Draco walked into the courtroom, sneering at the thought he was being blamed. 'Like I would do something to that...thing. I havent seen him since I was 12.' He thought, sitting down. "Could I just say can this hurry up. I have places to go and people to see." He sneered. "Anyway. I know I didnt do it. If anyone, it has to be between Granger or Potter. We all know how Granger is with house elves. She could have gotten mad at the idea of those two not taking her money or help. And we know Potter hated Dobby following and helping him. Winker or whoever was probley the only witness." Draco said, leaning back in his seat.

Lily Potter opened the doors to the courtroom and strode in. She stood in front of the jury and said, "I am outraged that you would accuse me of killing two poor house elves! I would never hurt one of those creatures! I even set James' free. I'll volunteer to tell the truth under Veritaserum, if you want!"

How could you say that I could have a par in this Draco? Wasnt I the one who started the house elf liberation? If anything, I wouldnt put it past you Draco to have murdered them *sobs*

Well, I for one am innocent. Why would I kill a house elf? House elf's have always done what I wanted them to do, no complaints. Why would I kill one of them, if they had always obeyed me? Its that stupid Harry Potter that did it. He set Dobby free, and was the cause of Winky being set free. Whose to say that they didnt get so grateful they followed him around and bothered him? If he is capeable of taking down the Dark Lord, he could kill a couple house elves, no problem.

Why would I kill them? I really could care less about those two when I have one of my own. We know how crazy you are. We have Krecher, remember? I'm sticking to my word. And thank you Bella, my piont with Potter excatly.

Lily gasped in outrage. "How dare you accuse my son of killing those house elves! He was the reason for their freedom. Dobby for one, always did what Harry asked and Winky, she rarey ever talked to Harry to give him a reason to kill her. Both my son and I are innocent," she said, defending her son.

"If we should be blaming anyone, it should be Bellatrix. She's the mass murderer in the room. What would stop her from killing some defensless house elves if she was bored or they got in her way?" Lily pointed out.

"I wouldnt doubt my Aunt, but really? She has mudbloods to worry about." Draco said, looking down at his nails. "And why would I be doing something that involves killing when I dont even see those pathetic House Elves anymore." Draco told her with a sneer. "And I was with my father when this....killing hapened." Draco told them, pulling out a picture.

"That's nice Draco, but I'm blaming your murderer of an aunt, not you," Lily said. "I also have an alibi for the night of the murder. I was at a Muggle cafe with James for our anniversary. The cafe can prove it because they have a guestbook of every special occasion held there, and pictures of the participants."

Well, on the night of the murders in question, I was hiding in Narcissas home. Why would I murder them!?! And for one, your son has no defense. Was it not Dobby that took all Harrys letters, used the hover charm to drop pudding on his uncles friends, and then sealed the entrance to the platform in Harrys second year? And Harry has made many threats to Dobby before! And Winky, with all her crying caused Harry quite a lot of agrivation by inspiring that mudblood Hermonie to start S.P.E.W.
And accusing me of being a mass murderer! Thats your friend Sirus Black! So don't accuse me of things like that when you know that its one of your husbands best friends!

"Wait, if you think about it, he was. Betraying you two." Draco say "What if porky ate them?" Draco mumbled. "Or better yet, what if Potter decided to kill them and knowing porky would eat anything, he feed them to him, making him think it was some muggle food." Draco said, looking at his nails.

Draco rolled his eyes. "Mudblood" He mumbled. "I didnt do it." Was all he said. "I'm just assuming becuase sooner or later, one is goign to confess. I told you were I was." he said.

"I will not go back to azkaban! They will never take me alive! And the whole "Quick to accuse must be guilty" thing isn't true! I just dont want to be here. I have better things to do." Bella threw her hair over her shoulder, crossed her arms, and pouted.

Personally my vote goes for Draco being a murderer - yes you Draco!

Everyone else seems to neither have motive or ability to murder these poor house elves.

Me, Hermione granger, could and would not commit such a crime against those house elves she has tried to help protects over the years. I also have no evil blood in me and this is simply evil!

Harry, A defender of all the goodness in our world - I think that he has had his mind on much more important things that house elves - such as Voldemort! He also does not have a mean bone inside of him.

Ballatrix, Yes an evil woman but I dont think that she would care herself over a few house elves. I also believe that she has an alabi or ten.

Hagrid, soft and gentle who cares for all creatures including house elves - no chance could or would he do such a thing

And Lily, kind honest lily potter. I believe that she has the same blood as Harry and could never do such a thing, and anyway wasnt she with James at the time?

So that leaves you Draco, motive is there.

Hmm...sure. What is my Motive? We all know how much you love those filthy things. We all know how crazy you are. Sewing stuff for them and leaving them around. And whats to say I havent had my mind on rather or not my mother, father, and I are going to live much longer? You know who my father is, and you know what I am. I have way more thing to care about then two filthy things that do nothing to me what so ever.
