Horror at Halloween

Yesterday in Quebec, near Montreal, there was a young girl of three years old that was killed, hit by a car, while she was helping her babysitter get the house ready for Halloween. They were both standing on the lawn when two cars came by - one made its stop at the intersection, but the other was speeding and attempted to go past it, hitting it on the side while doing so and both drivers losing control of the car. They headed to the house where the young girl and her babysitter were standing and one car landed on the corner of the lawn, away from everybody, but the other hit the little girl. She remained stuck under it until help arrived and was declared dead later on in the hospital.

I think it's horrible that some people still haven't understood what horrible things speeding can do, and in a small residential neighborhood too! And now there's another proof of it - a little kiddie lost her life on a day which is suposed to be great fun for children.
