There will be a big chat room quiz on Wednesday 27th February at 8.00pm gmt
(to see time differences please see link in other chat room quiz post)

This quiz holds more housepoints than a normal quiz and works in a slightly different way;

This quiz will work slightly differently to
other quizzes. Please read the instructions carefully and keep this
window open (or copy and paste into word) for the category list.

There
will be a list of 10 different categories (see below). These categories
each have 3 levels of questions, 1. easy, 2. medium and 3. hard.

The
quiz will open with a preselected question. The first person to answer
this will be able to choose the next category and level (for example,
music level 2 (medium)). I will then select a medium question from this
category and ask it. Anyone can then answer and they will gain the
points offered for the chosen level. (see below). They then choose the
next category and level and so on.

Participants can choose any
category and level they wish as many times until game end, though as an
added incentive, each person who completes a correct answer (no matter
what level) from each category will recieve a bonus 100 points per time
they do this.

Categories:

1: General Knowledge
2: Sports
3: Music
4: Movies
5: Heroes and Villains
6: The arts
7: Television
8: Literature
9: History
10: Geography

So if you fancy earning points and having fun at the same time, come join us at the date shown. Dont worry if you cant make it for 8.00 start time, you are welcometo join in at any time you wish.

I'll be late too, but not as late as the party..

This is evil....it sounds sooo tempting but I'm an addict for certain TV shows which, of course, is being shown at exactly that time and our VCR chose this particular time [well, the last half year or something, but still!] ....So I'm not sure whether I'll be there, though I really really want to!
