GRAPHICS TOURNAMENT 4: ROUNDS AND SCORES

This thread will hold round instructions and scores as well as housepoints and elimination.

Round One: Fairy Tales

The first challenge of the tournament is to create two graphics on the theme of fairy tales. The fairy tales you use can be any you like.

Your graphics should be blend size; anything above 400x400, but no larger than 800x600. They should contain the name of the fairytale and any other text you wish.

You will have around two weeks to submit your graphics to Duck the Duck.

Please upload them to a photo host which will not identify you, such as imageshack, tinypic or servimg (not photobucket).

For this first round, ONLY those who do not submit their entries will be eliminated.

Round One: Scores

The first round of the graphics tournament has come to an end. Only those who did not send an entry are being eliminated. You can see your scores below.

Your scores from each round will add up into the next round.

Votes are multiplied by 10 to obtain the scores which will be transformed into housepoints at elimination. A further 50 points are given to everyone who submitted an entry.

Round Two: TV Show Icons

For this round, you will need to create five icons based on the TV show of your choice.

Each icon should be 100x100 in size, and all five need to be presented on a single canvas.

Round Three: Music Wallpaper

For this round, you need to create a desktop wallpaper sized graphic on the theme of music. This can depict your favourite music artist, or anything else to do with the topic of music.

The wallpaper should be 800x600 in size.

Round Four: Movie Signature Sets

For the fourth round, your challenge is to create two signature sets based on the theme of movies. You should make two sets (an icon and a signature) with two different movies of your choice - however, the movies should star a shared actor.

The icons should be 100x100 and the signatures 400x150 in size. Please make sure that each set is presented on a single canvas, but don't put both on the same canvas. They can contain any text you wish!

Round Five: Book Blends

For the fifth round of the graphics tournament, your challenge is to create two different blends based on the theme of books. You should make two blends (up to 800x600 in size) for two different books of your choice. If the book you choose has been made into a movie, please don't use images from the movie.

Final Round: Free Choice

For the final round, your challenge is to create two free choice graphics. That means they can be any theme, any size (although no bigger then 800x600) - any colours, genre...anything you want. Icons, banners, signatures, wallpapers...the choice is yours.

You will have around two weeks to submit your graphic to Duck the Duck.

This is the final round - when this round is closed we will have our winner!
