costume...he hates me."

"I understand," said Natalie, giving Emmalynn the smallest of private winks to show she knew her friend was lying. Natalie was actually a bit relieve that she didn't have to go.

Natalie went back to her work quietly.

"Potter...as in Harry Potter?" Natalie asked, frowning.

Hayley watched the conversation, although didn't speak, as she was unsure what to say. As always, when in an awkward situation, she conjured herself a cup of tea.

"Nothing...he just...well, you see, he still has all those issues with Voldemort...who is trying to kill him...but he's ok....I know him quite will....he was the one who introduced me to Hermione Granger and then Hermione and I became really good friends and then she made me deputy head of S.P.E.W" Natalie explained.

"S.P.E.W is great, isn't it," said Natalie, smiling widely at the member of the pristeen club.

"Lalalalalalalalal lemons," Holly said, prancing around detention like it was her home. Which it was.

Holly grinned and continued to dance, almost as if she were good at it.

Natalie started to hum a tune under her breathe.


"Hummmm...hummmmm..hum hum hum...laaaaa...laaaa," she hummed in the tune of Hummel.

Hayley chuckled at Holly's dancing, then decided she was bored. So, after about five minutes hoking in her Vans bag, she took out a muggle device called 'iPod.'

"When did muggle things start working round hogwarts?" NAtalie asked.

"I can be very persausive," Hayley said, half-smiling.

"Me too," Holly said grinning.

Hayley grinned, as she handed Holly the right earphone of her iPod. "Jonas?" she said, smiling broadly.

"Jo-nasssss," Holly said grinning and taking the ipod headphone.

Natalie took out her wand.

"Avis," she said, and a little flock of canaries was conjured.

"Peride," Holly said grinning, "I do love me detention,"

"Do you?" said Natalie absently, giving her wand a little flick. The little birds turned from yellow, to pure white, and also grew several inches in lenght. They were doves now.

Holly admired the birds, and shoved Natalie lightly.

Natalie laughed, and flicked her wand again, so the doves changed into brightly multi-coloured parrots.

Hayley grinned at the birds. "That's cool," she said.

"Meh," said Holly shrugging. Seeing the look on Natalies face she added, "Yes, they are wonderful darling,"

Hayley grinned, and flicked songs on her iPod.

"Thats weird," Holly said looking around, "Theres no blood on the floor,"

"Are you just saying random things now Holly," said Natalie, flicking her wand, so that the parrots turned into a flock of tamed Vultures.

Hayley laughed, and pointed to the floor. "Yes. No blood."

"But why should there be blood...do you mean like from that little girl died down here years ago?" Natalie asked.

Holly bit her lip.
"What? I didnt know. Eurgh. Tell me!"

"Well...they say that these two seventh year girls who hated each other came down her to duel one night, and one of the girls did the sectumsempra curse to the other and left her to bleed to death. And when someone found her, she was all shrivelled up and blue....because she had no blood left," said Natalie, "but of course that's just a rumor."

Holly grinned and shoved Natalie.
"You nerd," she said laughing, "I aint stoopid,"

"Really?" said Natalie, shoving Holly back. Then she said, "Nah...I know you aren't 'stoopid' Holly"

"Nah ya dont," Holly said happily, "I am stoopid. And personally, I love it!"

Hayley frowned, "I heard that rumor too. I wonder if it's true," she said, trying hard not to imagine a shrivelled up, bloodless body.

Natalie shivered.

"I dunno...but it's Chucky's favourite bedtime story....so I'm forced to tell it every night," said Natalie, "or I get the cold shoulder the next day...I can't stick when anyone is mad at me...even if they are made of plastic."
