"I remember that," Holly said wisely, "And I dunno if my foster folk would appreciate it.....aye who was i kiddin your people love me!"
She grinned.
"My substitute rents eh?"

"They have to let you come...cause if they don't...then my mother won't be able to send home preserves with you for them at the end of the summer," said Natalie.

"Aye," Holly grinned.

"And I know your foster parents like their jams," said Natalie, grinning

Hayley smileld at the silliness of it all.

Madame Pomfrey started to fuss over Zeke, and it turned out he had broken a bone in his foot. With a wave of her wand, it had healed. He was made to sit down.

Natalie smiled back a Hayley.

Shadow opened her eyes and looked round her friends.

"Hello..." said Natalie, happy now Shadow was up, "good sleep?"

"Yeah." Shadow said, sitting up slowly.

"How you feeling now?" Natalie asked.

"Sore." Shadow replied with a small smile.

"Well...you would be if you had a sword thrust through your side," Natalie smiled, "I meant are you feeling any better?"

"Well, I can't feel my side any more, but I don't know if that's a good thing or not." Shadow said/

"Well...at least you aren't in that much pain." said Natalie reasuringly.

Hayley grimaced. "Hope you feel better soon," she said to Shadow.

"Me too," said Natalie to Shadow.

"Thanks." Shadow said. "Better not be any more calls for a few days."

Eliza wandered what she meant by 'calls', but thought that she could guess.
"Hey, did I tell you guys that my ermine can now talk aloud?" Eliza said, and Zeke said that his phoenix could too.
"That's normaly a big deal where my dad comes from. Isn't that right, Pago?" The ermine strectched lethargicaly and said, "Yeah, but you guys don't have to fuss..."
Pyro added, "It doesn't matter."

"Cool." Shadow said.

"Zeke, are you allright?" Pyro asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine."
"Good. You know, we should go to Chilie sometime soon..."
"I know, I know."

Hayley smiled.

Holly grinned.

Hayley grinned wider.

Zeke looked at the smiling girls, and was trying to think of something to wipe the smiles off their faces, but the answer came anyway. He vomited.

Hayley stared, horrified at the sight of the vomit, and turned away instantly. "Eurgh!" she cried.

"Ok, nice one Zeke." Shadow said.

Eliza sighed, and Vanished it.
"Zeke... Give me the packet."
He grinned, and handed her a packet of Puking Pastilles.

Shadow gave a small smile.
"Nice."

Eliza grinned at at and handed him the purple end before he could vomit again. He swallowed it gratefully.

"Nice use of skiving snack boxes...I saw you eat the orange side...I just didn't say anything," said Natalie, laughing.

Hayley laughed, although she was feeling quite nauseous.

"You people," Holly said shaking her head lovingly.

Natalie laughed.

Holly grinned at her.

Shadow lay back again, deep in thought.

"You ok Shad?" Natalie asked.

"Hm?" Shadow asked, looking at Natalie.

"I said, are you ok?" Natalie repeated herself.

"I think so." Shadow said. Raven was staring in front of her blankly until Shadow waved a hand in front of her face.

Natalie grinned.

"Whats up Raven?" Natalie asked.

Raven grabbed her helm and put it under her arm.
"I have to go, battle calls." She said. Shadow tried to stand up, but Raven pushed her down again. "You are not coming." She turned to the others. " Make sure she doesn't follow."

Natalie kneeled next to Shadow.

"I can't let you go....for safety reasons...Raven's orders," said Natalie.

"I have to go!" Shadow shouted as Raven disappeared.

"No Shadow! You're hurt...I can't let you," said Natalie.

Shadow forced herself to stand up, ignoring the pain shooting through her side and grabbed her own helm.
