So I'm being typically British and talking about the weather.

Like the "What are you eating/wearing/doing now?" threads...say what the weather is like for you.

Here in Nantes, it's chucking it down with rain - for the first time since I got here - and is cold, dark and gloomy. It almost feels like I'm back in England.

The weather today was very nice actually. it was nice and sun shine. not cold or hot. just right. But now its getting late and the sun is going down slowly. But its still nice out side.

It's extremely windy. I have this external blind thing on my window, and usually I always have it half down, but it kept rattling and driving me insane in the wind so I've had to wind it all the way up.

I hate the wind. Not good for hair!

Sounds like you're having pretty much the same weather as France has at the moment - windy all the time and rain.

There's no point in brushing your hair, cos as soon as you go outside it gets all messed up anyway!

I hope it calms down by next week. Next Friday we've got a ferry journey to the Isle of Wight (not too bad - only 45 mins), but on the Monday we've got a 12-hour ferry crossing from Portsmouth to France. So yeah. Wind, you'd better go away!

Well apparently the further north you get the worse it is, though we had a coupe of trees blown down today and Aimee nearly got blown out of my arms lol
