| For this challenge you have to use RPG format. Please do at least 100 words. You don't have to just answer the questions, you can play along and explain why you were late and so on.
Total Points: Maximum 50
You arrive at the quidditch pitch late in the game as the snow continues to fall. Taking flight, you notice only a few members per team. As you soar around, your view becomes obstructed due to the snow. Knowing that there are two bludgers out there with low visibility. What is your first step of action? Would you take that same action without the snow?
That being said, it now started to hail. Giant balls of ice start falling from the sky. As ice chips start to fall, your broom becomes slippery as ice. Trying to regain your balance you begin to slip off. How would you stop your self from taking a dangerous plunge? And due to the weather would you quit the game?

What Elana really, really, needed this holiday season was...
A watch.
And maybe a talking planner that would shout at her when she wasn't where she was supposed to be.
As she was sitting in the library with a steaming mug of hot cocoa and a newly found novel, she had begun to hear excited shouts from outside...shouts that were only made when...
A few minutes later, she was sprinting across the grounds to the Quidditch pitch, her book and hot cocoa abandoned. Not helping her mad dash was the snow thickly falling from the sky and clouding her vision, but she barrelled on - taking a few falls was routine, and the slippery ground gave little footing. But she made it to the locker rooms in one piece, at least. Hurriedly pulling on her Quidditch robes, Elana grabbed her broom from her locker, and was back outside before the locker door had swung shut. Shielding her eyes from the snow as she looked up into what she could see of the sky, she saw a few dark shapes flying about, but not too many. So she wasn't the last one? Good!
She took to the sky more slowly because of the condition - she couldn't risk getting hurt, and, after all: safety first!
HA!
Though she would have loved to do that for her own good, Elana couldn't resist the habit of shooting up into the - er - crisp air. The sound of Bludgers whistling through the air as well was caught in her ears, and she quickly pulled out her goggles. After she had them on, she needn't squeeze her eyes shut because of the snow, making it easier to spot oncoming things, such as Bludgers. It wouldn't do to be hit! As she began to search for a sign of the Quaffle, something smaller than a Bludger but larger than a ping-pong ball hit her back. Then another, and another, hit. Elana held out her hand, and it was soon overflowing with hail at least the size and density of a golf ball. A sudden gust of wind struck as she was one-handed on her broom, examining the hail. Letting out a squeak, she found herself barely hanging on to its slippery surfae, the hail having dropped from her hands.
Luckily, it seemed that her Beaters had been paying attention. They helped her get back on her broom fully, then positioned themselves around her as she sped up - the Quaffle had been sighted!

Stephy ran down to the pitch, slipping and falling on her way down. She came thundering down the hill screaming at the top of her lungs "Im late! How did that happen? I am so late!" She quickly dashed into the locker room and threw her robes on not caring what she looked like. After she had slipped into her robes, Stephy looked into the mirror to tie up her hair and found to her horror that her robes were on backwards. "Ahhhh" Stephy yelled as she slipped out of her robes before placing them back on, making sure that they were facing the right way this time.
After she had tied her hair up into a quick bun, Stephy ran out into the field with broom in hand and slipped on a piece of ice. Stephy saw her feet fly up over head and the next thing she knew she was laying on the freezing snow as tinny snowflecks landed on her face.Wipping the snow outof her eyes, Stephy quickly got to her feet and threw her leg over her broom. The less time she spent on the ground the better.
As Stephy scanned the field for any oncomeing Bludgers she saw to her horror that the snow made it much harder for her to see what was happeneing. Stephy felt panic wash over her as she scanned the area for any sign of the red quaffle and after a short period of time she quickly spotted the red dot in the sea of white. Leaning forward Stephy started to gain speed until she felt something hard hit her in the face. SLowing down she held out her hand and saw a giant piece of ice now laying in her palm.
As she flew on, Stephy started to notice that her brrom was becoming icy. All she had to do is keep a tight grip on her broom and try not to make sharp turns that wuld put her at risk of falling off her broom. As she continued to fly, Stephy heard a loud cracka nd looking around she saw that one of the Beaters on her team had saved her just before the black ball was about to make contact with the side of her face. Well I guess I dont have to worry about the Bludgers she thought as she continued to look for the quaffle. As she continued to fly her broom just kept getting more icy. Slipping off her gloves she placed her bare hand on the handle of her broom and was glad to see that the warm from her hand had helped melt the ice. Well when my brrom starts to get icy again all I got to do is rest on hand on it Stephy thought as she continued on with the game.

| I'm going to play as a keeper like I do for the normal Quidditch matches.
(Ravenclaw Keeper)
Polly walked out onto the pitch after sleeping in late she had, had to hurry getting changed. Last night her and a few friends had been playing in the snow until late.
As Polly stepped out onto the pitch she could hear the crunch of the snow beneth her feet, looking down she smiled as soft snow flakes began to fall.
Bringing her glasses up to her face Polly quickly cast a spell so that the snow could not make her glasses wet and her vision poor. There were not many people left on the pitch and Polly knew that, that was because of the bad weather. Well quitters can't win so Polly was not going to quit. Even if it started to hail stone upon her head so hard that she could not hear anything.
Pulling the broom between her legs, Polly kicked of from the ground and began to make her way towards the Ravenclaw goal posts. Squinting her eyes Polly tried to see through all the snow but all she could see were swirls of blue and red. Flying up slowly she heard someone go 'ow' "Sorry" she muttered back before quickly getting to her position.
When she got there she felt the soft snow flakes were coming down harder now. "O great hail stone." she cried throwing her arms up in the air in defeat. Shaking her head she felt the little hail stones drop from her long dark hair.
Whipping out her wand Polly quickly cast a spell so that she was in a sort of protective bubble. It was like the bubble head charm but for her whole body. At first it felt quite strange but after awhile she got used to it.
Though Polly could not hear anything which was going on in the game. She was able to move quickly and if the quaffle came in her direction she could quickly lift the spell.
Polly noticed that peoples brooms were getting iced over and was glad that she was quite good at charms. More and more people were going towards the ground and many of the fans were giving up but Polly was stuboun and she was going to stay there until the end.
As that thought crossed her mind the Quidditch refree blew her whistle. Taking of the charm I flew to the middle. "Because we are having such bad weather the Quidditch match as been post-poned until it is suitable to play. This hail stone is now getting dangerous." And Polly could feel what she meant with the charm not lifted the hail stone was heaving whacking hard against her soft skin.
Slowly making her way to the ground so as not to fall of the hail stone smashed against her head and pulling her arms and her broom over her head. Polly and the other players made a run for the school, without even bothering to get changed.

"Pamela, get up!" It was Pamela's dormmate, Cassie.
"Mmph. It's a Saturday," was her only reply.
"Yeah and you have a match. You're late!"
Pamela flew out of bed so fast, you would have thought she was already on her broom. She put her hand on her stomach, which had begun to gurgle. Cassie handed her a couple pieces of toast. Pamela ate them at lightning speed as she got ready one handed, not caring how disheveled she might look.
After what seemed like half of forever, Pamela made it to the pitch with her bat in one hand and her broom in the other. She mounted and took off. Luckily there were only a few people from each team. "At least I won't be in too much trouble, then," she said aloud. It was snowing harder than she'd seen it snow in quite some time. Pulling her googles out of her inside pocket, she took out her wand and muttered, "Impervius." That should help, she thought.
Before she could put her wand back away, she felt a sharp knock on her head. "Well at least I found the bludger." Or not. That was too small to be a bludger. Suddenly she realized that large hailstones were raining down all over her teammates. Already several people had been hit. She threw up her arms in frustration and yelled, "What next." Well, apparently it's unwise to fly with no hands in a hail storm. Pamela's broom had become quite slippery. She slipped a little losing control.
She knew she was going to crash, so she tried to maneuver her broom a little lower. She saw her bat plummet to the ground and, losing complete control, she followed. She conjured a mattress beneath her, as she'd never put away her wand, and closed her eyes. She felt the impact, but before she could think anything else, she fainted. She was out of commission before the match really even started.

((I'll be a chaser for this post, but I rarely talk about Chasing xD))
Rachel tripped and stumbled as she fought her way towards the Quidditch pitch. Her alarm had gone off about a half an hour late, and now she was reaping the “rewards”.
At last, she had reached the pitch, shivering as the snowflakes fell quickly onto her hair and face. Digging around in the pockets of her Quidditch robes, she pulled out her enviro-impervious goggles. After slipping them on, things appeared much more clear. Taking flight quickly, she glanced around to try and find one of her team mates so that she could ask them what, if anything, she had missed. However, it seemed there were only a few people per team on the pitch-Has everyone slept in? but due to the increasing snow fall she couldn’t tell them apart.
The red head squinted through the snow. Although the goggles prevented the snow from sticking to them and fogging up, they did nothing about the density of the snowfall.
Continuing upwards, the Hufflepuff was startled by a whooshing sound just over her head. She spun around quickly, and when she saw nothing but snow, she realized with growing fear that she had almost no way of telling if a bludger was coming until it was too late. I am so dead! she thought, trembling for reasons other than the cold.
And then it started to hail. Rachel slipped on some gloves to try and create some traction between her and the broom, her ears pricked for any sound of incoming bludgers, deciding to trust on her beaters-after all, she did have Etta-to keep her safe beyond that. Her ear senses were becoming sharper due to the fact that she had to rely less and less on her eyes. That was probably an advantage, actually. All she had to remember was to listen, and pray that the next match would be snow-less. Then she would be able to rely on eyes and ears to see the incoming dangers…But it might be a good idea to work on hearing. she thought as she swerved seconds before a bludger collided with the side of her face.
