Masquerade ball chat room event

Welcome
one and all to the first ever HE masquerade ball. If you are not sure
what this type of ball is, then please follow the link below;

This
event will be run over the course of a week (stc) and will take place
in the chat room (java) as well as a ball room
thread. Dates and times will be announced shortly.

How will this event work?

Simply
sign up below to say you wish to take part. When sign ups have closed,
you will be pm'ed your characters (a character from the HP series). You
can not request a character, Elfie will give you this at random.

Once you have recieved your character, YOU MUST NOT ALLOW ANYONE ELSE TO KNOW!!

At
the dates and times given, you must enter the chat room
with your character name only. you must play out this part and not let
on who you are. You may chat about anything you wish though it must be
as your character would.

There will also be a post open within
the event forum for discussions upon this event, though you must NOT
give away who you are or who you think anyone else is.

You do not have to be able to attend every date and time given, as long as you can attend at least one.


What next?

After
the week has finished, everyone, those taking part and those who didnt,
can pm their answers to elfie stating who they think was who. There
will be a main list of both characters and members to help as well as
any print screens anyone can take and postin relevent thread.

Points
(stc)

Each member who takes part in this event will recieve up to 500 housepoints

For each correct answer sent to Elfie, you will recieve 50 housepoints

If you get them all right, a bonus 300 points will be awarded to you.

For
any participating active character members in the ball who manage to
keep thei identity a secret (ie: no one guesses correctly) will recieve
a further 300 points.
