Jingle Bells Challenge

Welcome to another challenge for this christmas holiday

For this challenge all you need to do is create a HE or HP christmas song to the tune of an existing christmas song.

To enter simply post the lyrics here along with the original song title that you have based your tune on

For bonus points, record yourself singing your song and post the link here!

Possible points:

For entering: 50 points
Winning song: 200 points
Bonus recording: 150 points

I hope it's all right, but I just used the lyrics I made up for my Christmas fic....

Said the Gryffindor to the Ravenclaw

It was almost Christmas time,
And there I was eating key-lime pie
Alone in the almost empty hall,

He stood there for what seemed like years.
Then McGonogall said “Son, your blocking the doors.”
He looked around him frantically,
Then he turned and he looked at me
He said: “In my future there’s just one thing
That I see myself doing, and that’s killing
Voldemort, but I know I can.
And that will bring you peace from this awful man.”

So I offered him my hand
I just had to help him out.
And I’ll never forget the look on his face
When he said
“[eventually] This world’s gonna be so great.”

I knew that he could save the wizarding world
As he thanked me and ran out.
I knew that Merlin had sent this Boy Who Lived to save us
From Death Eaters and Voldemort.
