Quote :: Pin the Tail on the Donkey is a game played by groups of children. A picture of a donkey (or possibly another animal) is tacked to a wall within easy reach of the children (usually to a large cork bulletin board). Then each child in turn, one at a time, is blindfolded and handed a paper "tail" with a push pin or thumbtack poked through it. (The picture of the donkey is missing its tail). The blindfolded child is then spun around and around until he or she is probably disoriented (and possibly pleasantly dizzy). Then the child gropes around and tries to pin the tail on the donkey.

Come on up here to get your tail and be blindfolded, and then the rest is up to you! Do your best to find the donkey and pin the tail in the right spot!

Pamela walked up and took a tail. Then she stood patiently while she waited to be blindfolded.

Streams smiled and took one of the red blindfolds, slipping it over Pamela's eyes. She tested to see if Pamela could peek through by pretending to pinch her nose. When Pamela didn't move, Streams decided she was good to go and twirled her around until she was slightly dizzy, then gave her a gentle push.

"Go on then!" Streams grinned. "Pin the tail on the donkey!"

Pamela began to walk forward and nearly fell over. Regaining her balance, she walked forward with her left arm outstretched. When she felt a solid surface in front of her, she put the tail on it. Then she stepped back, and took off the blindfold. She had been way off; she'd pinned the tail on the donkey's eye. "Ouch," she said. "That must've hurt."

She walked by and saw that Pamela had started the Pin the Tail Palooza. "Nice try, Pamela." she smiled. "Streamsy, can I have a go?"

"Sure!" Streams grinned, holding out the tray of donkey tails, and tied a blindfold around Ginny's eyes. "Go on, do your worst," she said cheerfully.

Alice watched as Ginny atepmted to pin-the-tail-on-the-donkey. Alice picked up a tail and a blindfold and waited patiently for her turn.

Emmalynn decided to join the game. She picked up a tail and stood behind Alice.

Alice took a blindfold and tail. She spun around gracefully and then walked up to the donkey. She stuck out her arm with the tail, alomost pinning it but at the last moment withdrew her hand. She did this about 7 times befor pinning it directly on the spot. She pulled the blind fold off, grinning and danced her way back to emmalyn. ''Dont worry, i'm not natrually that good. I cheated. I can see the future, like the outcomes of decisions so i knew where to put it'', ALice laughed, ''Do you wanna go next?''

"Sure." Emmalynn took the blindfold and tail and spun around before walking up to the donkey. She pinned the tail on and took off the blindfold. Dead center. Of the donkey's eye!! She walked back to Alice, laughing.

"I'm really bad!!" she said with a smile.

((BTW, Alice, I love Alice Cullen! I just finished Twilight and am desperately waiting to get back to the bookstore so I can buy the next two!))
