Court Room 3

You are all charged with the
murders of one, Tonks, and one, Shacklebolt. Please state your case, provide
evidence of your innocence and another of the suspects guilt. Court is now in
session. Please note: All dead characters are alive for this court room

"I had nothing to do with their murders," said Dudeley. (or smartie..whoever i am)

"I don't even know who those people are. I did however hear my cousin Harry say that Dumbleydore person was angry at that Shackle guy. I also heard him say that Blueback or whoever it is killed Tonk. And i was home eating a delicious Roast beef at the time. Watching my favorite dance show." finished Dudley contently.

Ron walked into the room and sat down in one of the chairs that was provided for him. Ron was confident that he would be found not guilty as he was certain that he didn't commit the crime.

"Well I must say right away I have no reason to murder Tonks or Shacklebolt. Surely you all have heard what I had done in the pass. Poeple who I have recused along side with Harry. I have never comitted a murder in my whole life why would I kill Tonks and Shacklebolt, two of the people whom I gat along with well. I would never dream of hurting them and you're trying to tell me that I killed them!. Your all crazy" Ron said

Then he looked at the others who were also comiited of performing this crime too and he saw Fenrir Greyback. Ron stood up and pointed at him saying "If anyone killed them it was Fenrir Greyback. He loves the taste of human flesh and in his past he has killed many or even just bit them so that his victoms would turn into werewolves like him. If anyone killed them it was Fenrir Greyback" Ron then sat down and after awhile he relized he was still pointing and he quickly let his arm fall to his side

Sitting back, trying to remain very calm cool and collected he couldn't help but let out a small grumble when the red head, a Weasley from the looks of things pointed his finger in his direction and started to accuse him of being the one to do it all. Trying to keep his composure he stood up and cracked a few knuckles before he started to speak. "Well I hate to disappoint but I was actually off in a different territory, doing tasks of a nature that's not exactly pleasant, on the night of the accusations."

Walking over he leaned down so that he was almost face to face entirely with the youngest Weasley boy before continuing. "Besides we all know that I don't maim to kill, I will generally just try to turn my victims, or leave them permanently scared. It's not in my nature to just kill anyone, and if you look back at my past and my prior crimes, which I deeply regret now, I am not a habitual killer."

Giving the boy a menacing glare he stood up and continued to pace back and forth, thinking to himself who would be the most likely to commit the crimes. "Besides you are very quick to point fingers and accuse everyone else of the crime, especially when we all know that you of all people had the most access to them. Well you along with Albus and Sirius. Since they were all seen at some point in your company. I however haven't had the pleasure to lay my eyes on them for some time. So I daresay that we should be turning our accusations onto you, after all you did have plenty of opportunity and time to commit the acts. And with the help of both Sirius and Albus it should have been childs play for the three of you." Nodding once he looked over at the other two before he made his way back over to his seat and started to wait to see what the response would be.

Ron's ears started to turn red as Fenrir tried to accuse him of comitting the crimes. "Well werewolf, if you havent noticed Im good friends with both of them. Why would I want to kill my own friend. Also if we do go by what we have done in the past, we will see that you have attacked many people before whereas I have done nothing but tried to help others. You also admit to doing crimes in the past. For all we know maybe Tonks and Shacklebolt tried to fight back and kill you and you not wanting o have to deal with them just finished the job. Also if I dont have a reason for wanting to kill them. You do though, we all know that your bit people trying to turn them into werewolves just like you"

Sirius frowned, leaning forward in his chair. "You dare to accuse Dumbledore and myself, Fenrir?" he said scathingly. "Accuse me of murdering my cousin and ally? It is true that we have been closest to them and so could feasibly do it, but what would be our motive? Tonks was one of my favorite relatives, one of the only ones who chose the same side as I did. I have no reason to hate her, no reason to kill her. It would not help me at all - some are still suspicious of me, and do you think that murdering members of the Order would help that? Also, Shacklebolt has been a faithful ally of mine ever since he was inducted into the Order. As with Tonks, I have no reason to hate or kill him. I envied them both for being able to do field work and get out of the house, but that was the only negative feeling I had for them.

"Now, as for who did it, I believe it was you, Fenrir. The Muggle boy had no idea that this was all going on, and how could he even kill them? Harry's told me he was on a wrestling team, but Muggle dueling is no match for Wizard dueling. If there had been a fight between him and the Aurors killed, it would have ended badly for him, not Tonks and Shacklebolt. Ron had become close to the two of them, and, like me, had nothing to gain by killing them, so he should be out of the equation. Dumbledore...how you could even think to accuse him..." Sirius glared at Fenrir, shaking his head at the monstrosity. "Now, we have Barty to consider as well. He joined up with your lot, and would do anything to get on Voldemort's good side. You and Barty are the only one here with a motive, Fenrir. It has been on Voldemort's orders that you both have killed, and on your own orders, and what better targets than active members in the enemy?"

Dumbledore stepped forward.
"I, Albus Perciful Wulfrick Brian Dumbledore had nothing to do what-so-ever with these murders. As it stands, I too would like to know what happened to these two ministry official last Wednesday night.
I apparently have to bring forth evidence to suggest that I myself had nothing to do with these murders. On the night of these murders, I was sorting out and naming new sock for my sock collection happily in my office. I also would never want to kill either of these people. For one, Kingsley and I have been friends for so many years I cannot count, even though I am indeed very intelligent, and to wrongfully accuse me of his murder is an insult. I mean, Kingsley has on more than one occasion help me from tight spots with the ministry, which also weren't my fault. He is...was a dear, dear friend and I would never hurt him in any way.
As for Nymphadora Tonks, she also is my friend. Though I have know her for a short period of time, he and I got on very well with each other, through the Order, and while getting the occasional butterbeer with her and her husband Remus in the Three Broomstick. The alligations of what I am supposed to have done to her are also shocking, and quite franckly make me want to vomit. She was an important member of the Order, and though a bit clumsy, she made every effort to keep up with her older fellow Aurors. I will miss her.
So, you see, members of the jury, I did not commit this crime as accused...as I say...I was in my office at Hogwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry...naming my new socks...in my frame...remember, I am a painting and plus...I'm old, possibly even scenile, so I may not even be capable of murder.....being a portrate now and what-not, I am somewhat....unable to use my hands outside my frame."
