HEBB 2 : Garden

Kaitlyn walked outside to look at the garden.. She loved gardens and the outside world. She was sure that she would spend more time outside than in unless the weather was bad. She sat down by the roses in the corner and looked up at the sky. It was sunny outside and several clouds in the sky to look at.. She picked out several images.. " Oh that one looks like Dumbledore." She said with a smile on her face.

Kaitlyn looked at the two new comers and smiled.. " Oh goody more people.. are you two going for a swim?" Kaitlyn asked.

Streams wandered outside, admiring the flowers. She picked a daisy and threw it down, and three of the six white mice following her grabbed it, holding it aloft. "That's weird," Streams told them. "Why are you following me?"

She stood by the edge of the pool, admiring the way the sun sparkled off the water. Carefully, she stepped out of her shoes, lining them up perfectly side-by-side.

Then she jumped into the water fully dressed, squealing loudly and splashing water everywhere.

Pamela walked out to the garden in her bikini. The bottoms were black and had a useless belt around the top that had brown and white swirls. The top was a halter that tied at her neck and mid-back with the same design as the belt. She always felt self-conscious at the amount of skin it showed, but she feigned confidence as usual.

She walked over to the pool near where Kaylee was hanging out, looking a bit guilty. Then Pamela sat down and slipped her feet into the water, wincing at the cold. She decided her best bet would be to just get it over. Pamela walked over, away from the other people in the pool and dove in. Then she swam leisurely over to Kaylee. "Hello again," she said.

Dragon pushed the door open that led to the gardens. Setting the picnic basket and towel on the ground she carefully spreaded the red and white checkered cloth and looked through her basket for a PB and J sandwhich.

Only finding a half empty juice carton and half a cookie she started wondering if she had taken the wrong basket. Oh well. Settling on the blanket she scooped one of the little white mice up and patted it's head white twirling the daisy it was holding.

Pamela saw another person come out to the garden. The newcomer seemed familiar, but Pamela couldn't place it. She shrugged and leaned casually against the side of the pool. "Is there a hot tub?" Pamela asked mostly to herself, looking around.

Dragon perked up with the mention of the hot tub. "There's a hot tub?!? Where?" she half yelled while she jumped up, tripped over her basket and almost smashed Mr. Mousie on the ground. "Sorry Mr. Mousie!" she cooed to the mouse on the ground before straightening her rumpled clothes and glancing around.

"Hey," she called out to a girl that was standing near her..'What was her name again? Pam? No..er, Paddy? Nah, Paddy sounds weird. Pammy?' "Pamela!" she called suddenly remembering the name, "Did you say there was a hot tub?" she asked eagerly.

"It's Pamela, but Pammie is fine!" Pamela called back. "Just don't call me Pam. I was wondering aloud if there was one."

Pamela decided to get out and see for herself if there was a hot tub. She climbed the ladder and wrapped a nearby towel around herself, shivering slightly. Sure enough, there was a hot tub. In fact, Pamela wasn't sure how she had missed it.

Smiling she nodded to Dragon and waved her over. Then Pamela slipped in and sighed when she felt the much welcomed heat seep into her tired joints. She didn't tell many people that she was a sufferer of arthritis in her early age because it tended to merit frustrating reactions.

(I hope it's okay that I just decided that there would be a hot tub. I'm not sure if that's against a rule or not.)

Good.

"POCAHONTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Caro screamed, cutting the peaceful silence, as she jumped head first into the pool. As she surfaced, she was grinning. "That was fun!"

Katie pulled open the sliding glass door that led to the garden. The first thing she noticed was a large pool surrounded by a considerable number of house guests with varying degrees of wetness. However, the wetest by far was a Slytherian girl who Katie had never talked to but she though her name was Kaylee. Deciding it would be better to just relax for now, Katie occupied a lawn chair and took out her book to read.

Caro looked around at Cat as she called her name, and splashed water in Cat's direction.

"Hey, I didn't know cats could swim!" she teased, and laughed at her own joke. "I amuse myself," Caro laughed.

Cat tried to duck from the splash but got hit anyway. She then splashed Caro back and jokingly stuck out her tongue.

"Well some cats can swim...big cats..." Cat trailed off and then chuckled.

Streams pushed herself out of the pool and walked silently towards the pile of towels, holding her shoes in one hand. She took two towels and a shiny whistle. She put her mouth to the whistle and blew shrilly. Smiling, she walked out of the garden, carrying the towels and whistle with her.

"What, tigers? They float or what?" Caro asked, looking truly confused. "A floating cat... how fascinating!" she mused, and blinked. Caro leaned closer to Cat to whisper. "Hey, how about we attack Streamsie over there? Ready to show what you Slytherins go for?" she teased, nudging Cat a bit as she nodded towards Streamsie.

Pamela decided that this was no time to relax. There was just too much fun going on. So instead, she got out of the hot tub, and ran straight for the pool. She had intended to perform a cannonball, but instead she slipped. Her breath came out in a fast, "oof" as she fell on her rear.

Laughing at herself, she got back up quickly, then she tried again. This time she made it to the pool and jumped in causing a surprisingly large splash for someone of her size. Then she dove down to the pool floor and began walking on her hands.

Running over to where Pamela was, she sat by the edge of the hot tub and dangled her feet in the water. Swallowing her PB and J, she saw that Pamela had ran out the tub and into the pool.

Shrugging she stood up and placed a little toy boat in the pool. With the remote she directed towards the members in the pool and watch it go chugging away.

Putting the boat on pause she turned the girl beside her and shook her hand. "Hello, I'm Dragon," She told Kaylee, "Having fun?"

"What, tigers? They float or what?" Caro asked, looking truly confused. "A floating cat... how fascinating!" she mused, and blinked. Caro leaned closer to Cat to whisper. "Hey, how about we attack Streamsie over there? Ready to show what you Slytherins go for?" she teased, nudging Cat a bit as she nodded towards Streamsie.

"Well panthers can swim," Cat answered.

Cat chuckled at Caro's suggestion and then grinned wickedly. "Sounds like a plan."

Sarah walked into the garden and quickly went to sit by the pool, dipping her feet into the clear water

Shadow walked out into the sunlight, flinching slightly as her eyes adjusted to the brightness. She sat down on the grass to meditate, but kept one eye open for danger, as she always did.

Shadow opened her other eyes to look at Gemma,
"If you wish," She said quietly. Closing one eye again, she muttered under her breath.

Emmalynn ran into the glass door leading to the garden. She had been in such a hurry, she forgot ro open the door... She opened the glass door and ran to the pool, jumping in fully clothed.

"Yay!! Pool!" she said as her head surfaced. She looked around and hoped she didn't soak anyone too much.

"Hello everybody!! I'm Emmalynn, but anyone can call me Em, Emma, Lynn, or whatever else you can think of!"

Shausto wandered out into the garden in the hopes of escaping some..noxious..fumes from the kitchen. Seeing a fellow ravenclaw nearby, Shausto waved, then walked across the grass, noting the color of the outisde walls.

"The house may have been decorated nicely, but the painters chose a rather dull color for the ouside.."
Shausto idely thought how much fun it would be splatter-paint the house when she arrived at the side of the pool.

Her horrible memory getting the best of her once again, she dived into the pool fully clothed, gasping when she finally broke the surface

Shadow rolled the one eye that was open at the pair of lovebirds.
It never lasts. She thought to herself before the eye slid out of focus again.
