Under a large tree...

Natalie sat alone under a large tree, poring over a book (Quidditch through the ages) that she'd borrowed fro the library. Every now and then, she would look up at and see people cooling down by the black lake, or people trying to tickle the giant squid. This made her giggle, knowing that something that big still get the tickles. She wanted to make the most of this warm burst of weather (it was the middle of October)

Jamie her friend sat beside her, reading what looked like, fantastic beasts and were to find them. His only mistake was that the book was upside down really he was reading ghosts and spirt boards he was very interested in it!

Zelda walked up to the two and smiled " What are you two reading?"

Jamie looked up only noticing the people then "heyah" he said back to all of them then he decied to keep on reading,

"Hello," Natalie said with a grin, " well, I'm reading Quidditch through the Ages, and I didn't even realise Jamie was here, you snuck in very quietly, didn't you Jamie?"

" That is cool." Zelda said.

Shadow bounded past the tree in her wolf form, chasing after what seemed to be a small raven.

Zelda sat down and looked at the lovely blue sky.

" Well hello Alice I'm Zelda Rundell.. Its nice to meet you. What do you like to do?" Zelda asked Alice.

"You reading that for Defence Against the Dark Arts?" Natalie asked Jamie.

The wolf and the raven morphed into two cloaked girls, who started to shoot magic at each other.

The two girls took to the sky, not stopping their bolts of magic. They dodged and ducked, before sending a retaliation.

Natalie looked up from her book and saw Dorothy looking sad and thoughtful.

"Dorothy," she called, "do you want to sit over here with us?"

"I'm good," said Natalie, "trying to make the most of the warm weather. I was going to take a dip in the black lake, but then I heard there was a giand squid, so I decided it was maybe best left for another day." How are you then? Whats the matter?"

Shadow and her sister finally landed, breathing hard, but smiling at each other.
"We really need to work on our fight patterns again." Shadow said.
"Tell me about it." Her sister said. They walked over to the others.
"Hello." They said in unison.

"This is Raven, for those of you who don't know her." Shadow said, introducing Raven. Shadow turned back to Dorothy.
"How are you?"

Emmalynn, tired of waiting for Alice to respond, took off her cloak and walked over to the group. She put her letter away and placed her bag and cloak on the ground.

"Will you guys watch my stuff, please?" she asked politely, although her face was still pale from fear.

"Tired." Shadow replied, glancing at Raven, who was watching the giant squid in the lake.

"I do have one sibling, my older sister, but she's non-magical, like my parents...my parents wrote to me telling me that my sister is really missing me, so I sent her a gift." said Natalie, "I think all you need is a really close best friend, then they would feel a bit like a sibling to you, does that help?"

"Whats wrong with your friend over there?" Natalie said, looking concerned. The girl seemed to be really upset.

Shadow morphed into a wolf and walked over to sit next to Emmalynn. She whined quietly, her head on one side, meaning 'What's wrong?'.

Shadow pushed her nose into Emmalynn's hand, trying to comfort her friend. If wolves could cry, she would have been.
"You can find a way around it." Shadow thought to her, "I will help if you wish me to."

Shadow bowed her head, several plans running through her head. Suddenly, her head flew up and she bounded away, apparently chasing after something.

Shadow leapt at a figure that had started to run away, pinning him to the ground by his shoulders. She sniffed him, and realised that the smell was familiar. Running through all the smells in her memory, she managed to match it up with another one. It was the same smell as Emmalynn. Shadow barked urgently to her, hoping that she would understand.

Shadow moved aside slightly to give Emmalynn a better look, but growled at him.
