Ingredients 1 lb extra-lean ground beef 1 cl garlic, minced 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice 1 tsp dried oregano leaves 1/4 tsp ground cumin 1/4 tsp ground pepper 1 medium size plum tomato 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, minced 4 6 whole-wheat pita pocket, breads; 1 romaine lettuce lea 1 small red onion Directions Mix ground beef, garlic; lemon juice, oregano leaves; cumin, pepper, plum tomato, and parsley. Form into 4 patties about 3/4" thick. Grill or broil, 4" from souce of heat, ofr 3 minutes, for 3 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Cut the top thrie off each of four 6" whole-wheat pita pocket breads. Turn the cut-off piece round side down; tuck inside to pocket bread to reinforce bottom. Chop up onion and lettuce, also place aside. 2. After allowing skillet to warm up, put patties into pan. Put Worcestershire sauce on top of each patty and then flip in a few minutes. Repeat the process of adding enough Worcestershire sauce until you are content and allow patties to cook until they are brown. 3. For the Needlessly Excessive burger you will need: -Beef mince -Chicken mince -Turkey mince -Pork mince (why not?) -1 bun top -7 bun bases -Onions (one large) -Tomato (one large) -Bacon -Lettuce -Tinned Beetroot -Tinned Pineapple -Pickles -Tomato sauce -Mustard -Mayonnaise -Barbeque sauce -More bacon -Oil -Breadcrumbs -eggs (three for frying and five for the mince) -Cheese -Salt -Pepper -And some bacon Step one: shape your mince into patties (but not all mixed together) so that you have as many as you’d like. For my burger I want two of each, so I’ll put the mince in a bowl, and mix it with one egg and a handful of breadcrumbs, with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Make sure it’s all combined, so that when you form your patties they retain their shape without falling apart.
Step two: (optional) scramble one egg lightly with a fork. Set up a second bowl (or plate) with breadcrumbs. Dip the chicken patties in the egg, and then roll it in the breadcrumbs so that they stick. You could also do this with the others, but it’s not necessary.
Step three: Toast your bread lightly in a grill You could also toast some pieces with cheese on it, but you don’t have to.
Step four: Fry your meat in a small amount of oil, and your bacon (oil may not be necessary for the bacon), flipping when one side is done. Fry three eggs also, flipping if you prefer.
Step five: Prep your other ingredients while this is happening; peeling the onion and slicing it and the tomato.
Step six: Assemble your Needlessly Excessive burger to your satisfaction. I shall assemble mine thus (from the base up): Bun base, cheese, beef patty, cheese, tomato, lettuce, onion, tomato sauce, egg, bun base, turkey patty, mustard, beetroot, pineapple, cheese, chicken patty, lettuce, bacon, barbeque sauce, bun base, pork patty, cheese, mayonnaise, pickles, tomato, onion, bacon, bun base, repeat.

Take ground beef and form it into the patty size you want the burger to be (remember it must fit on a sandwich sub roll). 2. Allow the grill to warm up and then place patties onto the grill. Allow one side to cook fully before flipping. 3. While the burgers are cooking, chop up an onion and put in pan. Add butter and fry onions until golden brown. Then remove from stove. 4. When both sides of the burger have been cooked to preference, add the American cheese. 5. Put french fries into hot oil to fry 6. Once the patties are done, place on the sub roll. 7. Next add a slice of lettuce and tomato to the burger. 8. Put desired amount of jalapenos on burger (careful, they can be hot!) 9. Remove french fries from oil. 10. Place french fries on top of jalapenos and add ketchup on top. 11. Place some extra french fries on the side, put the top of the bun onto the burger and ENJOY! | |

| Banner: Burger Restaurant: Crispy Chicken Burger Recipe: Ingredients * 4 boneless chicken breast pieces For marinade: * 1 tsp salt * 1 tsp black pepper * ½ tsp mustard powder * 2 tbsp oyster sauce For batter: * 3 tbsp flour * 1 tbsp cornflour * ½ tsp baking soda * 1 egg * 3 tbsp milk For coating: * 1 cup cornflakes, crushed into small pieces * 1 cup breadcrumbs Directions 1. Mix all the marinade ingredients into a large bowl and set aside for half an hour to marinate. 2. Dip the chicken pieces into the batter followed by cornflakes and breadcrumbs and then deep fry until cooked. 3. Build the Zinger burger by placing shredded lettuce onto a hamburger bun, pour over mayonnaise to liking, and top with a chicken piece. | |

Part 3Super Duper Scrumdiddlyumptious Bacon & Avocado Cheeseburger! B.L.A.S.T. (Bacon. Lettuce. Avocado. Sourdough. Tomato) Ingredients(1 serving): 1/2 lb of ground beef 1 whole avocado 4 slices of cheese 3 pieces of bacon Lettuce Tomato Salt & Pepper Sourdough Bun Directions: 1. First prep all of the vegetables & etc: -Slice the avocado into 10 thin slices -Shred a few pieces of lettuce. 2 or 3 should be enough. -Thinly slice tomato 2. Next for the meat: -Begin by heating up the stove so when it is time to put the burgers on, it's already nice and warm -Add the ground beef into a large mixing bowl and add salt & pepper as wanted for seasoning. -Form the beef into the patty size of your desire and put onto the skillet. Wait until it is fully cooked on one side, and then flip. (You will know when it is ready, by it's coloring. If it is a nice meaty brown, then you're good to go.) -Next is for the bacon. Heat up a pan and simply lay the bacon across until it turns crispy brown. 3. Grab a plate: -First, you'll want to put whatever condiments on the bun that you'd like. (Personally I only like mustard.) Then set the patty down. Next you can just sort of decorate it with the lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, and avocado. 4: Enjoy: -DIG IN ALREADY! | |
